This was my first experience at this establishment however it wasn't an impressive one. I ordered the bacon and cheese omelette that was very tasteful, however the customer service that went with it was not. The cashier was rude and would take other customers orders while still processing the previous customer. Also, I found an egg shell in my omelette, an unwelcome surprised after this customer service interaction. Future customers must keep in mind the additional cost associated with toppings/ additions. The cashier acted like she didn't have a funny bone in her body. 2 that was the nastiest Italian beef I've ever ordered and you have to pay for the hot peppers. The people here are not friendly and I paid for an extra hot pepper and they didn't put it in my bag. I ended up throwing away more than half the sandwich because it was just not edible in my opinion. If you decide to order from here avoid the Italian beef and they should not be charging extra for the hot pepper. It should be in the price with the option to take it off if someone doesn't want it. You buy your burger, cheese fries, and drink. They give you the drink. Then you get your cheese fries. You wait for a long time in line to pick up your food holding your drink and cheese fries. Then your burger is ready. If you want to dress it you have to fight the traffic of people who recently ordered to go back to a station next to the register and dress it. There's people tripping over your luggage and you are tripping over theirs. Keep in mind you have a drink and cheese fries. There are no bags or trays. I have been here more than once and if you use your common sense, it will be the quickest, most efficient service; the menu states all prices, anything you want after your food is out is self serve. Every time I fly out of Chicago in the morning, I always go here for breakfast. Regardless of the gate I am flying out of. The food is a little Pricey but I think airport food in general tends to cost more. At least this tastes good and is made in front of you.
