Ice cream is good, but the service is horrible. I stopped there yesterday on my way to watch my grandson and the girl who waited on me was very unfriendly. It takes very little to put even a slight smile on your face. I ordered some lunch and while ordering she cut me off several times. I then went up to the counter to order a small milkshake to take she snapped at me "All we have is one size" Honestly I will not be going back anytime soon. Extremely unhappy with how today's Buisness went with Bills Golfland. I call around 5:00 on a Saturday to make sure that they were open, the guy on the phone replied with yes we are open till 9. I said great! See you soon. I arrive after my 30 min drive around 6:00. To my surprise they are closed, at this point I'm outraged and will not be return for long time. Do not recommend ordering the Beef Tips and Noodles for take out. Ordered it about a year ago and there was no beef just a ton of mushrooms. Took it back and they refunded it. Gave them a second chance today and exact same thing. The price I paid for noodles mushrooms and gravy is ridiculous. although there are hints of beef there is less than a tablespoon in total. read more

I took my 10 yr old here for lunch after a Dr. appointment and he was reluctant to go but after one bit he said , WOW! 5/5 s We got the small fish sandwich ( which was the best Fish sandwich I've had in a long time) with the Mac and cheese bites which were also delicious. I got the Willy burger, which is like a big Mac with crunchy fries and both her fantastic. We will definitely be back. read more

Went there to hit balls from grass area. The gentleman behind the counter told me that I could hit balls from grass area. When I got to the grass area, another man, I think it was the owner, started yelling at me and swearing at me for being on the grass area. This is my favorite restaurant of all time. It has the best chicken ever, and the prices are really cheap. They also have an arcade with Pac Man, and a claw machine. One last thing is, they have Xfinity WiFi , which is great for watching sports. read more

My dad and brother enjoyed golfing at the range, then they came and joined my mom and me at the restaurant. I ordered fish and chips with coleslaw, which was plentiful and delicious. I got a vanilla soft-serve waffle cone on my way out the door, which I really enjoyed until I was halfway done and realized it was blue. I lost my appetite and had to throw the rest away. I like to avoid artificial colors, so I was pretty upset by this. Maybe they should be more careful to make sure the machine is done mixing colors so that they can ensure customers what they ordered and not someone else's leftovers. I love Bills. My boyfriend stop here from time to time during the spring and summer season to drive golf balls and the driving range and to play mini golf. Not a bad deal at all. They charge $13 for a jumbo backer of balls it was $12 but I believe it's $13 now. They put four tickets in each basket. After 8 tickets you get a free bucket of balls. Mini golf is fun too. Definitely makes for a cheap date and a great place to go for something to do for a few hours and to get exercise. They have an arcade too which has a few games I enjoy. also have a restaurant next door. I never ate at the restaurant to give a full well rounded review believe it or not which is my reason for four stars, but I will eat there my next visit and update my review accordingly. read more

I was recommended to come here my one of my clients in Belle Vernon. It's basically a fast food restaurant that offers a little more variety. I went with the foot-long chili cheese dog with the battered fries. The hot dog part of the chili cheese dog was very good and tasty, the bun was very fresh, the chili was wonderful, but the cheese tasted like the kind you get out of a can. On our way back to Pleasant Hills from Fallingwater, we were sorely disappointed that the restaurant called The Dump (no joke) was closed for Thanksgiving. Seriously, the family was so looking foward to eating there. So we end up at Bill's Golfland for lunch. Yes, the name doesn't sound like any place that would serve lunch, but it's a little counter service place with a huge menu of inexpensive, ok food. Don't expect anything even approaching gourmet. Go here for a cheap, probably greasy meal. My friend ordered some pierogies and they were positively SWIMMING in margarine. Stopped at Bill's Golfland today after a long and tiring day. Had a yummy Willie Burger with a side of soup. It was really good. One thing for sure is that you get consistency at Bill's. They have good food, extremely good ice cream and pies. They have been a fixture all of my life. The owners are great people and you always run into someone that you know. I love joints like Bill's Golfland. My friend and I stopped here after going to Ohiopyle State Park, and bought an amazing amount of food for a combined $10. I had a hot dog and delicious fried zucchini while my friend got a burger, hot dog, and fried mushrooms. Granted, the food is fast food greasy, so if you ordered it to go Bill's food would probably make you a little sad later, but why would you wanna eat it elsewhere anyways? Part of Bill's charm is the ambiance, which is like a retro pickup diner where locals of all ages dine often. This place feels at home in a David Lynch movie minus the creepiness. I hope to make a pit stop at Bill's again cause I really want to try the ribs, but to be honest, I'd probably order a smorgasbord of other food as well just because I can. read more

The food is decent, nothing fancy. The inside of the restaurant is even less impressive. The size of their menu is vast and the food tastes pretty good. Certain items like their steak hoagie could use more steak and less veggies, but over all it is good food.
