Although the house is on the smaller side, they take care of things and feature a whole lounge style bar. 32 lanes, free fall pins, Brunswick ball return, still working well! We rarely ever had any issues with balls getting stuck or needing to call in for any attention on the lanes. Will (front desk) took care of us and ensured a positive first visit. We enjoyed it so much that we are now Friday evening regulars. On top of Will's exceptional service, Jose (bartender) also provided exceptional service manning the bar. The sweetest lady operates their open kitchen and she is super efficient. Their offerings are pretty typical as far as bowling food is concerned but that doesn't discredit that the food still hits. We'll continue to be regulars for the foreseeable future!

She greeted every family with a genuine smile and brought so much energy, warmth, and passion to every event. You could tell she truly loved what she did. Before the recent changes to the Kids Club program, events were consistently packed and often fully booked, and we have no doubt Kaydy's dedication played a huge role in building that loyal following. Pinstripes is losing an incredible employee, and any organization would be fortunate to have her. **Next is Ray, the upstairs manager.** Ironically, our first few visits to Pinstripes years ago could have been our last. We experienced recurring issues with our bowling lane and service that left us frustrated. Fortunately, Ray stepped in each time with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. He resolved every situation quickly and made us feel heard rather than dismissed. The biggest testament to his leadership? After those early visits, we never encountered problems of that magnitude again. We truly believe his attentiveness and commitment to the guest experience played a major role in that. **And finally, Monica, the hostess with the mostest.** If you've been to Pinstripes, you've probably seen Monica constantly helping guests with a smile. On top of that, three of our family members ended up experiencing stomach issues afterward, which we suspect may have come from the chocolate fountain area. We've celebrated Mother's Day here before and were really looking forward to coming back, so it was disappointing to leave feeling let down. I came her for a birthday and they initially sat us at a dirty table sharing space with a huge group of loud drunk people. There were so many open lanes, why do we need to be right next to a bunch of shouting people spilling food and drinks everywhere. Great. After complaining they moved us, and then the rest of the problems reared their heads. First, we took some of the kids in our party to the arcades, only to discover the price per play is so high you burn through $20 in 10 minutes. So unless you like wasting money this isn't really kid friendly as there is nothing else for kids. Second, the shoes - good god it is a bad day to be a foot when you put these gross, junky things on. They were basically glued together. Our food started to arrive and my god, I have had better frozen food than what they serve. The pizza is dried and barely has toppings, fried stuff all limp and greasy. It was gross. So I decided to get a drink at the bar, except the clueless slow bartender didn't even look at me for 15 minutes while there were literally 3 other people there.
