But my reconstruction company uses this company. They contacted American Sani-Can telling them that I needed a porta-potty today and that I do not currently have a toilet so it was an urgent need. American Ssni-can said that they could not find my home and could not get in touch with anyone, so they never came by leaving me without a toilet. I had to drive to the store to use the bathroom. They said they couldn't come back out until the next day!!! I know they never called me for directions and knowing i don't have a toilet never bothered to come out to provide one until the following day after 10:00 a.m. This is the WORST service I've ever dealt with. Tim saw on line our appliances had been delivered and reached out indicating he was available to come right over which saved us a bunch of waiting around time due to the delivery window of 3 hours. We thought our whole day was filled with waiting for delivery first and then installation. Tim arrived and greeted me professionally and took a quick look at the work to be done. From start to finish, it was less than an hour and a half. Throughout, Tim was engaging without being distracted from his work. Careful with our counters, cabinets, flooring and other appliances, and just an overall really pleasant person to have in our home. While he didn't have to make any alterations to our existing cabinetry, I can only assume his work would have been excellent. I was very impressed with his ethical standards. In our conversations, he mentioned an experience he had with a prior customer who had purchased an appliance that wouldn't fit the space they had and when they tried to coordinate a return, the big box store refused the return and told them to find someone to sell the brand new appliance to, rather than making it right for the customer. Tim told me he stopped contracting with that big box store after that because they didn't put the client first. That impressed me. What made this experience worse is that my credit card was charged $240 for a visit that lasted less than 5 minutes, even though no repair was performed and the diagnosis was incorrect. I contacted the company to resolve this matter and received no response. Taking advantage of customers' lack of technical knowledge through misdiagnosis and excessive charges is deceptive and should not be acceptable in any professional service business. As a business owner, this experience was frustrating enough that it made me seriously consider starting my own service company simply to protect other business owners from unnecessary repairs, inflated quotes, and careless diagnostics. I have retained all documentation related to this visit, including the written estimate, billing records, and evidence of the actual repair. When I got home I live less than 10 min away, she had a high temp, im in no way blaming anyone for her having a fever what I find unusual is that no one "noticed" well was she upset did she fall or cry? Response I got was no she was fine and playing and took water breaks. Mind you she's not even 2 I would expect someone to notice something may be off. Turned out to be an ear infection. In addition after I msged the staff about the incident I didn't feel like anyone really cared to ask what happened or check. Especially now with COVID , don't you want to know what was the outcome if your kids are attending there? It's a shame cause I think my daughter enjoyed it for the most part. Perhaps this is normal at daycares?
