I was stranded and forced to walk home carrying the broken frame myself. When I contacted the owner and provided proof of the damage, he initially refused to issue a refund and only agreed to have the manufacturer send a replacement after repeated complaints. Unbelievably, the replacement bike ALSO broke in half just a few months later. At that point, instead of taking responsibility for selling two catastrophic failures, the owner told me he had already "given me a free bike" and refused to refund me. Selling one unsafe bike is unacceptable, selling two and then blaming the customer is outrageous. This business clearly does not care about customer safety, product quality, or basic accountability. A bike frame snapping in half is not a minor issue, it is a serious safety hazard that could have caused a major injury or worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this establishment to take their money elsewhere unless they enjoy wasting money on dangerous products and being ignored when something goes wrong.

Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. So I turned to Yelp to look up 'Plumbers' and started reading reviews and I noticed that Rapid Action Rooter had sooooo many positive comments. I sent a message through Yelp describing the problem and a few minutes later I received a reply from the owner. I called Mandel, the owner, and he said he could come out that afternoon. That was yesterday. Mandel and his assistant were waiting for me when I arrived, both dressed in uniform with company info on the shirt. After I showed him the problem areas he and partner got to work. Mandel discovered there was a hole--more of a slit, in the middle of this piece of copper pipe (buried about 3 feet underground )--so weird. Have NO idea how could've happened...or WHEN! Mandel explained the damaged portion of the pipe needed to be removed and replaced, welded back together. He was transparent about the price and method of payment--uses Zelle, which is super convenient! During our conversation, though, I mentioned some other jobs that needed to be completed in the home. Well, before I could say, "do you know anyone who does...?", Mandel was telling me about his drywall & paint guy, his flooring guy, his electrical guy. But more than merely tell me about the tradesmen, he actually called them before he left so that I could coordinate a day/time to meet with them AND Mandel told them that HE would text them my contact information. What??!! I felt an incredible sense of relief knowing that most, if not all, of the remaining projects in the house will be completed. And it's because I had the great fortune---blessing, actually, of meeting Mandel. I would select Mandel and Rapid Action Rooter Plumbing again and again!!! He's the best!!!

So I told them no worries I'll go order them and come back so you guys can build them for me and they said okay and again confirmed if they were sure if it was 193... so they were willing to let me go buy the wrong sizes and come back in for them to still not be able to build them lol. It's a good thing I know a little bit more about bikes because unfortunately somebody else would have been VERY mad. Hope they like review! Don't go here! Place is also a dump!!!

When I asked him what class was this bike he wasn't able to give me a direct answer. But he showed me how fast it could go and it was 30 mph. Again, me needing him to clarify because my son can only get a class 2 but he wouldn't clarify what the bike really was. And I can see why, he just builds them. Also, the bike only had one motor. In a prior e-bike store (with more professional salesmen) we were told only one kid could ride on a one motor e-bike. So I asked him since it only had one motor if only one kid max. This man said yes two kids can ride on a one motor e-bike. I did my research and no, only one kid can ride on a one motor e-bike. False information. Now I can see how if I would have purchased this bike it would have messed up quite fast. I am glad I decided to take a look at other reviews. I kept getting red flags and I'm glad I listened to my gut. Saved myself from a bad experience.
