Not having a good experience with Bill's Termite. They've come out and treated the house a few times but we haven't noticed a reduction in termite tunnels. Which is why we've called them out again. We have a service contract but it's usually 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. If someone apologizes about the wait, but blames it on "that time of the year," is it an actual apology? Why not just be honest and apologize for lacking sufficient staff to uphold service contracts? During the last visit from Bill's, they said they needed to drill into the foundation at the front of the house but couldn't. I don't know why, but something about this suburban Arizona cookie-cutter house model stumped them that day. He asked me to remove a strip of drywall inside, the length of the front room, so he could return and try drilling from inside. This morning he complained that he still couldn't drill and complained that I didn't clean out all the drywall dust and debris from the gap between tile and sill plate. I offered to clean out the drywall debris so he could come back and apply treatment, and he left, referring me to the office to find out how long before someone can come back. The office was able to schedule us two weeks out. So we'll have this 15-foot by 5 inch hole in the wall for the next couple weeks, and I still don't know if it was for nothing. Customer experience doesn't seem like a priority for either of the people I spoke with today from Bill's. And results don't appear to be a priority, either. read more

Andrew treated the entire exterior perimeter of my home by trenching dirt areas and drilling all concrete areas including the interior of my garage where most of the termite tunnels were found. Andrew and his assistant displayed exceptional service, personality, and professionalism. I will use them again if the need arises. read more

I would highly recommend Bill's Pest Control! We called Bill's pest control because during our house inspection at time of purchase, we were told we had termites in a storage area. I called in the morning and had Bobby at my house at 1 p.m. the same day. Upon looking at the area he told us it wasn't an active site and he would not recommend treating it but he could treat for a fee. He said if it was his family he would not recommend treating it unless it became an active sight again. We then talked about a plan for interior and exterior spraying for bugs etc. He asked if we had any issues with any critters, bugs etc. inside. When we said we had not and were just maybe being proactive, he once again said he would be happy to set up a plan but didn't thing it was probably necessary. The outside of our property is taken care of by an HOA. I don't recall the last time I had a service person come out and be so completely honest and walk away without charging a dime. I can't actually talk to their service to get rid of pests per se, but there is no doubt they will be the first people we call if we ever have an issue and one I will recommend to anyone. Bill, I noticed your very "toxic" reply to my last message, which was written 6 months ago. Your initial response, was "toxic" as you put it, to begin with, and now your reply is even more toxic! If you were reasonable business, you would have at least called me, and try to work things out, since I have been a faithful paying customer for the last 3 years, to date having paid out almost $1000 to your company for services!! $950 to be precise. You may not consider that alot of money, but to me it is.....and after having forked out so much already, can anyone blame my frustration, when every 6 to 8 months, I get a new mud tube. Now 6 months since I last wrote, its starting again starting another new mudtube in the same spot...and then to find out that you had terminated my contract 6 months ago without even a notice to me. My review was not fueled by hate, but by frustration. You have many happy customers, and maybe my house was an exception, maybe because your guys missed out on something. And for the record, I had to call for treatment not just once as you have insinuated, but at least 6 times in 3 years, for repeated problems.... I don't hate, I just want a resolution! I NEVER had TERMITES in this house until 3 years ago, unlike your insinuations. And I took action immediately, insearch of a GOOD exterminator! Well I made the mistake of going with these people. I found them to be very rude and offensive. I was skeptical of the business after hearing a radio commercial about them saying that they were conservative and operated in a Christian manner. First of all I'm far from conservative and I'm also Jewish. For them to be flaunting their religious and political views upon their potential customers is horrendous. Now onto the business aspect, very bad customer service. I was expecting something great after reading the yelp reviews they've obviously controlled the production of. I was expecting a good old fashion cowboy type person to come service my home, wrong. I got an unprofessional kid that was rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure how he even got hired, he was on his phone half the time which causes him to go over his quoted time and ended up causing me to be charged additional money. To wrap it all up, the person sprayed too much and was messy. My dog ended up getting into it and got sick. The vet visit only cost over $1,000. I had a good experience will Bill's Termite Company last night. Bill Jr. himself came out to the house (on time for our scheduled appointment!) and gave me a quote on fixing our termite problem. The price was several hundred dollars less than another quote I had been given so I agreed on the spot. He treated the problem area right then and was done within half an hour. The great part is that even though they only treated one area, their work is a guarantee for the entire house. If those little buggers come back in the next year they'll come back from free. I've never needed an exterminator until we purchased a house in the desert. Sadly, our house has (or should I say had) silverfish all year around and crickets in the summer months. My exterminator was Summer and she is amazing. As she thoroughly sprayed the interior and exterior of my house she explained what she was doing. She also took care of an ant problem in the backyard that I was trying to ignore. You can have them service your home monthly, bi monthly or as needed. We have used and recommended Bill's Pest Termite Control for years, but no longer. We have a yearly contract for an inspection and last year we specifically told them that we wanted to be at rental house for inspection and they never called, did the inspection without notifying us. This year we again adamantly said we want to be there for the inspection. We were given a time and we showed up 15 minutes early, waiting 35 minutes. In the meantime, we called the inspector 3 times, the office a couple times, with only a call from inspector after 3rd call. She said she had already done the inspection. Our tenant said she spent maybe 10 minutes and only walked around the exterior of the house. $150 for maybe 10 minutes. What a ripoff, no wonder they did not want us there! read more

We saw signs of termite tunnels coming up through our garage floor. Ryan came out quickly for an analysis and gave us a fully drawn sketch of our house with little pictures of termites where he found them. I forget the guy's name who came up do the work (chase?). He phoned me to say he was running a little late which was considerate. He got right to work and treated everything that Ryan discussed. I was concerned because he had to drill through our epoxy garage floor. When he was done, the holes were very small. Three days later we vacuumed and scrubbed the concrete patches and you can hardly see them. Very nice. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is there was a lot of concrete dust left behind that we had to vacuum ourselves. Other than that, a very professional company.
