I was prepared to wait at least half an hour which had been the norm in my past experiences. Also in my past experiences, getting the car hooked up was a lengthy process. Not with Marty's! Ismael had us moving on the road within 3 minutes of him arriving. Tow truck technology has come a long way since I've needed their help! Blew my mind. I called for a tow and he showed up within 45 mins. The only thing I forgot was to ask for a…read morereceipt. I needed that to give to my ins company. The driver was very helpful and nice. He did an excellant job and gave me a great price. Since the repair shop was closed, I got him to deliver my truck to my house. So, I will probably have to call him back when I have to have my truck towed to the shop. Hopefully, I will remember get a receipt.
