This is why i love small business. I messaged the shop a little after 7am on a Saturday and the owner responds around 7:33. I asked for same day service and he said he'll message me after the store opens . He keeps his word and says I can swing by with my bike. I meet Anthony and Austin, which are the coolest young men you'll meet. The service was spectacular, they gave me tips about my bike and riding, and they were so informative. Needless to say, I'm now a customer for life. These are my preferred technicians. Great place , great service, and I wish them the best in their business. Don't pay attention to the low reviews. How stupid do they sound crying "masks" and where we are now. Any way, give them your business. They are the real deal. read more

Excellent Customer Service! The guys here are friendly, professional, and won't oversell you on anything you don't need. Bikefix offers great prices and the best bike master mechanics. They can pretty much do anything just give them a call for a quote on service or bike part upgrade. On August 8th, 2020 I took my Giant trance for TUBELESS conversion. Bikefix provided parts and labor for a great price. Best part was they worked with me to get my bike turned around within 24 hours. Just in time for my Sunday morning ride. July 2020 my brother's bike had a flat during our bike ride around Chino Hills. We ran 2 miles to the shop and were greeted with water and quick service. Hands down, the best bike shop in Chino Hills! The shop may not have the biggest selection but what they may lack in product selection, they more than make up for in service and friendliness. All guys that work there are great but my go-to guy is Ryan. He is hands down the chillest guy and goes above and beyond in customer service. I had checked this place out on a whim when I needed some last minute help with a flat. I was new to the area and found out they weren't too far from where I live. So happy I stopped by! After having my GT Timberline hanging upside down in the garage for ~10 years it was time to see if I can get motivated to take it out a few times a week . While riding I found that it would not go in one gear and and a few of the other gears you could hear that it was not completely engaged (clicking sounds) but it did work. I watched some YouTube video on how to adjust the derailleurs and since I am a DIY kind of person I attempted the adjustments. In the end this turned into a disaster and I failed horribly to the point my chain was falling off. I took it to BikeFIX in Chino to get this fixed. From the time I walked in the store the two men working there were very professional and they put my bike into their system for adjustments. Their work order system when they take in your bike was very professional. It looked better than most of these larger chains I go to. I would like to thank both Ryan and Austin for fixing my bike. Lesson learned on this one, I will not be making adjustments on my gears moving forward. I can't say I will not touch anything else though on the bike, lol. If I do and mess it up it will be back here again. If you need your bike serviced I would not hesitate and just come here. read more

If I could give these guys more stars I would. Took my eBike here to get basically a complete rebuild besides the motor and electronics. No other bike shop would touch this eBike. They completed everything perfectly and Installed lots of upgrade parts. Corey and his team went above and beyond to get everything perfect. This shop is not out to just make money, they genuinely want to make you pleased with thier work and attention to details. My fat tires initially did not fit my frame after the install. Corey told me bring it back and they will put on new tubeless tires on my wheels. I brought back the next day and they did Same day service for me. When I attempted to pay Corey said don't worry about it. Keep in mind this is no easy task for tubeless Fat tires, took them about a hour to do both wheels. I did leave a big tip the day prior because I felt the work and attention to detail was more then they charged. Best bike shop in the Area! Worth the drive! Pros: I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded to my inquiry through Yelp, their prices were reasonable, and they had a quick turnaround time for a tune-up for my old bike. Cons: NO ONE wore masks, either when I dropped off or picked up my bike the next day. I refused to go inside the store to pay and explained it was due to the fact that NONE of the FOUR people inside the tiny establishment were donning any face coverings at all, and the employee's response was merely, "Oh." So I handed him my card and informed him he needs to go inside and run it while I wait outside to minimize my risk. I was horrified and will not be returning. read more

I brought in my cyclocross bike to change out the tires to tubeless road tires, get a minor tune, new chain and retape the bars. The one that helped me was Ryan. Although they were mostly working on high end serious-biking machines, they did not scoff or roll an eye as I shuffled up carrying my 24-year-old daughter's almost 20-year-old Schwinn Stardust that needed was missing a brake pad and needed a minor adjustment. Super glad I decided to contact BikeFIX first before going to the more known shops around Chino Hills. I recently bought a Diamondback Atroz on OfferUp and needed some TLC. Sent a msg on here and within 10 minutes, I quickly received a quote from Corey for a super reasonable price! Did a walk in the next day for my tune up, and to get my blown rear replaced with tubeless on front and rear. He was very generous asking when I needed my bike back but I told him no rush since I wasn't riding this weekend. Either way, I was surprised how fast it would take when he said it would be ready the next day! So the next day I went to pick up my bike, I took it home and somehow the rear valve stem got loose and the air deflated from my rear tire. I quickly reached out to Corey and he offered to pick up my bike at my house and drop it off in a few hours to get the valve stem replaced, no extra charge! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. They really focus on customer service and go the extra mile! My friend recommended me to take my bike here for a tune up. Prices are fair, the employees are nice and knowledgable and the turn around time is reasonable. They also replaced my bottom bracket as recommended by them. I took my bike for a ride this morning and I can confirm that the work done to it was excellent and my bike feels good to ride again. My only complaint is that, during the time I dropped off and picked up my bike, the employees were not wearing any face coverings. It is a small shop and I was very uncomfortable during the transaction as we are all in close proximity of each other. I did not say anything about it so I guess I'm partly to blame but c'mon man, it's been 9 months, just wear a mask. If it wasn't for the pandemic, I'd give them 5 stars. read more

Heard a lot of good things about BikeFIX so I decided to give them a try and they did NOT disappoint at all!! Corey and his team are all knowledgeable and always there to help. Last March I took my bike in because I had a cracked derailleur hanger due to a fall. After tracking down the part I picked it up and had BikeFIX do the install along with a OSPW, BB, and Bar Tape.
