Ryan, Peter, and the guys at Bimmerspeed are really, really good guys. I took my 335i convertible in for an oil change a few months ago, and was very satisfied and honestly impressed with their knowledge, service, easy going attitude, and especially their attention to detail. Since having a basic service, I have had my car in for 2 fairly significant maintenance items, and they continue to under-promise, and over-deliver. The most recent event, I was driving to an appointment, when my alternator simply died, and on its way, it took the 3 month old AGM battery with it......dang I it! When I called for a tow, I knew I was taking it to Bimmerspeed. I showed up with my car on a flatbread, and had it unloaded for the shop to take it in. I expected to drop it, and get a call in a day or 2 with a diagnosis. Well, Peter got right into it, testing and investigating, hoping for something simple, but being totally up front and honest, letting me know that I was likely looking at a new alternator, & they aren't cheap for BMWs......As we all know, nothing is cheap on a BMW.....After spending about 20-30 minutes looking at it, we talked about the possibilities as well as another notorious item I should consider dealing with, in that same area, but, he would call me later that day with a complete diagnosis and recommendation. Peter called at the end of the day with the complete diagnosis, and the unfortunate painful reality, but, thanks to his open honesty early on, I was prepared for it. I gave the go ahead, and he said it would be done by the end of the next day. True to their word again, Peter called the next day at 6pm, yes they worked after their posted hours a bit to finish my car, and have it ready for me. They replaced the alternator, as well as hoses, pulleys, and belts associated, which were well coated with oil and likely aged and compromised, from the other issue, the pesky oil filter housing gaskets leaking over time, which they fixed properly as well. They also cleaned the entire area, which again shows attention to detail, and doing things right. I feel confident that my car has been properly maintained, and I highly recommend Bimmerspeed for all of your BMW service and maintenance needs. read more

Came here at the behest of a friend. Took with my '95 M3 for an oil change and to have them replace a power steering hose that was leaking. Turns out I also had an oil leak from the pan, and the transmission mounts were bad and the bolts off the bottom of my engine mounts WERE MISSING! Used to take it to a shop in Laguna Hills, never again. They had seen the car a dozen times and never saw the missing nuts or smashed transmission mounts (it was there at the last oil change, those things don't fail or go missing in a couple months!). Totally worth the drive from Long Beach (Yep, I drove that far. I knowingly drove by lots of other shops to come here and will do so happily every time from here on out!). Once again I had an issue solved in minutes. My e60 was shaking/vibrating on idle and felt like it was going to stall at any moment.
