I have been ordering from u guys since i moved here about a year ago I absolutly love the food i tell everyone whn thy ask who gt good food or pizza soi had company ova n i ordered pizza from u guys n the one time the pizza came cold n all toppings were on one side like it was dropped or tilted on the way n had more toppings on the side of the box thn on my pizza so i called n gt told owner will be in at 5 whn he gts here we will remake for u he will call u as soon as he walks in i gt no responce i called agsin gt the same thing no responce cmon u guys r better thn tht i paid over 50$ for all my food n jus wanted a good pizza tht i kno u guys make n i gve a few more dsys n still nothing imma try back today n see what hapoens like i said its a shame all i wanted was new pizza tht i could eat tht i pay for and i reccomend u guys to everyone ty for ut time read more

BE warned, neighbors! My husband attempted to resolve this without resorting to Yelp, Facebook, or Instagram reviews, but the manager on duty (young kid) pretty much said, "what do you want me to do? It's because you ordered a CHEESE pizza! Supposed to be greasy...nothing I can do!" You don't make excuses for the food being garbage. The Customer is always right. Especially when that customer was a pie maker himself at one time... We've ordered from here before. No problem whatsoever...(only reason for 2 stars)...but our pizza last night was AWFUL. First pic is what we ordered. I clearly asked very nicely to make our pie medium well, just not burned, but NOT sloppy or soft. And said thank you on top of it. This is why I think this was done purposefully... The box was soaked through with grease by the time it made it up MSA in the 20 minutes it took to get to us. Right then, we knew it couldn't be good...not long enough in the oven AND travel! Upon opening, the layer of oil on top of the pie was heavy...like a bottle was dumped right on it. (My video would not post but when I turned the pizza over it folded over on itself, and the crust was soaked through with oil/grease, and it was literally dripping down into the box.) We threw it on a pizza pan & re-baked it, even tried broiling it to get the crust firmer, but neither worked, by that time, we were DONE...so we tossed it. Both of us had a long day and didn't want to deal with the business last night, so my husband went there with these pics/video a little bit ago, and got an attitude from the manager...he asked him, so you don't want to do anything? Manager said NOPE...so be it. This is the result. A bad review of poor customer service and poor business management, plus a bit of wiseass thrown in when making customer orders... NEVER again, and I am hoping others who got lousy customer service or food will chime in. I've not left a review in a long while, but HAD to this time. read more

I have ordered from here images. I called today to order 2 cheese pizzas. It says on brochure to let us know if anyone on party has a food allergy. I mentioned the peanut treenut allergy and he stated he does not know what that is. I repeated peanuts, and tree nuts, nuts. Still no comprehension. Sammy's House of Pizza is a great one-stop shop that has a little bit of everything. I have never heard of a Pizza place offering a steak quesadilla, but Sammy's does! Their prices are very competitive compared to others; For example See Below: Large French Fry (From Sammy's) was $4.25 Large French Fry (From PVD Pizza) was $5.75 Almost every item I ordered was almost a full $1 or more cheaper from Sammy's than It's other competing stores and the taste was well-delivered. I had placed an order around 9:14PM and accidently selected "Pick-Up" when ordering not realizing the mistake I made later on. Sammy's calls me up 10 minutes before they're closing and asked if I was picking up my order. I was confused and said I believe I ordered Delivery, but the receipt had been marked for Pickup after double-checking. I made the mistake. Even though it was only 10 minutes before closing they offered to deliver the food I ordered. It was still nice and hot, and delivered to me even after I made the mistake of marking it as pick-up instead of delivery. Ultimately Sammy's went above and beyond to make this customer happy and I wanted to show the gratitude with this review. It is so diasappointing when you order a meal, specifically ask if the meal includes a particular item, are told yes and when you confirm the item when you pick it up you are lied to a second time. For this pregnant lady it was coleslaw with my fish and chips. And when I called to complain the man on the phone said oh don't bother coming back for it we don't sell coleslaw with our fish and chips. What kind of business lies to you about coleslaw in a fish in chips?? If I wasn't pregnant and mineral spring wasn't so busy I would return your dam greasy fish and chip. Decided to stop in here today for some lunch on our way home. I was immediately greeted by a nice man at the counter , told me to take my time and let him know when I was ready . I have tried this multiple times and I have noticed that everything on the menu I have tried is inconsistent. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and got a sandwich with just chicken bacon and ranch... no lettuce or anything else even though they asked if I wanted that. When I did order the wrap and got what I ordered They didn't wrap the wrap on the ends so all the food slides out when you pick it up.. very bland food with barely any toppings. Delicious! We're not from this area but how lucky are the local residents to have such a great food. The restaurant is clean and the staffs are super friendly. There are literally 3 pizza places in the same block, no doubt Sammy's gets the best rating. Thier steak tip is Michelin star quality. It's a must try! read more

Ohhh maaannnnn... I love Sammy's pizza. I know everyone had there own favorite kind.. and don't get me wrong, I used to own a NY style pizzeria, all hand tossed super thin pies.. but deep down, I grew up eating light airy crusted pan pizza from a place full fo greek guys. And that is the way it should be. Nothing will ever come close to matching the pizza of Pawtucket House of Pizza in my heart... but now that I live in NP.. Sammy's House of Pizza had come dam close. My only disappointment in this place is that I have lived in NP for a year and a half and have ordered pizza from every other crappy pie joint in town.. and had yet to try Sammy's... so glad I did. The crust is airy, and crunchy and crispy.. so good.. and it is greasy.. I know its not good for you, but it is delicious. The cheese and sauce are good as well, but my favorite.. are the pepperonis... I dont know why.. but those greeks know how to get em crispy.. amazing. Sammy's is now the only pizza place I order from.. period. I have yet to get anything else but a pepperoni pizza... but soon.. I will update when I do. First time going here. Ordered 2 sandwiches. Super steak sandwich and chicken parm with peppers. They were good but no peppers on the chicken parm. This place is a local family owned restaurant in my town that I over looked for years. They people there are super friendly. I love the fact that it's safe for my 9 year old son to eat there with all his food allergies. We usually get the pizza for my son which he really likes. I got the buffalo chicken calzone which was really good. Seems pretty clean. It was a little expensive for a small cheese and a large calzone and two sodas was about 30 bucks but at least the food was good. read more

Very nice people and the pizza tastes fine. That said, it's got to be one of the greasiest pizzas I have ever seen. It's soaked in grease, just check out the bottom of the pizza box. The total came out to $31.57. I paid with a card. I got a notification that I was charged almost $37.88. I went back in JUST TO ASK A QUESTION. The older gentleman raised his voice at me and refused to listen to me, he told me to go talk to my bank about it ! I was going to ask him if there was something wrong with the card reader, especially the kind they have you need to enter the amount MANUALLY from the cash register to the card reader, before i could ask anything else, he continued to loudly say go talk to your bank, that's your banks issue not mine. You should never talk to a customer like that especially it was my first time there! The customer might not always be right, however you should at least listen to the customers when they have an issue. I calmly and quietly said Thank you and left. As a young woman regardless if he was the owner or not, I was respectful, calm and was KINDLY asking a question, I should have not been spoken to like that. As a former restaurant manager I NEVER spoke to my customers like that, even when i was being screamed at in my face. I listened and would try to help the situation as best as possible. I really wanted to love this pizza - I want to support small local businesses... but it's really very average pizza. It's really blah. No cheese flavor, sauce was non-existent (not even a hint of red when you bit into a slice) and the crust was totally flavorless. You opened the box and there was no smell. What?!? Really delicious spinach calzones! Generously sized, loaded with spinach, and thin crispy dough. A small calzone is enough for 2 meals. I will definitely order this again.
