This is perfect for little kids but not so much for older kids. There is a lifeguard there at all times, only watching this splashpad, which is very cool. Still must be very watchful as a parent. I wish there was more shade for seated, watching parents, but so be it. There is a shady picnic grassy area adjacent to the splash pad that can easily be used to host a birthday party. The picnic tables are not close enough to the splashpad to be able to watch your kids from here. This whole area is fenced in and only accessible by coming through the front of the Aquatic Center's check in gate. Then only those who purchase additional tickets can enter this area to use the splash pad. My friend brought coolers and had a nice party here. We first noticed the splash pad during swimming lessons here. Since it is inside of the Aquatic Center, it is not very visible from the road. Please note that only bathing suits are allowed; no normal shorts are allowed. They will enforce this! Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

Really nice place with friendly attentive lifeguards. Every time we have come here the people working the checkout have been bizarre. When I came here yesterday I went out of my way to be friendly, and yet someone called Erin or Erica butted her way into the conversation. She's like going on and on about this is your receipt for a rain check and if you get it wet we aren't stamping it and you're not getting back in here, that's your responsibility. Who even talks like that? Sad. It was really clear that her anger had little to do with us. So then I'm like saying well I don't have any compartments in my bag could I just leave my receipt here and write my name on it in case the park closes or it would get wet and she's saying we have over 400 people here a day and that's not my problem. The young girl we started our conversation with had much better social awareness. When we did inevitably get a rain check they said oh you have 3 days to come back but we're closed for maintenance on one of them. So for us that would have been the only day we could return without having to skip a summer class that we already pay for. Tone deaf.

Please change your hours so me and I'm sure a lot of other families can come and enjoy the aquatic center!!!!

Lots to do eat and see and they are okay with outside food with lots of picnic areas. We did the giraffe painting premium experience which was worth it since it also includes admission into the park. We ordered salads and burgers from their inside restaurant connected to the gift shop. Ordering from their kiosk is very easy and the food rang on a buzzer in good time. We loved the lorikeet area and paid $3 for the juice to feed the lorikeets (card only, no cash). There is a nice water park area for the kids. The best time to see all the animals is in the morning when they open, that's when they get fed and you're most likely going to have an animal walk in front of your car, so cool!

You may want to bring a wheelchair for older ones. You can visit the food area and gift shop to take home a stuffed animal and the area has air conditioning to help you cool down.

He was a really chill college teen with tattoos, he was really funny and a great instructor and he was extremely patient with us and made the entire time feel like a blast! The obstacle is really fun, if you have a fear of heights do not worry at all you will not fall and its very hard to, logan explained how it's physically impossible to fall and even gave us an example. There are two levels with two challenges each, making it engaging and worth the time. It costs $30 for each person totaling $60 for me and my cousin. There aren't a lot of people when we came but it could differ for others days. Overall it's a very fun activity to do in Dania beach and I'd highly recommend! P.S. for Logan, Me and my cousin hope you have a great career path in school and in life in general! You're an amazing guy! Keep up the good work man!

An hour is plenty of time for the activities in that Florida sun. The entire lake is fenced to protect from gators, which was cool. Lots of lizards on the grounds. But the kids don't care.

I had a lot of fun for my first time here. I recommend you go early if you want to go around the cable more frequently. As the day went on, it got busier. This is not just for kids. It is fun for anyone of all ages. It could be a little expensive for a large family as it's $40 for two hours at the cable park and $80 all day. Staff members were nice but this place felt disorganized. No one helped you pick out a board, get a helmet, or a life jacket. It's self serve so as first timers we didn't really understand if we helped ourselves or if someone was going to show us. Also, if the lines you wait in get wonky, the staff doesn't care. They're pretty chill but it seems like they need a little more organization to improve their customer service. You do have to sign a waiver before you go out and it's recommended to book online to save money. If you're late they will start your time upon arrival so you can still get your full two hours there. I'd love to come back. You'll fall a million times first but maybe you'll get the hang of it eventually.

Unfortunately, he was recovering from a respiratory issue and fell asleep on the way there. He managed to sleep for the entirety of the event. There's a massive interactive play area along with some slides and lots of chairs and loungers. Additionally, they had some air conditioned party rooms where I spent a good portion of the time. While I didn't get the experience i intended, it was a great preview of what Sailfish Splash has to offer. Finally, this is a great place to host an event or party as I learned firsthand.

My husband brought our son last weekend specifically for the giant dumping bucket -- the main attraction for many kids, especially little ones who thrive on routine and familiarity. Unfortunately, it was completely down. Things happen. I understand maintenance issues. What was upsetting was the response afterward. When I called to ask about it, I was treated as if I was crazy for not "checking the website." I follow the social media pages and saw nothing posted. Even after checking the website afterward, I still could not find any notice stating the bucket was out of service. Instead of empathy or even a simple apology, the employee was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, preparing kids for plans and expectations matters more than most people realize. A major attraction being closed on Mother's Day weekend without clear communication was disappointing enough -- but the lack of compassion afterward made it far worse. Families deserve better communication and basic kindness.
