I can't say enough good things about Alex and Viktor. Driving down from SF to LA my engine light came on. It was 110 degrees and I stopped at a mechanic who did his best but charged me for work I didn't need and didn't fix the issue. A day later with my engine sputtering, thinking i was going to have to spend thousands, I talked to Alex who sent Viktor to run a diagnostic. They had lots of other customers but found time to meet me. The diagnostic was about 45 minutes and Viktor used a smoke machine to identify an engine component was leaking air (very cool to see him work btw). Alex gave me a reasonable quote and two days later Viktor came back and swapped the part. He thought it would take 2-3hrs and completed in1 1/2 hrs. Viktor came out today and changed my brakes on my 535i. He arrived on time and was very communicative throughout the process. He even sent me pics of my rotors as he was working on the brakes when I asked him about them and reassured me that the rotors were good for now, but may need to be resurfaced/changed out on my next brake change, He was a life saver and came out with just one day notice. Arrived on time, super professional, and even test drive the car when he was done per my request to make sure everything was quiet and super smooth. I had called a mom and pop BMW repair shop (not the dealer) by my house and the issue I had with them is they will do whatever they can to convince you that your rotors need to be changed (obviously additional cost). Without even asking about rotors, he went on to give me a quote WITH brand new rotors. Like WTF! I called for a brake change why are talking about brakes and rotors now? He didn't even consider the option that my rotors may be just fine. I understand that sometimes rotors do need to be changed out depending on the amount of scratches and depending on the thickness after wear and tear, but when a shop just blurts out a price WITH the cost of rotors included, that just tells me that they are going to insist that your rotors need to be changed out. And in many cases, if you refuse to, they won't do the brake change for you "due to liability". More money for their pocket right? And most people will give in because their car is already there with the wheels taken off. When I asked the shop if the rotors can be resurfaced, they said they don't do that. Just so you know, BMW dealerships now allow for their rotors to be resurfaced. I understand the mom and pop stores may not have the equipment to resurface rotors but if they really cared about saving the customer some hard earned money, they may consider suggesting the option that you take the rotors to a shop to get them resurfaced and bring it back. But instead they slap you with the cost of brand new ones. Obviously they give zero fucks about your pocket. Anyways.... Sorry for the rant! Viktor was awesome and I will repeat business. read more

Hold up! You like me have an out of warranty BMW in SoCal and can't afford maintenance? This review is like one of my most legitimate 5 stars I've ever given. Most of my sulev warranty is done at dealer but this damn Oil Filter Housing Gasket has been leaking and if you let it go on the belts well that could be it for your motor. My normal bmw shop didn't call me back this week SO their loss because I'm extremely happy to be working with Alex (that's his name) now. Here's how it went down: Over text: We briefly get to a price, it's good and he says the day he is available. Great. I text him back and say can you push me to the front of the line... I was getting nervous about driving it and he does! So I got an appt within like 3 days of making it. Sweet! He shows up on on time, I leave him with the car and then he texts me like in no time that it was done. He was at no extra charge checking for codes as well when I went out there. I didn't have to leave my house for this repair! No waiting rooms, no wasted gas getting there. I just walked outside. When I met him after the repair was done he showed me the bad part, excepted Venmo, gave me a quote on something else wrong with my car and took off like a mechanic Angel off into the sunset. Alex is very knowledgeable when it comes to working on BMW's... This is the second time he came to my home and worked on my car at the comfort of my own house. Today is 4th of July holiday, and I badly needed to replace my brakes, the sensor on the brakes started to make noise about 2 months ago and I just ignored it. Today my brakes started to make load noise once I pressed the brakes so I knew it started to touch the drums. I called few places and of course they were closed due to the holiday, so I looked for mobile mechanic and luckily I found Alex. He gave new a great quote on the phone and said he will come to my place in 30 minutes!!! Wow what a great service, he came on time and he's really nice and honest person. First off Happy New Years to all!! If you are tired of getting over quoted on work done on your vehicle you have come to the right place. I was informed of the mobile service by my cousin and referred Tim to me. The first conversation with him was reassuring of the knowledge and flexibility that he and his team had to handle any and all issues I had with the convenience of the work being done at your place for half the price at a shop. My go to mechanic is Alex who has done work on my wife's BMW X5 such as the (driver side) window regulator(which you see on the photos, oil change, and soon the alternator and front passenger side window. Alex is very professional and passionate about his job and will not be satisfied until you as the customer is satisfied with his job. On many occasions I have called Alex on questions or emergencies and though his schedule is busy throughout the week he will go out of his way to make sure your vehicle is squared away. Being in the Army and constantly moving from duty assignment to duty assignment and trying to find people you can trust to work on your vehicle(s).
