Great place for live music especially when Dave Bennett is in town. There is a cover (price varies) which is added to your tab if you are there for drinks and dinner. Makes it easy if you forget cash. The center tables are reservation only with a minimum of 6 individuals. Booths are first come, first serve. We were lucky to get the last booth! Our server was Julie. She was so kind and attentive. For dinner, we ordered fish and chips (all you can eat on Fridays), Rueben and chips, and a beef pastie. We tried a few of the signature drinks too! After dinner, we were able to stay at the same booth and enjoy Dave Bennett. What a fun night!

We went to a memorial for a dear friends Mom who recently passed, and for a remembrance lunch afterwards they chose Billie's for us to gather. We haven't been here in at least 7 years. We used to frequent Billie's as my Fiancé was nannying for a Family in Heartland, and we would always go on open mic night because the bands/performers were awesome. We also loved the ambiance, the staff and the food, although we were sad to see 2 of our favorites omitted from the menu since the last time we there, chicken picatta and Captain crunch chicken. Bring 'em back Billie's!! The luncheon was buffet style, which consisted of a nice salad, warm bread that is decadent, ribs, fried chicken and their famous mostaccioli. I thought everything was fantastic, first time trying the ribs and they were fall off the bone ridiculous, but both the bbq sauce on the ribs and the sauce for the mostaccioli were both a tad too spicy for my Fiancé. We also both had an old fashion, very generous pours of Bulleit and muddled orange and cherry, excellent sippers. They are are a little far from where we are located, but just the ambiance and quality of food will bring us back more frequently now. And the staff working our large group was superb and did an awesome job making sure we were all taken great care of! Everyone was encouraged to take some of what was leftover home, so that is what's in the picture. Thank you Billie's for a great visit on a day of remembrance for a loved one!!

Wow. Impressive! My wife took me here because I wanted something different. A BBQ place? Sure. Why not. Not many good BBQ places in MI. OMG was I surprise! The owner has got something here! Ribs! Fall off the bones ribs! The ribs here beat "Slows" in Detroit and destroys "famous Dave's". I know my ribs! Trust me. They even have unlimited ribs night! The only negative was because they don't give you the big paper towel roll. Lol. The menu is simple! Crazy good soft bread! Highly recommended! Your missing out!

This time, there were only 6 of us so we were sat at a large round table - perfect for conversation. I ordered my go-to Panko Crusted Feta for an appetizer and then ordered the Chicken Parmesan without sauce for my entree and a Pink Mule to drink. The mule was very flavorful - you can't tell it's got liquor, which is dangerous! The feta was phenomenal, as usual, and the chicken was good. Their entrees include choice of soup or salad and their famous breadsticks, on which I always fill up. The breadsticks arrived first and they were piping hot. They are garlicky and salty and perfectly cooked. I chose the Lemon Chicken and Rice Soup, which was very good. I was full before the feta appetizer arrived! The feta never disappoints so when I got my entree, I was full. I had a few bites and had them box it up. It wasn't my favorite option - I usually like their salads but I'm still off lettuce for a while longer. I know we will be back - we really like this restaurant!

We arrived around 2:30 on a Sunday and only had to wait a few minutes for a patio table. It was a perfect day to be in the patio but the fact that they have garage door type of windows also makes it even more open and gives you the feeling of being outside. The Highland House is part of a restaurant group so if you've been to one, you kind of know what to expect. They have fantastic bread sticks and if you don't try them with the garlic cream cheese spread you are certainly missing out! The food is always delicious and the portions typically allow you to bring a little home to enjoy later. our server in this day was very friendly and took decent care of us. We look forward to a return visit in the not too distant future!

Not bad at all. I had the Deli Ciabatta - it had a lot of flavor and the homemade chips that came with it were very tasty! The other people in my party liked the Pot Roast Mac and the Sliders (minus onion) with a side of fries. The food and service were excellent. Dave & Amy's is always clean when we arrive. I don't think there has ever been a table that sit dirty there - they have a quick turnaround once a customer leaves. The website needs to be updated. The prices are not the same on the website as they are at the restaurant - everything is a few dollars more. Also, I went here for my free birthday meal (you have to go on your birthday). The website states I get up to $16.49 off my meal - the menu at the restaurant says $9.99. If they would update the website with correct menu, both the menu prices and birthday price would be updated and this would be a five star review!

The staff was super friendly, very accommodating, and made us feel welcome right away. We were there with friends and really just enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding across the board. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and everything we ordered was genuinely good. The salad bar was a standout, fresh, well-stocked, and honestly one of the best I've seen in a long time. We started with the potato skins and spinach dip, both were excellent. For entrees, the steak with blue cheese was absolutely delicious, and the hand-fried chicken was just as good. Every single dish was done really well, which doesn't always happen. Another bonus, it's a standalone building (not in a plaza), so parking is easy and convenient. You really can't beat this place. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, reliable spot with great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food and drinks are reliably tasty and consistent, and the service is fast and friendly. The expansive menu offers something for everyone-- classic bar fare with a twist, build-your-own pizza, lots of healthy options, and if you have any food issues, they can and will accommodate you. Some of my favorite menu items-- fresh & unique salads, wraps, and sandwiches, plus some of the best parmesan garlic boneless wings I've ever had. We've tried several different dishes over the years, and have never been disappointed. Their ranch dressing is a must-have add-on (even if you're just dipping your fries or wings... it's so good!) And they can really shake up a solid margarita! The building is huge, as it is an athletic complex with a games area, gym, and banquet center. The bar and restaurant space is in the front, offering plenty of bar, booth, and tabletop seating for both small and large groups. We avoid the nights when the corn hole/fowling area is being utilized because it tends to get so loud from all the people playing & cheering, you can't even hear yourself think! All in all, The Lift remains one of our go-to spots for a quick meal that satisfies! Bring your friends, hang out, watch a game, and grab some grub! :)
