Firestone is my go-to tire place and so I ordered two replacement tires. When the lead technician, JR, went to install these new tires he also measured my existing tires, discovering that they were in very good shape and would pass inspection. And then he did the right thing: He called me to make sure I wanted tires that I didn't necessarily need. I had my car re-inspected at Firestone, passed with the existing tires, and it's the best $20 I've ever spent. Now Firestone will be my go-to for other services as well.

The Manager caught the problem with the car. Long story short, work had been done at a dealership in her hometown, and they did not do it correctly. I sent pictures to her dad and he was pissed the dealership not only did not complete the job and charged him $1200 but caused a safety issue for his daughter. I am grateful Jiffy Lube caught this problem.
