Storm Hy-Road, ball bag, ball towel, dry hand bag, shoes...

I hadn't bowled in years. I went in and asked for some help and was treated respectfully by all Pro Shop employees: casual vibe, friendly smiles, great attitudes. I was given suggestions based on MY goals, not their bottom line... When I picked up my ball I was checked to make sure I had what I needed, "this is good for just getting back... we'll be here when you want to upgrade or have ANY questions." AWESOME I took the ball out for a spin immediately and had a great time... but something was off. I went back to the shop before they closed and said "It hurts when I..." I was immediately given advice by two employees and suggestions on how to make adjustments (which helped dramatically). Point is: they know what they are doing. They all know how to bowl. They know which gear will help with your problems. They know how to help you get better. They know they only benefit from giving good advice to keep bowlers healthy and happy. I will be back.

This place is the best. Went here on a Saturday and have no regrets. Had a couple of balls drilled by Lindsey and Matt. Amazing customer service. They watched me throw, got my PAP and heard my concerns. Made sure my bowling ball fit correctly. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be a returning customer.

These guys are great! Stand up people treating there customers like it there only customer. Lyndsey is great! I appreciate you and what you do. If you are thinking about getting a ball stop by here they will definitely help you.... But remember you can have the most expensive amazing ball.... Need to know how to throw it! Lyndsey even went out of his way to give pointers on that! Thanks again!!

Oof where to start…read more From the dirty premises, slow service, and bad food, to the rip-off dilapidated arcades, badly designed lane computers, and high prices, I can be pretty confident in saying Bowlero pretty much sucks. I came her for a birthday and they initially sat us at a dirty table sharing space with a huge group of loud drunk people. There were so many open lanes, why do we need to be right next to a bunch of shouting people spilling food and drinks everywhere. Great. After complaining they moved us, and then the rest of the problems reared their heads. First, we took some of the kids in our party to the arcades, only to discover the price per play is so high you burn through $20 in 10 minutes. So unless you like wasting money this isn't really kid friendly as there is nothing else for kids. Second, the shoes - good god it is a bad day to be a foot when you put these gross, junky things on. They were basically glued together. Our food started to arrive and my god, I have had better frozen food than what they serve. The pizza is dried and barely has toppings, fried stuff all limp and greasy. It was gross. So I decided to get a drink at the bar, except the clueless slow bartender didn't even look at me for 15 minutes while there were literally 3 other people there. I just gave up, I'm sure a $15 watered down cocktail or flat beer wouldn't improve my mood. Anyway, this place sucks, it's gross, it's expensive, and the employees don't care about service. It'll be a cold day in hell before I come back.

The menu serves American style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The updated prices for beef dishes are in little pink slips at the table, so make sure you check the update because the menus themselves aren't updated. We ordered breakfast at lunch. Ordered the kid's French toast that came with a side of sausage, a loco moco dish, and the ham and cheese omelette. The French toast was pretty good size for kids and just the right amount of sugar. The loco moco was great with the gravy and medium cooked patties, this is "Hawaiian" style. And the ham and cheese omelette was good. I haven't had sliced American cheese in a while, and it was creamy and went well with the eggs. 4 eggs in one omelette so it's perfect size for sharing. We did not bowl, but will make sure we try that after lunch next time.

They never called to say we missed the reservation. When we showed up we begged for lanes. The manager was incredibly rude. They wouldn't even give us single lanes. Then they wouldn't give us the tables that they had previously promised us because we weren't allowed to have our party there. When we said we have a bunch of people coming in they said they already had enough business. They said that we didn't reserve correctly because we didn't put a deposit down, when we were never asked for a deposit. Manager said "that's on you, you made a mistake." WTF????? Ken (owner) did try to make it right and accommodate us but we couldn't fathom giving them $1000+ of business after the way the manager treated us. Avoid at all costs. Worst place ever.

Their website says they close at 10pm. I got there at around 7:30pm and wasn't able to place my order until 7:44pm. The waitress might be new, but she had to get the e-menu to know what flavor of shakes they offered (3, choc, vanilla, and strawberry). I was initially seated at a table and then moved to the bar. I ordered a calzone and shake for here and a pizza to go. Then they started cleaning up. I could have taken everything to go, but the communication was so bad. IF they wanted to close up, they should really not leave a customer hanging and waiting. Apparently both the calzones and pizzas were packed to go without any communication. And also apparently, bone were the calzones and pizzas were ready for 30 minutes and the waitress was just busy closing up (then give me my order) so u can close up. I live 4 miles away and by the time I got home, everything was cold. So I couldn't tell you how the food was except that it was cold. Cold pizza is a zero star for me. Then when it came to pay, no one knew what INKIND (really annoying app, avoid at all cost) was. I asked for the check number and they're like what, " just tap your credit card." I had to insist on getting the check number to pay through the app. Even after I paid, the manager wouldn't let me go. He kept holding the pos checkout thing and saying, if the order hasn't gone away, then you haven't paid, you need to tap. I said, you need to refresh. And when he refreshed, my check disappeared (duh) because it's been paid for and he still insisted that I haven't paid. So he goes to the actual terminal and effin stares at the screen for another 10minutes wondering why a paid check disappeared from his queque. I showed him on the app and offered to show him through email that it's been paid. He was just possessed and kept staring that pos terminal. and then he's like, I'll just take your word for it. How offensive, like I'm going to try to lie. I showed you on so many avenues that the check was paid and closed (your actual pos terminal, my app, my email receipt, etc.) Anyway, this place looks like it's going to close soon the way it was like a ghost bar on a sunday night.
