Second this guy jumped my $5k custom gate on the side a couple months ago which he admitted today and since then I have had issues with my gate. I realized he went to my home and literally was going to do it again because my neighbor called. This man is not small man he looks to be almost 300 pounds so all of that weight on my gate I am just in shock a company would even allow this!!! This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! I am so over this company! Do no whatever you do /sign up with them! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! So I told him you know what you need to come back another day! He responds oh well I guess we'll come back sometime in between the valley and here that sounds super convenient! I paid for the quarterly service, after he was a no show for my last appointment I was told I have to start over with the initial $300 fee. This guy is a scam. Don't get me started on the other missed appointment. We discovered a crack / hole in one of the floorboards in our bedroom. I thought it was just a case…read moreof wood rotting. I had the full intention of ceiling the crack slash hole myself. When I inspected it closer I saw these grotesque little things moving around inside the hole. I thought immediately, termites! Even though I had never seen a termite before, and then after verifying it online, I immediately began to stress out regarding the cost. Termike Pest Control had very favorable reviews on Yelp. They responded to my inquiry pretty quickly, so I scheduled an appointment for an inspection. The owner of the company, Mike, came out to do the inspection... the same day I called! He immediately identified that we had subterranean termites. He worked with my budget, was very pleasant, and assured me that I could use a payment plan to pay off my amount. I was sold. The process was very simple, he sent me the contract, he even amended it to show a few things that I wanted in writing. No questions asked. We scheduled crew to come out about a week and a half after the contract was signed. They sent an incredible technician, Max. He was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, extremely honest, answered every single question that my wife and I had, and went above and beyond! He assured us of the effectiveness of the process, and similarly did everything to relax our nerves with these disgusting little creatures. We were extremely, extremely pleased to have him as our technician! I highly recommend this company!

Today, after I posted my original review, they called me from a number that is not associated with their business online and is marked as spam, so I didn't pick up the first time. I did pick up the second time. I asked them to respond to my emails instead of calling so there would be a written record. They claimed they never received any emails from me, until I sent them screenshots of the emails I previously sent. All screenshots of emails and calls are included below. Regarding the service: When Termike previously worked on our home, they did excellent rodent proofing and were very thorough and tidy. This most recent visit was the opposite. The new technician spray-foamed into our mesh crawlspace vent rather than patching with hardware cloth (as Termike had done in the past). The undersink work was sloppy and left gaps and sharp edges. The tech damaged our plumbing and left us with a leak. We ultimately hired folks to fix the plumbing and to redo everything, at additional cost. During the visit, the technician repeatedly argued with me about the work and insisted I was mistaken about Termike's previous methods. When I continued asking questions, he became increasingly dismissive. This arose because I asked why he would spray foam a hole in a mesh vent rather than patch it with mesh, like they did before. My husband had to ask him to leave because the discussion was going nowhere and his work was not satisfactory, not to mention the broken plumbing. Termike has repeatedly invoiced me for $400 while not responding to any of my emails until after I posted this review. The company's response here claims I used "derogatory language" and "threatened negative reviews," which is not true. I have provided screenshots of all communication and there is no such threat or language in any of them. I posted this review only after being ignored for a month. I post negative reviews about companies when it is appropriate. I also post positive reviews. I try to be honest and accurate. It is disappointing that a company we previously had a good experience with handled this situation in this way.

Called this company out for a termite check as I thought I saw some damage.... yup....we needed…read moretenting fumigation and trenching in the crawl space under our home. Expensive but not something you can ignore so we booked in with TP for a 2 night fumigation with trenching the day after they took the tent down. While everyone in person and on the phone was friendly they were very disorganized and gave conflicting advice, which we found frustrating. We expected special bags for our fridge/freezer foodstuffs but none was given so we had to clear our appliance out completely. We were given different dates and times, and received phone calls telling us the crew were on the way earlier, a week beforehand, and on the day of fumigation, then they called back to say they made a mistake and it was the original time. Hence the frustration as we were dealing with a dog, and my daughter working from home and being in office. We asked the company to call me only as my daughter couldn't answer her phone when on stage/office, but they kept on calling her and expecting instant answers. We were also told we had to contact the gas company to arrange shut off and turn on, then we were told TP would be doing it, then we were told to call the gas company at the last minute. They really need to communicate within their own business and work out a timeframe for fumigation so they can provide a consistent front to customers. They kept the house tidy when going into the crawl space in one of our bedroom closets, but outside they tread mud all over the walkway down the side of the house while putting up the tent and I had to clean the pathway afterwards.
