Found out about this place from my family who loves coming here to buy bikes, learn more about their bikes, or just to talk to Jack (owner). My family and I love this bike shop not only because of their wide selection of good quality and reasonable priced bikes, but mainly because of the owner Jack. He isn't your typical salesman who will force a sale on you but he is such a honest, knowledgable, and helpful bike shop owner. I would ask him about the different bikes he had and he would tell me his honest opinions on the bikes whether he liked them or not. Hybrid bikes have been so hard to find but luckily I was able to buy 2 brand new bikes here! I ended up getting the Retrospec Hybrid Comfort bike and I haven't had any problems with it (I've had it for about 2-3 months and have been riding it at the beach/street and have gone over about 100+ for perspective). If you're having a hard time looking for bikes, I would take a trip here and check out their awesome selection. They will even take you across the street to this lot to let you test out the bike. They also take good COVID protocols such as wiping down the different equipment after using it, making sure you're wearing a mask, and limiting customers inside the store. Just had an amazing experience here. I just happened to pass by and see a bike store had moved to this location. And I was pleasantly surprised to see they are a well established bike store that moved locations and have a stellar employee-base to work from. I swapped out a cog and chain here and the employees dialed it in the way only a true mechanic could, literally double and triple checking the pin and the feed to make sure it was straight and wouldn't flex uneven on one side. Through conversation it happens that they sold my brother a bicycle not long ago which was a funny coincidence as I was just talking to him about that bike he got. Jack and company are true cyclists. I have been to many a store that has an iffy reputation and when you visit you learn why pretty quickly. It's honestly a shame I haven't heard of this place until now because it would have saved me a headache so many times. But I'm glad a shop like this still exists.
