The pizza slices were good sized which had a firm thin crust and slightly thick edge crust. Both pizza slices were fairly garlicky with oil, melted mozzarella cheese and plenty of toppings. To breakdown, the brisket had nice flavor with a good amount of fat around the edges. However, the middle of the brisket was a bit overcooked. It was still enjoyable though. After that, I tried the fried pickles which were delicious. The pickles were crispy with a savory and salty taste. These were simply great fried pickles. As a final point, Signal 30 is a really good BBQ restaurant and I highly recommend the ribs and fried pickles.
