UPDATE: These folks made up for the damages that were encountered. The provided a credit that allowed me to get the items that were damaged repaired. With that said, the rest of the finish (espresso) on the table top is fantastic. The support from Simon was incredible. He was very responsive and provided a fair deal to get things squared away. I am very happy with the final results and will gladly do business with them in the future. Purchased a "table top" to go over my pool table. The packaging was fine on the outside but when I opened it on the 4 table pieces the center rails were broken on 2. I contacted them and the offered a $100 refund. With that said I purchased some L brackets and fixed the legs. When I went to put the top on the table one of the 4 pieces had a deep scratch on the edge. I just emailed them moments ago to see what can be done. Depending on the answer I may change this review. read more

Went to check out some ping pong tables and met the sales person who was very knowledgeable and really knew the products he was selling really well. I didn't know they also sell arcade video game console for a great price. I highly recommend this place if your going to be purchasing a ping pong table or even a foosball tables. They are price competitive and ship and assemble the ping pong tables in the Bay Area. It's a really neat store with some cool Billiard tables as well. read more

Just purchased ping pong table for my folks from Simon that cost over $750, had it delivered. Very timely and nice but without any paddles or balls. My parents, who are 3 miles from the shop were informed that they need to order them. and they will ship them. Not very good customer service in my opinion. read more

My husband and I purchased the Joola Rally TL 300 from Billiard Wholesale for our home and the experience was great! Their prices are reasonable (very competitive versus major online retaielrs) and they assemble/delivered the pool table for us without any issues! This company might be great in person. However, ordering online in my experience has been frustrating. I placed an order for ping pong paddles. Easily added them to my cart and checked out with no warning that they are out of stock only to receive an email that my order has been refunded a couple of days later. So I figured good prices... I'll try again. Nope! same thing. What gives? Set up your online store so it shows when something is out of stock. I won't try again. Good luck. read more

Purchased a Reno Pool Table rustic style from Billiard Wholesale. Lots of different prices out there for this model but BW had a good price. It took a couple of weeks for the table to arrive but it was delivered and the installation was scheduled. We were the last of four installations that day and the team ran late but they kept us in the loop and let us know when they would arrive. The guys were friendly, neat and efficient. They wasted no time getting started and consulted with me on the exact placement of the table in our living room. Gave us four choices on the felt for the table. Called and spoke to Colin a week ago to have a pool table moved. He scheduled me for Monday (today) and told me to email the address through website "contact us" app. I took Monday off from work to be here for the move and also select a new color felt. Realized on Thursday that I didn't know what time they were coming and wanted to be sure he got the address. Called on Friday and the owner said Colin had stepped out and would have him call me when he returned. No call. I call on Saturday and get voicemail and left a message. Called on Sunday (closed). Left msg and used the "contact us" app on the website to ask them to call me with the time. It's Monday at 12:30p and no return of any of messages left including three messages voicemail messages I left today. They won't even pick up the phone. The movers come on Wednesday. The pool table has to be out by then. Pool movers schedule about a week ahead in advance. I called four other pool table movers and no one can fit me in until next week. I wouldn't recommend using this company to move or even purchase a table from. Guess they move and deliver tables when they feel like it. Very unprofessional to not call back or answer the phone anymore. Don't let them ruin your move or waste your vacation days. read more

I just got my JOOLA TRIUMPH 18 delivered and installed by Simon's team. It was delivered on time. Simon provided valuable inputs on deciding on the table. This is a great table with easy storage and perfect for family entertainment. My family love...................... it!!
