It's a rip off on drinks, charging 5X what a local bar would charge, bad service, everyone on their phone. Could not get any attention

I was there last week for brunch and had the rudest waitress as a host. her name is Heidi I believe. I will not be returning ever again.

Venue: beautiful, clean, and spacious with plenty of seating for families and friends to gather comfortably. It's conveniently located inside a shopping center with lots of parking available, which made our visit even easier. Ambiance: We absolutely loved the ambiance! The mariachi music playing in the background truly brought the whole experience together and perfectly represented the spirit and name of the location. Food: everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly balanced in flavor without being overly sweet. We ordered the chocolate croissant, Abuelita's rosca, elote fino, and a fried pulled pork empanada with green sauce. Every item was flavorful and satisfying. The café de olla was warm, comforting, and just the right amount of sweet. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be returning for more pan dulce, delicious food, and maybe even try one of the cold brews next time. Highly recommend!

If you wanna lock in and study Id suggest only coming here on the weekdays. I highly recommend their tamal, huge and tasty. Their shuco (guate hot dog) is also so flavorful and hearty. I don't drink coffee but my friend had one of their lattes and really loved it. Im more of a juice person and got their freshly squeezed OJ :3 Def recommend this place and I love the cozy café vibes. Families love to come here too so you know this is the place to be.

The waiters are really cool, very nice. This place is legit run by Guatemalans which was pretty cool. I recently visited Guatemala so it was fun to chat with the waiter who noticed my shirt (I was coincidentally wearing a shirt I bought in Guatemala with a picture of Tikal lol). Anywaaaay - I tried the trio tostadas, a tamal and a Mayan iced latte. The tostadas were great. They were very fresh. They're very simple. One is black bean, one is avacado and one is chicken salad. My favorite was the chicken salad. I used their green salsa and it was delicious. The tamales was good. Today I learned I don't really like the flavor of banana leaf that gets absorbed into the tamal. Also, it was primarily made of rice. It had a piece of bell pepper, a little chicken and I think a plum. Aside from the banana leaf I liked the tamale. The latte was delicious. Nice coffee flavor and sweetened perfectly. Definite recommend and I will for sure be back.
