Really great food! I used to underestimate this place because it didn't seem like much from the outside. But Bills has become one of my go to spots for pizza in Pawtucket now! I remember when it used to be Chicken Power lol. The inside has that classic 80's / 90's pizza place vibe. The warmth from the ovens to the old school menu board, right down to those booths they have. The prices are great and the pizza is great! $17 for a large pizza these days is a solid meal. This place was a gem. We were visiting with family from out of town and they recommended that we get takeout from here on our first night. Every time we are in the area for karting or Providence Bruins this is the ONLY place we go! The phone rings off the hook and the take out business in constant and through it all, the staff is always outgoing, friendly and polite. The food is cooked to order - fresh, hot and delicious. I get pizza here all the time and it's always amazing, but recently I got the BBQ chicken pizza and it was so delicious that I had to write a review. Awesome pizza by itself but adding the crispy bacon and pineapple makes it super unique! Pretty greasy pizza but sometimes that is just what you need. Easily beats all the franchises in the area. Inside is small and open to the kitchen. So Friday stopped in for a grinder for me and my husband. I asked the man at the counter that was dressed sloppy. I asked for chicken parmesan grinder with extra sauce,extra cheese and extra onions and peppers. Sloppy man states " sorry can't fit that on a grinder".i stated " I get grinders before and never been told that! I said I'm the customer and I'm paying for what I want! So I get charged and while waiting i see another guy cooking by the grill and he's wearing no apron just dirty shirt and pants. I watched him eating food from the grill and preparing food with no gloves and wipes his hands on his dirty shirt!! The other guy brings my grinder wrapped and said your all set. I get home unwrapped the grinder. There were no extra sauce, cheese or onions and peppers on the grinder which really pissed me off!! There was maybe two small lumps of over cooked onions and peppers!!two pieces of small cheese and hardly not much sauce!! We bitten into grinder chicken was over fried that you could not eat pieces of it!!! Sauce tastes like had been in pot for weeks and burnt flavor!! When called complaining was told rudely that we make things fresh and your toppings were put together on your grinder!! Then hung up!! I will never eat here again nor should anyone else!!! I think the health department will get a call from me and my friends will not be coming back to Bills!!!!!! read more

This place is honestly terrible ! I placed an order at 9:28 and i didn't get my food until 10:30. When I did get my food it was not what I ordered I feel like because they were about to close they rushed my food. And made it wrong and when I realized it wasn't what I wanted they already closed I called the next day to speak to the manager and he was very rude and said he is sorry and couldn't do anything about it. This spot has been my go to pizza place for many years. The quality of food is great and very affordable. A large pizza is $11-$13 which is a steal. Grinders and subs are also very good, my go to is the steak bomb. Wait time is not the worst, average wait being 15 minutes. If you're sick of the big pizza food chains I definitely recommend this spot! read more

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this place so much. I moved to Rhode Island five years ago and I have been ordering from here since. This is the only pizza shop I ever order from and they never disappoint me. I love their Alfredo ziti, their pizzas, chicken & wings, Caesar salad, & Greek salad. Bill's Pizza is most notable for its Pizza, obviously, but what about someone with a wing hankering. We'll I can tell you that when it comes to wings they have them classified correctly on their menu, under "Side Orders". The wings themselves are terribly unsatisfying. They fail in almost every aspect, from presentation to meat content. BUT they excel in one area that almost makes them worth while...The taste. The buffalo sauce used on these little pigeon winglets tops a lot of the places we've come to review already. Its just a damn shame they don't invest more in their quality of wing girth and preparation. I always hate to give a bad review, as I know how difficult the food service industry is. However if there is one thing that I hate more than giving a bad review, it's wasting money. Thought I would try somewhere new for my cheat meal, and placed an order with Bill's. The man who answered the phone was extremely courteous, helpful and polite. The delivery driver was on time and professional, but the pizza was just terrible. My order was a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, and although there was plenty of pepperoni, cheese was very limited, poor quality, dried and hard. Took two bites, and through the whole pizza in the dumpster. What a waste of money and a cheat meal. read more

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN!? This place gets no stars but thats not possible. I ordered pizza just a large pepperoni and asked if they had jalapeño poppers and the guy said they only had banana peppers. Clearly did not understand me. I tried again but gave up. Said the pizza was going to be 35 minutes and it took an hour. I had given them my card number and was worried. Let me begin by saying that I know what spinach looks and tastes like and I used to frequent Bills. I went to Bills for many years until about 4 years ago. Ordered a spinach calzone and what I received was anything but. I thought maybe I got a bag of sticks and seeds because I knew that it was not spinach! Did not go there again until about 9 months ago and all seemed O.K. again until today. Again "THEY GAVE ME BROCCOLI"! I brought it back to them and showed them what they gave me and those lying #sshols , to my face said it was spinachi. Awful place to eat. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza and I very slowly explained it and repeated my order to them. They told me 20 minutes and when I arrived 20 minutes later they were just putting it in the oven. After the long wait it came out and the simple half and half pizza was wrong. They then very ignorantly told me it was my fault somehow. And told me I'd have to wait another 20 minutes. I did not wait nor will I ever again. While waiting I noticed how they would put there hands on anything including scratching themselves and NEVER wash their hands.
