my son has his birthday party here this past weekend staff was very friendly Ellie did my sons party she was sweet and attentive, also saw other staff vacuum throughout while children play, place was very clean seen some reviews about not being clean I didnt see any of that,can be a tad pricy but hey there trying to keep lights on for the kids so we should be acceptable of pricing, they hand out wrist bands and you can leave and come back as long as it's the same day, that's pretty cool! we had a blast and I would recommend it your child will love it and I bet you will have fun too! thanks Billy bees for making my child's birthday special read more

We have been coming to Billy Beez for two years now. At first, I was very unsure. The staff was rude and the place was not clean. Now, they have completely revamped the beehive! It is clean, always. The staff, amazing! Everyone here is so nice! Ian and Sasha have brought life back into Billy Beez and I will be forever grateful. It's a wonderful place for my now almost 4 year old. This is tricky to rate because my daughter LOVED IT HERE. Price wise- it is expensive!!! I read it to read if you brought a preschooler- then and infant you bring would be free... as it says free with a paid child. The lady at the counter said I have to pay for the 1 month old.... I pointed to the sign and her response was - oh I hate the way they word that... it's so confusing. ???? She was the only person there- so it was pay or don't go. I reached out to them via email about the price discrepancy... never heard anything back. Paying for adults and infants who don't use the equipment made it a very memorable trip for all. read more

Major safety concerns here. Tape to cover up broken metal pieces, bent safety screws, town webbing and more. Add to this the water fountains were disgusting. There was a pink slime and a grey/black sludge growing in and on the spout, basin, and drain. Their cleaning technique involved using a plastic knife and asking me how to clean it. It takes MONTHS of not cleaning to get to that level of filth. When they asked me how to clean it I was shocked, and angry. Kids drink from these fountains and that sludge, slime, and filth can be toxic to them. Black mold can be fatal. I even asked when the last time they were cleaned, and the 4 staff members there said they don't remember it had been so long. The repair jobs on the broken areas were shoddy, the red webbing was ripping, and the exposed screw was a major safety issue. Avoid this place until they get their act together. read more

Great place for my four year old nephew to have some fun. Plenty of slides. I wish they had an even smaller basketball hoop. I didn't understand stand why we needed a security card with a photo, but the wristbands seemed liked a good idea. Good security overall. The place seems fairly clean, in fact there was a person cleaning when we arrived. But we did see a dust bunny in the infant area. No snack bar on Wednesday at 11 am. Not sure when thats open. No big deal. Only complaint is that the candy claw machine kind of sucks. It's difficult to get candy and not a great selection. read more

The kids absolutely love it here! My youngest son asks me everyday to come back! The facility was clean despite being very busy on a Sunday. The staff were really kind and pleasant. The food and drink area was not accepting credit card payment, and the young woman went and got my kids drinks so they wouldn't be thirsty or uncomfortable, which I thought was a really long gesture and excellent customer service. Having one child who is soon to be 10 and a 3 year old can often make it challenging to find a place where they can both have fun together, however at Billy Beez they both had an absolute blast. This play place is very very crowded and a lot of parents do not watch their children. They do have a lot of things for the kids to do but their prices are really high compared to others in the area. They also charge each individual adult to observe their kids so if you're bringing two adults you're going to pay another $12 just for them to watch the kids play. read more

This place is an absolutely amazing. Yes, as other reviewers mentioned it's a little pricey at $20 for the day. That said if you can make a day of it I feel like it's well worth it. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially it was before the custodian Elizabeth. And my kid and his friend had an absolutely delightful time and we able to get some really good physical fun out of it. read more

Opened 30min late. First ones in the door and staff wasn't very friendly. Also for being the first ones in the door the little village was a mess. And there was dust on top of all the slides everywhere. Also there were a few safety concerns where kids could fall through openings that were "fixed" to there standards. This place has become absolutely filthy. The two stars are only because my 4 year grandson has a lot of fun playing here. However, even at only four he was aware how dirty the bathroom was. No soap in the "family" bathroom to start. That's the bathroom that has the baby changing station..and you can't wash your hand after changing a diaper?! When we told the employee she simply said " the dispenser is broken"..also no TP or paper towels. The other bathroom was the same! No soap in 3 dispenser, no paper towels and the stalls were disgusting. I waited almost 10 min at the food counter to buy a water and ended up helping myself to the cooler behind the counter because I never found a single employee to purchase it from. The woman who sits out front to let people in was missing for a good 10 min before we could get in..she was in the back room eating her Dairy Queen delivery. After I found her and got in she went right back to the back room leaving another woman with a toddler waiting for another 10 min before she came back to get in. Overall the place makes me feel like I need a shower . The slides are sticky, half the toddler play area was closed, but there were toys all over the place. No on is cleaning anything anywhere. We take the kids here all the time and it's usually amazing and clean and the staff is always nice. But not this time. We just left and we had to wait in a line for about 15-20 mins. I didn't mind at first but then I noticed that it was one guy working at the front for two lines ! He was very nice though! When we were waiting the lady at the gate looked right at us and said 'shoot me' because little kids were bothering her, she works there... then when we got inside every person working there, gave us attitudes and kept on rolling their eyes at other parents and children. Came here both my grandchildren to play and have dinner. We paid our admission and were delighted to see such a great place. Kids were having great time. Took break for dinner, they were hungry! No mention at check in or on their website that pizza etc not available during week. This policy had just changed so no one in the place knew that dinner wasn't an option. So, instead of being able to stay longer, we had to leave early. because they were hungry. Again, this should be on website at check in before you pay. I would like to give 0 stars but that's not an option. This was my first visit here. I will never go back! Terrible experience. My daughter wanted her 6th birthday here and I gave in. My children have had birthdays at several places and this was the ONLY bad experience I have had. I paid $500 for a birthday party to start at 11 on a Saturday. My guests had to wait in line for half an hour. One person working the front desk and she looked so overwhelmed. By the time everyone got in it was 1030. The party room was booked for1145. There was no party host to tell me what to do. When no one came to get me I went looking for our party room. I was told to go to room two and three. When I got there there was another party in the room. I had to go searching for help again. When someone came to help me finally, they had to remove everyone from the room. I finally got our birthday party to enter into our party room. We still had no party host. I had to go look for the pizza. I had to go look for the cupcakes. There was no one to clean up for the next party who had been huddled outside with no direction. I have called the Billy bees four times this week to talk to the manager about how upset I was. They keep promising to call me back but have not done so yet. I feel their intention is to not call me back. Poor customer service. Bad business practice. This business is supposed to specialize in birthday parties. And they can't get that right. Please don't waste your money! read more

This is not worth it for toddlers. The toys are broken and scattered all over the place so if you want to do a puzzle good luck finding all the pieces. Or play with a cash register that was broken and useless. They had a few play doctor tools in a room with old wrinkled photocopies of human bones! What toddler would have a clue. That was the extent of the contents in that area. Parts of toys were just randomly dumped in bins. One area had empty shelves so who knows what was there, if anything. We went on a weekday so it was pretty quiet. I can't imagine if it was busy. You would think the staff would be organizing the stuff but they weren't. The choice of things to do to stimulate kids was terrible. Really just a bunch of "stuff" strewn all over the place. The area for older kids was much better but still a limited variety of things to do. If you want a great experience for toddlers go to the Children's Museum in Mashpee. read more

My 8 year old son was assaulted by 7 children while trying to play in the soccer area. I had just dropped him in there and left to go down a slide with my little one. I was gone less than 5 minutes and when I returned my son came out crying and bleeding. He stated the children in the soccer area,"beat (him) up." I immediately went to the soccer pit and asked the children, "who hit my son?" At this point a staff member came over and stated that she witnessed the whole thing and he had, in fact, been beaten up by these children. She took the ball and told the children that the soccer area was closed. She then told me that the staff had been having issues with the children bullying other children all night and that their parents were non responsive. Okay? Why didn't they kick them out? She did not complete an incident report and I had to ask for ice for my son's swollen neck and face. He had fingernail scrapes down his face, on his neck and his back as well as a large red welt on his back. I reached out to the company 3 times by phone and once by email and have yet to receive a call back. This happened a week ago tomorrow. Poor customer service and unsafe practices. If you cannot count on them to uphold their own rules, why would the parents? read more

My kids like coming here but it's aweful for the parent. First of all they charge $20 per kid and make the adult pay to sit there and watch their kid play. Second the place is always SUPER FILTHY... food/spilled all over the place and masked into the mats, empty/half-drank drink containers everywhere.
