I highly recommend Termite Pro to anyone needing to fumigate their home. The owner, Vlad, is very knowledgeable and very responsive. He always got back to me right away whenever I needed him. He was also very patient and kind in answering my questions. He always met his commitments, whether it was appointment times, getting storage bags to me when he said he would, or when the crew would be arriving. Their fumigation team was also very courteous and patient, willing to answer any questions that I had. This goes from the office staff to the technicians who came to do the fumigation. The fumigation went perfectly and I was allowed back into my home even earlier in the day than estimated. I was extremely happy with the fumigation team. After the fumigation, Jessie and Luis came to remove some cellulose material that a previous termite contractor (not Termite Pro) was supposed to remove from under my house, but missed. Luis meticulously scoured the sub area and found a bucket full of material!! All the while Jessie was very knowledgeably answering questions I had about subterranean termites and preventive measures. My house in Rancho Palos Verdes had cracks in woods and paints peeled in many places. I had been suspicious of termite infestation and I called Termite Pro for inspection. They showed at the time they would come. Two gentlemen showed, Jose and Arthur. They asked on my concerns and one man inspected exterior around the house and another inspected inside the house, attic and garage. They were thorough taking their time for careful inspection. When they found one potential place of termite infestation, they looked at the area together. They concluded my house does not have termites, and instead all the cracking was due to water damage and as a result dry rots. When I asked i should pay for the inspection, they politely declined saying that it is free of charge even though they spent 30-40 minutes for the inspection. I felt they were very honest and professional. I felt it's not easy to work with professionals and honest people as far as termite inspection and treatments are related. Several weeks ago after a hard rain we discovered termite droppings by our French doors at the back of our house. My hubby decided to also check our attic and found more there. We were not wanting to tent our house and tried not to panic. Instead this girl jumped on Yelp, started searching for local termite companies and read many reviews. Boom, I found my guys. Jose and Vlad showed up as scheduled and took time checking the entire house including other structures on our property, attic and the crawl space under the house. Very thorough! After the inspection was over I waited 20 minutes for their proposal. Jose and Vlad went over the detail sand explaining everything. We were given 2 options: 1 for tenting the house and 1 for spot treatments. We were not down for packing up everything, toxins and moving out for several days. So, spot treatment it would be!!! We scheduled the treatment for the following week and were very happy with the work Arthur and Carlos did who work for Jose and Vlad. If we spot any droppings or live termites they will come back and retreat the area. Interesting Fact: Jose said that "newer houses" see more termites. The older houses hold up much better against termites!!! Woo hoo for us. Our house was built in 1953.
