My brother Jamie and I purchased a pool table and accessories to include a chair, bench and ping pong attachment. The salesman/owner was very nice and friendly at that time. At the time of the sale, we were told that they offer a service to relocate the products when we moved. We were told that the cost would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 to 400. A year later, we called to setup a move and they quoted 535.00 . We were surprised about the cost and immediately asked if the service included picking up the pool table and all the accessories such as the bench, chair and ping pong table. Sarah said yes so we placed the service order. They never sent us an invoice prior to to the date of service. A professional business would not take your money without providing a customer with an invoice well in advance. The employees of this company purposely do not provide you with an invoice so they can add on additional costs and or not provide the services described when they take your credit card information and process payment. When they came to the pickup location, they did not pick up all the items as promised. My sister was at the pickup location and the billiard staff refused to take the other items. Once we were made aware of the situation, I called the manager and attempted to discuss the matter. He originally personally sold us the products but his attitude was completely changed. We were given no invoice prior to them taking payment. The manager takes pride in the fact that we have no proof of what services we paid for. He even said that the phone calls were recorded. I said great, they will be able to confirm what actually happened. The manager got more upset and said they he would not provide the recordings and would have his tech dump the pool table on our yard. Shame on these people and the way they do.business read more

I spent $11,000 a year ago with Rusty, who is now a manager at the Tempe location. I spent an additional $700 for custom pool table and shuffleboard covers. When they came out to deliver, the shuffleboard cover did not fit. I waited and waited, calling numerous times. After finally getting ahold of Rusty on the phone (he never returned my messages), he informed me that because he was bought out, neither he nor the new company would honor my order and produce the cover. He basically told me over the phone, that he was ripping me off. What he didn't know was that I have other commercial properties, and just recently bought two more pool tables and shuffles. I spent less money for a better product. I rarely leave negative reviews. But I can't get over how blatantly I was ripped off. There are lots of choices in the Phoenix area, buyer beware. read more

!!!!READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!!!! Subject: Disappointment with recent service I called Billiards Factory store located at 1746 W Ruby Dr #106, Tempe, AZ 85284, on or about the 30th of January, around 1640 (4:40pm). I spoke with a guy named Chris, and I asked him how much it cost for new felt for my pool table. Chris replied, what are the dimensions of your pool table. I told him it was 44 inches in width. Chris said, four hundred and nine dollars with tax. I said, ok. I am on my way. I showed up to the above-mentioned address and said, I am here to get new felt on my pool table, are you the guy I spoke with? The guy (Rusty the GM) said, no I am not, did you talk with Chris the manager from the other store? I said, probably and I explained to him that Chris just gave me the price for the felt of $409 with tax. The guy said that's not true (calling me a liar), I am the GM and our prices don't change you must have been mistaken. I said, call him yourself because that's what he told me. The GM calls the Chris on the phone and asked him what price he gave me. The GM was ticked off because he gave me the wrong price. Then the GM said I can work with you to get the price down but not $409. I said, your guy gave me the price I'm not paying anything else. The GM said which color would you like. The wife and I shopped around looking at different colors on the pool tables that they had on display. We chose a color and when we went to ring it up we sat there for 30 minutes because his machine went down and he would have to hand write everything. He gave me the felt for the price I discussed over the phone with Chris the manager from another store. While he was writing everything down, he asked his wife to get us on the schedule for install. His wife asked my wife what time would you like. We agreed on a time between 10am and 12pm. My wife asked how long does it take for install because I have our kids to pick up from school. The GM Rusty said oh your good, it only takes about an hour to install. We left with a date of install for February 6th from 10am to 12pm. On February 6th around 1130am, I received an email from this address, (billiardfactory@packageai.co). The email provided information with, what stop I was on their list, and a link. I clicked on the link. The link said, we will be at your hose at 730pm for install. I called my wife and asked if anyone was at the house from the company. She replied no. I called the company and spoke with Chris the manager from Scottsdale at Billiard Factory Company, and I said, where are these guys that are supposed to have been here installing my felt on my table? They were supposed to be here from 10 to 12 and nobody is here? Chris, immediately says with an attitude, no one can give you a time for install, the way it works is we send it to an app and the install teams puts you on their schedule. I said, I have a time when they are needed to be here and my wife has spent 2 hours off of work waiting for you guys. You're wasting our time and money. I, demand Chris to send someone out now and complete the job as I paid for now! Chris said, there is nothing he can do and you just have to wait. I said, let me explain something to you, what if someone told you they were installing something at your house and you waited hours OFF of WORK for nobody to show up? That would piss you off right. Chris, with no emotion, and no empathy, working in a sale department says, if you're going to yell at me, I will just refund your money. I said, I want to talk with your GM now! Chris replied, he is off today. I said someone is going pay for my wasted time, have him call me now! Chris (THE MANAGER) hung the phone up on me. I called back and asked him to give me the number to the other store because, the number they have on their website goes directly to the Scottsdale store. Chris gives me the number. I explain my situation to the guy working there (at the location I purchased this from). The guy completely sides with me and understands what is going on. He explained that he would be furious at this company as well for doing this. He then replied, your retired army, and they he said, and you're a veteran. I would be just as pissed as you are and I will bring this up to management immediately to get this resolved. I get a phone call from Rusty the General Manager. I explained the situation and he said, I told you we don't schedule time for install. This general manager, bold face lies to me over the phone, when my wife and I have written proof of time for install. (WATCH YOUR VIDEO PLAYBACK IN YOUR STORE). I replied, if you give someone a time, be there. I called him a Lier and proceeded to say who thinks its ok to install anything at someone's house at 730pm at night? He replied, we are not installing anything at your house the way you are talking to me. I said no shit. I'm not letting you in my house at 730pm at night. I demanded my refund. Put a deposit on a pool table last year. Was assured a refund if purchase was unable to be completed due to space issue. As it turns out I didn't have the space. Have been trying since January to get a refund. I've been in person 3 times, called 3 or 4 times and am promised each time. Enough is enough l, disputed the charge with credit card company. Truth is I was almost certainly going to buy something later that worked but after the run around, no longer would I or should you consider buying anything from this place. read more

We had a fantastic experience at Billiard Factory in Tempe. They were able to find a pool table, shuffleboard, and poker table for our game room that all matched, was reasonable priced, and was in stock ready for delivery within a week. We absolutely love it! But the best part of our experience was the delivery done by Adam and Chris several weeks ago. They were absolutely the best delivery/set up crew we have ever had. All of this was going in to a basement with the hardwood floors and stairs having just been refinished. Their customer service and willingness to move the items wherever needed was top notch. But, they were also extremely careful to protect all of the flooring, walls, etc. I can't tell you how many times we have had workers to the house to fix something, only to find out that they broke two others things in the process. Chris and Adam left without a scratch to the house, removed all of the packing materials, showed up on time as agreed upon, and set everything up perfectly.
