I stumbled upon this place by accident. Thought the place a few doors down had BBQ. When they didn't we improvised and it turned out great. The food was amazing and service was really good. Myself and my sister had the rib plate. It came with I think 5 ribs. I thought they were amazing. They fell off the bone and were great in the BBQ sauce. My sister-in-law did have a point tho. They didn't have a lot of flavor without the sauce. We had the mac n cheese. It was creamy like Kraft but the noodles were slightly mushy. The beans were really good. They had a lot of flavor and a little sweetness. The garlic toast the meals were served with was also surprisingly good. They were toasted well on both sides. The only odd thing is meals come with "toast and greens". I'm thinking green beans or broccoli...we got 1 strand of green onion. That was the greens. I think it isn't necessary. I really hate leaving bad reviews. I really prefer to only promote good places on Yelp. But tonight was ridiculous. They seem to be confused by their new set up of having customers seat themselves and then have staff come and wait tables. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come up, say she isn't our waitress, but get us drinks. After another 15-20 minutes of waiting and after the "waiter" walked by but never stopped, we left. The restaurant only had about 4 tables of people, so it wasn't busy at all. Typically we get our food to go, and it's typically just "ok." After tonight, it's off the list for good. read more

Not a customer focused location. We ordered three medium rare hamburgers but were served medium well cheeseburgers. Sent them back. Received three charred, overcooked burgers. I'm sceptical of ever going back to earls. I ordered a pound of wings and they gave me eight little fellers. One pound of drumettes/flats average 10-12 wings. I've had a lot bigger wings that was 10 to a pound. The service was good and it was very quiet, but very sketchy. I measured the "pound" of wings on my calibrated digital scale. I've had hair in my food here twice. This time, the waitress dropped off our meal and never came back to check on us. Since we didn't have a chance to tell her there was a gray hair in my child's ribs, I gave her my meal so she could have food. When everyone finished, we waited around and no one came back. This was my first time visiting this Earl's. I placed an order to go, it was ready by the time I arrived. I could have called and had carside service, but when I arrived, there wasn't a line inside, so I walked in and was able to walk right up and pick up my food. Was pleasantly greeted by the staff when I walked in. It was clean inside. There were seats open and also a seating area outside. I'll remember this for the next time. This place has a good atmosphere and the food is pretty good, about average in my opinion. The main problem is the wait time. I think it comes down to being understaffed. It took about an hour and a half to get our food and the restaurant was not very busy. When we asked for our check it took fifteen minutes and we then had to go to the front and get it from there. Stopped by Earl's today with some friends. We were welcomed in by friendly staff and what I'm guessing was the manager. Ordered and sat down until they brought our food. The place was clean and well kept. I had the king baked potato and it was pretty good. The brisket had good flavor and was juicy, it also had hot links on it that were quite tasty. The potato didn't have much flavor. I like it when the skin has at least some salt on it but it wasn't horrible. My only other recommendation would be to melt the cheese on it. The shredded cheese on top would have been so much better melted. All in all it was pretty good and I'll try some of there other menu items at a different time. read more

Had dinner at Earl's Rib Palace in Yukon on a Friday night. We walked on and were told to seat ourselves and someone would wait on us. After a couple of minutes, Crystal, came by and got our drink order. They provide a hard copy menu or you can scan a QR code at the table for a digital copy. We ordered the deviled eggs to start and they were great. Just like mom made, but without the hassle and priced right. I ordered a 2 meat plate with ribs and sliced brisket. The ribs had some excess rub on top that was just mushy and not so good so it was scraped off. The brisket slices were pretty small and crumbly. Neither meat had too much smoke flavor, but were tender and tasty. My girlfriend ordered chicken wings. They were hot out of the fryer and very good. My daughter ordered chicken strips from the Munchies menu. The strips were large and she said they were really good. Crystal, our server, was very friendly and attentive during our visit. We were having a family get together and I had waited until last minute to call Earls and request a table for 20 people, on a Friday evening at 6pm. I called and spoke with the manager,and she said No Problem! I arrived to find tables grouped together and set up for 20 guests. We were provided a separate table for gifts and cake. We were provided with our own designated waiter, that took great care of us. The food and service was absolutely perfect--was the best bbq I've had in a very long time! I unfortunately was not impressed with this place. The food was average at best. I had one of the family style dinners, but it just didn't satisfy like other BBQ joints in town. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They have outdoor seating available, but with the major fly issue this summer, there is no point trying to eat outside!
