The excellent credit goes to one man: Darin Christensen. Darin was the one who set up my appointment at a time to suit me and when I arrived, guided me through the entire process, including walking me to my car in the snow! important to me: very well appointed waiting room... leather sofa and chairs with cushions (not the usual miserable plastic molds) and very clean and calm. They SPRAY painted over the original paint on the bed to make it look newer and in better shape than it was, so now the spray paint has been peeling off everywhere. The toolbox on the truck doesn't work- like it doesn't open and close or lock. Also, they only gave me one key and insisted that there was no additional key or a key fob... for a 2019!!! After talking to my local dealership, they were supposed to include a second key and key fob with my purchase. I am absolutely disgusted, and would never buy anything from them again.

Lifetime warranties and preventive maintenance will have to be offered for free, standard on every vehicle, and be fully transferable, in addition, there will have to be some serious "service department" overhauls where the staff are trained to be service oriented, and customer centric, when that happens I'll think about buying a Ford affiliated vehicle again.
