I just bought a pretty expensive carbon fiber road bike out in the San Fernando Valley. When i got home, i noticed that the front disc brake seemed to be rubbing. We called Corey, and he agreed to take a look. Well, apparently the front brake issue was just the beginning. He went through and adjusted the entire bike, commenting that the bike had been really poorly assembled. He made it look so easy. A true pro. That bike will never go anywhere else. My drivetrain was over 11 years old and required updating. They provided me with several options but no upsailing me on anything. They were honest and completed the work in a timely matter. My bike is riding so much better. The rear derailleur, chain, new cassette and new crankset were all installed and adjusted as needed. Very happy with the outcome of my new drivetrain! Great same day service and communication with BikeFIX. Mason was the tech who worked on my bike, he knows his stuff! He fixed my derailleurs and set the limits on on my shifters. He also was able to loosen up my brake lines and fixed a caliper that was preventing my quick release from releasing my front tire. Previously I'd have to let air out of the tire to remove it. As able to do a test spin in the parking lot before leaving and the gears shifted like butter and were smooth and responsive. Price was very reasonable and communication both on Yelp messenger to bring it in and at the shop was wonderful!!! For reference my bike is a specialized dolce sport road bike. Can't comment on mtb service but I imagine it's solid too. When I picked up my bike he was building some children's bikes so I think for all around bike service this shop is great. Also be mindful it's literally a small bike repair joint. Lots of accessories for purchase and they do other services but it's not really a bike store with a huge storefront, so don't expect that if you head this way. But if you need repairs this is the spot! Highly recommend. read more

I was in need of a bike repair. I tried calling another place but they turned me away and said they were booked three weeks out. Not knowing what to do, and really wanting my bike fixed, I sent out a quote request on here to three places. BikeFIX responded immediately. They not only fixed my one bike, but my other two as well. The owner and his staff were friendly and professional. The prices were great! I like that this place only does maintenance and repairs. I recently took up mountain biking and was working on upgrading my bike but I honestly didn't have the knowledge nor the tools to put it together. He added hydraulic brakes, new derailure and shifter, new top/bottom headsets, and tubeless tires to my Schwinn Axum.
