Today is 4-2-2026 Review abt yr ago. Purch'd Duralast Flr jack. 1st use, worked well still in 1 yr…read morewarranty & orig box. 1 yr aftr, i used again 2 chng my oil again. Barely pump few lbs! Box had oil stains. I remember $ was surprisingly low. But i was ignorant of diff brand pricing, quality etc. I called & thier response was nothing they can do past 1 yr warranty. i tried 2 ask why oil plug was either welded shut or goop like epoxy. So i couldn't even refill it. Come to find out, & unknown2 me at the time, it APPEARS it was used returned jack.. I NEVER KNOWINGLY Purch ANYTHING USED, OPEN BOX, REFURBISHED. I went2 another AutoZone, recently 2 see, they had a tiny sign used, but I'd have noticed if it had been there at other store, bcuz i gave leaking non functional used once, jack 2my neighbor & told him fix it it's yours. He did fix it!! I asked how'd he get the plug open. He said plug was elsewhere on jack. He Offered 2 give back but i couldn't go back on my word. He restaited give back - I said no but loan it to me abt once a yr. He agreed. In short all the other store had2 do was look at it. HOWEVER They don't sell jack oil :-( or so guy at store said. I'm guessing 1st owner somehow intentionally or unintentionally loosened oil plug or worse it comes loose by itself. Guy at store said seals go bad after yr or 2 & they don't sell the seals either? I haven't checked if any of that (oil or seals) is true. No intention of purch any thing significant frm them again, convenience only. Also chngd rating frm 1* to 2.5can't do 2.5 so 2. If U plan to purch frm AutoZone MAKE SURE It's NEW, & they sell maintenance type items 4 that product, seals, specialty oil, screws, nuts or bolts, hinge pins, wheels, specialty batteries, battery door covers, specialty funnel, handle, ETC OR Name of someone you can obtain those items

The ease of getting financed and efficient paperwork was fantastic. It was paperless and given to you on a thumb drive. I also take my Jeep here to be serviced and it's always been quick and done right the first time. I like that you can schedule online. They're very communicative by sending texts, calling and they even send you a video of your car so you know what's been worked on. I'm definitely going back to get my next Jeep here!

Our 2019 Jeep Cherokee became subject to Jeep's stop-drive recall and remained in Larry H. Miller's…read morepossession for nearly four months while awaiting manufacturer parts and repairs. We recognized that the recall itself was not the dealership's fault. We were informed that our vehicle was damaged as the result of an accident that occurred on the public roadway immediately behind the dealership's service storage lot, where our Jeep was being stored. Regardless of how that accident occurred, our vehicle was in the dealership's exclusive care, custody, and control. The damage includes a shattered rear side window, damage to the surrounding window frame, paint or plaster-like material splattered down the entire passenger side of the vehicle, damage to the wheels and tires, multiple dents and paint defects, and broken glass throughout the interior. Because we have refused to accept a damaged vehicle, we have not yet been able to perform a complete inspection, and there may be additional damage that has not yet been discovered. After the window was broken, we repeatedly requested that the opening simply be covered to protect the interior from weather, debris, and contamination. Despite multiple requests, the vehicle remained exposed to elements for roughly a month after the damage occurred. That level of care for a customer's property is simply unacceptable. Our insurance company explained that damage occurring while a customer's vehicle is in a dealership's care is generally the responsibility of the dealership their Shop-keepers insurance. We were informed that it occurred approximately two months into the time our vehicle was being stored by the dealership. Larry H. Miller had roughly two additional months while our Jeep remained in its possession to coordinate repairs and restore the damage before the recall work was ever completed. It has now been over a week since the manufacturer recall repairs themselves were completed, and we are still without our vehicle. After patiently waiting nearly four months for recall parts and repairs, we fully expected to finally bring our Jeep home. Instead, we have been handed an entirely new problem that occurred while the vehicle was entrusted to the dealership's care. The most frustrating part is that the repairs themselves appear relatively straightforward. Replace the broken window. Match the custom tint. Repair the damaged window frame. Remove the paint and debris. Repair the cosmetic damage. Clean the broken glass from the interior. Inspect the vehicle for any additional damage. Return the Jeep in the same condition it was in before it was damaged. Had they simply taken responsibility and coordinated the repairs during that time, this matter could likely have been resolved before the recall was even finished. Instead, after four months of waiting, we are still without our vehicle because of damage that occurred while it was in Larry H. Miller's possession. That is beyond frustrating. What has been equally disappointing is the complete lack of communication from dealership leadership. We have made numerous attempts to contact General Manager Landon Tramell, and have received absolutely no response. We have now escalated this matter directly to Regional Vice President Ty Leuthold by email and, at the time of writing this review, we are still waiting for even the courtesy of a response. The silence from management has been just as disappointing as the damage itself. What disappoints me most is that this entire situation was avoidable. Accidents happen. Most reasonable people understand that. What defines a business is not whether something unexpected occurs--it is whether the business takes ownership, communicates honestly, and makes things right. That has not been our experience. Instead of taking responsibility, restoring our vehicle, and communicating with us, we have been left waiting while trying to convince the dealership to return our Jeep in the same condition it was in when they took possession of it. Unfortunately, this is not our first disappointing experience with Larry H. Miller. A previous vehicle we purchased from this dealership suffered chronic mechanical problems and ultimately had to be repurchased after spending more time in the service department than on the road. We genuinely hoped this experience would be different. We are asking Larry H. Miller to accept responsibility for damage that occurred while our vehicle was in its exclusive care, custody, and control and to restore it to the condition it was in when it was impounded. That should not require months of waiting, repeated phone calls, executive escalation, or public reviews to accomplish. If dealership leadership ultimately takes responsibility, restores our vehicle to its pre-loss condition, and communicates with us professionally, I will gladly update this review to reflect that outcome. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
