    Iced Americano
    Jayson E.

This place is perfect for those who need to study into the late night. Open late and has a variety of drinks and snacks. There is plenty of seating with wifi and outlets for those planning to do some work. I only ended up getting an Iced Americano, but the worker there was pleasant , they walk your order to you and are very helpful navigating their huge menu.

I decided to grab a late coffee and checked Yelp to pick a spot at random. I walked in and found it fairly busy, but there was still plenty of open seating. The menu is a bit on the pricey side--about $12 for a quesadilla. I ordered a hot drink but received it cold; however, the owner kindly offered me some small cream puffs, which were really good. The space itself is comfortable, with plenty of outlets available for charging laptops or phones. I ended up staying for about two hours. They're open late (until midnight), and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I'd come back again--but probably not for the quesadilla.

So I was craving Affogato and the pictures here looked so good. The location has plenty of free parking and inside is spaced out and almost like a cafeteria. Clean, no issues. Affogato - 8/10. The espresso was strong and bitter but the ice cream was a good offset. The espresso really packed a punch and boy did I have a surge of energy afterwards. Maybe a squeeze of salted caramel sauce would have made this a 10/10. Hubbys English Toffee (modified to have regular chocolate instead of white chocolate) was a 1/10 sadly. It was very bland and he usually likes every coffee drink. I will go again to try another drink. Not sure hubby will be along for the ride though. Service was good; no issues.

    Latte?

Cafe Maji appears to be a great spot for students looking for a place to study while enjoying refreshments. The interior is very spacious, and there are plenty of tables with accessible outlets, making it convenient for working on a laptop for extended periods of time. The environment feels comfortable and well-suited for studying or casual meetings. That said, it may not be the best choice if you're specifically looking for high-quality espresso-based drinks. I stopped in hoping for a quick latte and ordered a hot cinnamon vanilla latte in the smallest size (16 oz). Unfortunately, the drink was quite weak, and I could barely taste the espresso. The foam was also thick, airy, and frothy and more characteristic of a superautomatic machine rather than the silky microfoam typically produced by a traditional steam wand and what you would expect in a latte. While the space itself is well-suited for studying, I can't personally recommend the lattes based on this experience.

Hands down, I love this place! The food is always delicious, the drinks are amazing, and the owner is sooo sweet. The vibe is cozy and welcoming every time I come in. If you're planning to study here, I definitely recommend it. There are a handful of tables and outlets, which makes it super convenient to get work done. The WiFi is pretty fast overall ! The only issue I've had is that my Canvas won't load here, so I usually use my hotspot to access it and submit assignments once I'm home. That being said, this is also one of my favorite spots to just chill with friends. It's the perfect balance between productive and relaxed.

Was about to have dinner at the restaurant next door when I saw this place and remembered coming across it on yelp! After dinner we stopped by and tried the iced banana latte w oat milk & hibiscus lemonade. I thought my latte was perfect, you could taste the banana. You could taste the coffee & the creaminess. The hibiscus lemonade was refreshing & kind of tasted like a pink lemonade. The service was fast. They had lovely music playing. It seems like a great place to study with all the seating they have. I will definitely be back!

the perfect spot for late-night study sessions! there's a ton of seating inside, and they offer a ton of sweet & savory options to fuel you through your study sessions! i tried the banana matcha here -- while i couldn't taste too much of the matcha, it tasted like banana milk in the best way possible.

Free WiFi, lots of outlets and the owner is an absolute sweetheart. I've been here a few times for late night studying and it's become one of my go-to places. My favorite is the banana matcha and sometimes I'll get a hot tea to watch my lecture videos. The drinks aren't anything spectacular but the late night study environment really became a third space I had been needing or a while now. Owner is very nice and makes the place feel very personable. He always brings students an extra water for studying and sometimes a sweet treat.

I wanted to like this place but the quality of the coffee was just not there. My almond roca mocha tasted like burned coffee from a hotel plus, it was not sweet and I didn't taste or smell any almond roca flavor. The bathroom was not clean but the ambiance is great for students to study. Staff was nice and friendly .

I've had this on my list to try for a while now, and it was not exactly what I thought it would be... The place has that heavy smell of oil, which was kind of uncomfortable to sit in, although there were plenty of people there who were studying and such. The menu is funny at best and confusing at worst. A big part of me wants to really, really, with all my heart, fix it for them. We ordered a brownie Sunday, and the brownies were kind of like the store bought ones. Ice cream was good. It was pretty large, but nothing to write home about. Parking is easy, the service (older gentleman) was great. Seating is a hodgepodge of random chairs and tables. Interesting.

Artesia is one of those culinary areas that I need to spend more time in. There are a bunch of tasty treats along Artesia Blvd. Cafe Maji was a nice surprise with open space and a variety of caffeinated and non-caffeinated options. I ordered the Caramel Latte and Hibiscus (Jamaica) Organic Tea. Both were refreshing and I appreciated the latte not being too sweet. I'd definitely return for a Banana Matcha.

    Super cute :)

    Nope. No cute drinks.

When we visited, my family and one other family pretty much took up all the tables lol. Service: There was only one worker behind the counter serving and making the drinks and desserts. She doesn't acknowledge anyone. It wasn't too busy, but throughput took a while since she was by herself. There's two kiosk to order from. I ordered a mango pamelo sago, my sister ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, my cousin ordered an americano, and my other cousin ordered a strawberry & cream eggette. I thought the mango pamelo sago was okay; the mango flavor was lacking except for the actual mangos. There was plenty of sago, but I thought this dessert was underwhelming. My sister thought the boba was okay bc it had an interesting texture, and the drink itself was lightly sweet than what she's used to. My cousin thought the coffee was okay. The only thing we all enjoyed was the eggette. It's a bubble waffle with ice cream and fresh fruits, which is pretty difficult to mess up. Pricing: Prices are pretty high for the portions offered. Overall, the desserts were underwhelming and some didn't meet our expectations. The eggettes are most likely the only thing we'll come back for.
