Initially, I had a slow leak patched for free on promotion, and I paid nothing that day. As the tires were old on the car, I figured I would get a quote from them as well. I shopped around, and their warranty and price was definitely the best I saw. It did take a while to get the new tires on, but nothing awful. When putting on the tires, Victor noticed that the seals on my front struts had worn, and that the hydraulic fluid leaked all over the chassis and brakes. He very clearly and professionally explained the issue to me, while the car was lifted, and showed me where the leaks were as well. He also pointed out a leak on the radiator. They certainly didn't coerce me to do the repairs there: They told me to go to the shop where I had the radiator done, as it was under warranty, and to a dealer for the struts. They did provide a quote for the brakes in case I wanted to do them there. Basically, they did the opposite of these reviews: They gave me clear information presented in a professional way and worked with me to find the best solution for myself (and my wallet). Overall, I was pleased with their service and communication, especially with those two staff members.

My sister took it in the next day and reminded them that she had to be out before 11 and the woman at the counter got a little irate with her. When she got to my car the pressure was different on each tire, ranging from 37-29 psi. That is insane, I had to go to the Wawa and put air in my tires after paying an additional $50 for balancing (which needs to be refunded) and $40 for installation and to be honest they really don't look brand new to me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location for ANYTHING, and it's the closest location to me.

It was late at night and we waited several hours for help! Well, finally a towing service put a donut on the car... but it was precarious so we needed a tire to get home! No one in this area had my friend's tire in stock, so we saw this sign "We Fix Flats" so we pulled into Henry's! This mechanic shop wasn't fancy, but there was no wait and they were happy to come to our aid! In a matter of minutes JR patched our original tire and was so gracious and concerned! He was helpful and informative and basically "saved the day"!!! He wanted to make sure we got home safe! What a good guy!!
