The driver was late, I was cold and it was dark so I was a little scared being a 76 year old woman alone in the dark and unfamiliar area etc. When driver finally arrived, he said that he didn't know he had a "pick up" until 4 that morning. Mind you this had been previously scheduled and confirmed 2 days ahead. Driver was nice enough but wanted to know how I paid and I told him it had been pre paid at time of schedule. Overall I think I would use them again but would hope for a more timely pick up and for cleaner vehicles.

I found Trailhead via Yelp and their services perfectly met my needs. I was able to arrange the ride from my home in a different state, and pay for the ride so he didn't have to. It was a flat rate which I appreciated and there were several types of payment options. We got confirmation who our driver would be shortly after booking, and we were sent his vehicle and contact info. He then tracked my uncle's flight so he could adjust if it was delayed (and it was). It was a great experience and a huge peace of mind knowing he would be safely tracked by one person who we had communicated with in advance. My uncle was very pleased with the driver and the service overall. Highly recommend!!

He texted me when he arrived and I received his text as our plane landed. He told me exactly where he parked his car which 5 steps from the exit of the terminal. On the way he explained many historical facts about Montana, Billings and the town of Absorkee where our Lodge was located. We were staying at the Montana Fly Fishing Lodge and they primarily use his company. His new Lincoln Navigator was clean and very comfortable. When it was time for us to leave, he picked us up and took us back to the airport. We talked about many things. He was such a good conversationalist and such a wonderful person. When we got out of the car, he handed us a package to take with us on the plane. When we opened it up, we saw that it was two fresh chocolate donuts. I have to say, those were the best chocolate donuts I have ever had, and my friend felt the same way. I will always use Trailhead Shuttle and Transport whenever I am in Billings or anywhere near there. They are great!

I called at 5:30 and they said it would be "just a few more minutes." Then I called at 5:45 and they said it would be "just a few more minutes" and then it turned into an hour. I had prebooked to be picked up at 5 hours before and all they did was lie and give me the runaround. They never offered to make it right when they picked me up. I even talked to dispatch on the two way radio and complained, but I still got to pay full price. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had to pay an extra $2 to make the reservation. I needed to be picked up at 10am - to be on the West End by 11am (I was trying to play it safe). By 10:15, I called to check on the status and they told me they were "right around the corner". I called 2 more times after - almost in a panic - before they finally showed up - at 10:45. But, he didn't even pull into my hotel. I had to meet him in the middle of the road. I was p!$$ed. I explained the situation, and the driver said he should be able to make it by 11. Two minutes into our drive, the dispatcher told him that he'd need to make another pickup. He explained to me that with that pickup, he couldn't get me there until closer to noon. UGH UGH FREAKING UGH. OR.... wait! He could charge me another $5 and I could make my ride exclusive. OF COURSE, SIR. I would LOVE to pay you another $5 - on top of my $2 reservation guarantee - to ensure you don't play MR. SCHOOLBUS and pick up 5 other people. FTW. Anyways... he gets me there - with one minute to spare. Fine. I should have called another company for the return.... but look at me - Mrs. Second Chance. I waited for 2.5 hours afterward to get picked up. OVER TWO HOURS. I AM USING CAPS, CAPS, CAPS. YELLING. Never, ever, ever, ever use this company. There is apparently one other cab company in Billings. I'm sure they've got to be at least modestly better than City Cab. The vehicle had a smell that we just couldn't get past. I spoke with Stacey (back in Billings) over the phone, and she was very understanding and arranged for us to swap the vehicle in Bozeman. I was impressed with her customer service and not making me feel like I was a problem. You know what I mean, if you've experienced it. We extended our trip 2 times and I was able to add the necessary days over the phone with the folks back in Billings, without issue. I've rented vehicles from all the major players, in several cities & the folks I dealt with at this location, were the best.

Since we were driving, I knew I wouldn't make it by 7 PM but it would be more like 10 pm. Earlier in the day, I had called this location to find out what time they were open until. I was told they were open until midnight. I arrived at the location around 10 PM...2 hours BEFORE the scheduled close time. The office was closed and there was nobody there. There were cards available so I called the office and left a message. Meanwhile, I checked into an off site hotel soon after which, an Alamo employee named Joseph called to apologize for the inconvenience. Mind you, I had no intention of staying in Billings for the night. Plan was to pick up the car and drive to Columbia Falls. We decided that I would pick the car up the next day in the morning. He also said that when I return the car on Monday, he will be there and he will give me some sort of a break on the rental. I arrived on Monday night to return the car and Joseph wasn't even working that day. The person on duty had no clue what I was talking about. I decided to talk to Joseph over the phone directly. I just got off the phone and am absolutely disappointed at his attitude. I have rented from Alamo on several occasions before but this has been an unforgettable experience. Joseph was absolutely rude, refused to help me and upon me asking why he told me that I should ask for him when I drop the car off on Monday and he will work something out, his response was, he doesn't need to explain anything to me. So, not only did they cause me the inconvenience of driving to the airport when they were closed but also made me pay extra out of my pocket to spend a night in Billings but also this employee has the audacity to speak with disrespect.
