When I pointed it out, I was told I had to purchase the second drink separately and ended up paying nearly $5 for a sweet tea that should have been included with the combo. Additionally, the brisket combo I ordered came with a very small portion of fries--it looked like the leftovers from the bottom of the batch. The sandwich itself tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I chose not to raise the issue at the time because I didn't feel confident it would be understood or resolved. I understand this is a fast-food BBQ restaurant, but I still believe every job deserves someone's best effort. This experience was just not up to the standard I've come to expect from this brand.
