I wanted to try this place because I saw the review and the picture. The Bing su was really good, but the Matcha strawberry latte was not good. It was very water down. Did not taste good it just didn't go well but dad did not stop us from trying other stuff. The raffle was really good. Recommend getting the Biscoff croffle, it was really good. I recommend it a lot. The Bing su was pretty good. I really wanted to try the chocolate, but my friend wanted to try the peach ones so but it was good. I really like the cereal to it. Definitely had to add a cereal. Their service was all right. The space ambience was quiet and by so it was really good place to go and hang out with friends and you could be outside as well.
This is a good place to go to on a nice hot day when you need something to cool you down. We ordered the half melon and half mango bingsu to share. It did not take that long for us to receive our order. I did like the texture of the milky ice and that they have the condensed milk on the side.
We come here often and were disappointed in the changes to the strawberry mango bingsu. It lacked all flavor and the shaved ice was clumpy with also no flavor. Plus the chunks of fruit did not have the same juiciness that the diced fruit used to have - it simply did not have any syrup. Adding whipped cream didn't make up for the missing syrup! Not sure what was going on today but not a good experience.
Black Sesame latte ( yum) And mango popping shaved ice with extra toppings Absolutely delicious. Great size for one person. Get the big one for sharing. The mango was so delicious and covered the whole top. There is self serve ordering which is very easy to use.
We love that there are a variety of Bing Su spots popping up all over and they each offer something a little unique. This spot is pretty cozy, but there's some outdoor seating if you aren't able to snag a spot inside. You order at a kiosk and there's plenty of options and sizes. We decided to split a regular mango cheesecake and it was plenty for 3 of us. I do love that it comes out on a big tray with some free extras. We drizzled the condensed milk over the top and loved the addition of cornflakes! It gives it some texture with just a touch of sweetness. We also really liked their cheesecake, it was smooth and flavorful. I didn't love that the mango wasn't fresh, instead they seem to serve fruit in syrup, which just makes it too sweet for me personally. Definitely a fun dessert option in Beaverton.
Nice little bing su cafe in Beaverton, this was my first time visiting. The cafe is very cute and overall seems pretty clean. Although they have a counter you order via kiosk and the staff brings you your order. The staff was kind and friendly. My friend ordered a strawberry cheesecake bing su that looked delicious. I order a taiyaki and peach herbal tea. Both were very tasty, the taiyaki was a little browned but it tasted just fine. (I wouldn't recommend this place for vegans but overall a great place to visit for some brand delicious treats)
Bing Su Dang is a great Korean dessert shop to stop by in the Beaverton area! They specialize in bing Su, a Korean shaved ice dessert made from a milk-based ice. We got a large matcha Bing Su to share between 4 people and it was easily more than enough to feed the 4 of us. The earthy matcha flavor pairs perfectly with the sweet milky ice and pairs even better with some sweetened condensed milk on the top! I've also gotten a chance to try the mango and strawberry flavors and the fruit was so fresh! The spot is cozy with nice seating and ordering is seamless with their tablet system! Even when it gets busy, service is still speedy and we don't find ourselves waiting much time. The menu is large so there is definitely something for everyone and it gives you a chance to try something new every time. If you're in the Beaverton area or are local definitely go check them out!
Yummy Korean shaved ice in Beaverton! My friend and I ordered the K-peach one to share. Honestly the peach did not taste any different from canned peaches but it was still good. We were honestly confused with all the side things but I'm assuming it goes with the shaved ice. The ordering machine was having issues so it accidentally ordered us this Oreo cake thing so they just gave it to us but it was the most interesting "cake" ever. It was dry and crumbly and we couldn't figure out if it was ice cream or a cheesecake. Overall a yummy new dessert option in the Beaverton area and I can't wait to try their other flavors!

They gave us 4 spoons so I guess it can feed up to 4 people :) This place gives a good size for the amount, has decent amount of seating inside including more outside, and the wait to get bingsu wasn't as long as some of the other places. I liked that there was enough condensed milk over the ice for the bigger sized bingsu. Some places don't give enough. The fruit wasn't the freshest, but it was still good.
New bingsu spot! The Mango Cheesecake one was nice, big enough to split. Their ice was fluffy but could be milkier for me. Inside is super cute and cozy. They also serve a variety of cool drinks and croffles.
Sorry didn't take pictures before digging in. Shave ice is made from milk ice I believe, and strawberry was fresh. Did add side of sweet red bean, as wouldn't be real Bingsoo without it. Reg size was enough for two people, as should be at base price of $13.99. Large base is $18.99 but they do have half half to try several option, would be enough fur 3-4 people. Also ordered Americano and that was an excellent Americano. The owner/ manager was extremely friendly. Definitely way better then snow village
The dessert were so yummy. It was soo hard to choose from. Soo many good choices. Not pictured was a banana Nutella croffle. You won't go wrong on what you get. The service was great and the place was tidy and clean. Will definitely be coming back to try other flavors.
We ordered the fresh strawberry cheesecake bingsu on a busy Saturday night; however, our order came out quicker than expected and the service was still very pleasant despite toward the end of the weekend shift. The establishment is minimalistic and clean with a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating available. The milk-based shaved ice was refreshing and well prepared - no large ice bits or clumps. The toppings also tasted fresh. We appreciated that the corn flakes and condensed milk came in separate dishes so we could add them in ourselves to align with our preferences.
We have been wanting to try Bingsu Dang for a while, and finally get a chance to give it a try. It wasn't a sunny day per se, but the warm, comtenporary decor at Bing Su Dang provided a lot of warmth and comfort. It honestly reminded me a lot of the decor of dessert shops Korea, so I felt right at home. We ordered a small Mango-cheese cake Bingsu to share, and it was bigger than we expected. The presentation was impressive and we finished it all in no time at all. The Bing Su ice was fine and ceramy, while the mangos were ripe and fragant. Oveall, we liked it a lot and would return to try more flavors when we are in the area. read more
Stopped by for dessert and there were no customers inside. A few people were sitting at the outside tables. The shop was empty. No one at the counter or even a welcome greeting. I could see someone behind the kitchen curtain standing. There is a large Touch screen standing near the counter so maybe there's no customer service? The menu has a lot of options and some are confusing with the photos. We rang the bell to ask for service and some girl employee came out with a snappy attitude, guess she was on her break? We asked her to clarify which is the menu item matches the mango on display (the fake food sculpture). She said it's the mango cheesecake which didn't sound good. We just wanted mango and the employee said just order a regular with mango. Order arrived and the same female server slammed the tray right in front of us. For a first time the impression was horrible. Bingsu flavor was ok. Everything was portioned into a separate cup which is odd. The mango was also just a small portion. The milk shaved ice wasn't as finely shaved with ice chunks. Flavors could have been better. Ingredients portioned to save on costs. Probably won't be back anytime soon. This spot is very nice and is clean and overall just good vibes, but I have come here twice and the first time there was an issue with payment leading me to pay twice and come back for a refund, second time same thing happened. Unfortunately this seems common making ordering somewhat annoying. When I ordered everything came out except my drink, when I asked they said it wasn't part of the order and I needed to buy one, I was like okay... Ended up walking outside because I didn't want to wait again. But looking at my charge I definitely bought it. I went back inside to ask, but low and behold my drink! So pretty much the guy just didn't think to check and instead just told me to buy one. Not a super major thing just something that added on to my annoyance of the visit. The bingsu overall was okay, black sesame latte was not very good. The second time we had that same ordering issue and opted to just order with the cashier. We ordered salted caramel bingsu and strawberry injeolmi banban bingsu with condensed milk. I have my suspicions that this is neither of these lol. I asked for strawberries and only cause I didn't need a whole new one. They still brought out a new thing of shaved ice as well as strawberry. The lady who helped was kind. Not sure if there was any extra condensed milk in the shaved ice but it didn't seem like it. Anyways, overall feelings are neutral. The inconvenience of this spot has left me with no want to return. I would neither recommend or deter you from here. I urge you to make your own experience here. read more

The newest bingsu spot in beaverton! We came after dinner and decided on getting the half injeolmi and strawberry bingsu to go. You self order on the kiosk. It took about 20 minutes but the wait inside was cozy and the tables were clean. To go orders come in an insulated bag, so by the time we got home, it was still nice and cold. The injeolmi hit, but we could tell that the strawberries were frozen and not fresh. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the sweet treat! Will be back to try other flavors! read more
Big portions | friendly staff | sweet treat We were first in line on a weekend, woo! The interior is fresh and modern. It matches the presentation of each treat that comes out of the kitchen. This is a nice new Korean bingsu in town. If you're allergic to dairy, like me, you won't be able to enjoy much here because they can't substitute anything. Their bingsu is milk based. I really wanted to try something from this place, so I ordered their jeju matcha latte even though I know it contains milk. I sipped the drink a couple of times and enjoyed the floral matcha taste. This is quality. My husband, friend, and daughter enjoyed bingsus. My daughter went quiet eating her Oreo bingsu. She loved it! My friend had a mango and cheesecake bingsu. He said it was really good, but he thought they should offer a smaller portion because it was too much for him. He also says the price is a little high for this dessert. My husband enjoyed his Piggy Bar bingsu that was displayed at the front. He said it was good but comparing it to the IC Bingsu in Hillsboro, he preferred IC Bingsu instead. It wasnt too sweet, but there was a lot more ice compared to toppings. The presentation is beautiful. The items are presented on bamboo trays with nice gold spoons. The place is clean and aesthetic. I can see this is a popular spot. Good location and good parking. read more
usually I would have to drive all the way to snowy village to satisfy my bingsoo cravings, but when I saw this place was opening, I was very excited to try! When I first got into the store, I quickly noticed how well it was decorated inside. It made me feel like I was in a cafe in Korea! I went with my friend and we ordered the strawberry cheesecake bingsoo to start. You order on the kiosk and they bring it to your table. the bingsoo comes out quickly. This bingsoo was delicious! the ice was perfectly sweet and smooth and the strawberry syrup on top was fresh and yummy. I don't like artificial tasting syrups on my bingsoo but this tasted like they made it out of fresh strawberries. the cheesecake bites were yummy as well. they were soft and creamy. we got the regular size which was perfect for the two of us. however.... I saw the dubai chocolate bingsoo on the menu and couldn't resist. that's when my friend and I decided we must get another one. while yummy, we both preferred the fruit bingsoo. the dubai chocolate one just tasted like a choco bingsoo and not so much dubai. overall, super yummy bingsoo! This cute dessert spot is a nice addition to the area. The bingsu here is really good and there are a lot of flavor options. A large size can be shared between two people comfortably. They also have extra paper bowls in case you come in a group and want to try a few different flavors. They're located in the courtyard area between Trader Joe's and Tous Les Jours. read more
The newest bingsu place in Beaverton! Saw pictures of it & had to try it out. Keep in mind they opened earlier than anticipated due to popular demand & were flooded with customers. Took an hour to get our bingsu, but we didn't mind. Their POS (Point of Sale) was a little glitchy, but worked eventually. Their menu items are currently limited. We got the half & half bingsu ($17.99). Half was injeoimi (soybean powder) & half was mango. The texture of their shaved ice was one of the best we've had! Mangos were still a little frozen, but not bad. Came with a side of condensed milk, almonds, and cornflakes. read more
Yay finally open! During the year I'd frequently pass by as it was being built and it definitely exceeded my expectations. It's located nextdoor to Khamdee Thai Cookhouse and near Trader Joe's and other known businesses! I believe not all items are out along with their set up POS system until the 25th so take that into mind. The interior is minimalistic and spotless, distinctly reminding me of the cafes in Korea. I got the Mango Yogurt bingsu and I loved it! They have other items such as the popular korean croffles and drinks. A regular-sized bowl is $12.99, and I think it's worth it as they price competitively with other popular Korean bingsu spots in LA and similar spots in the Beaverton/Portland area. That said, please be patient with them. They're a brand new business (opened 2 days ago) with minimal staff and everything is made with care. I have no relation to the store but personally, I believe it's better than Snowy Village & ic Bingsu while also having the time and space to grow. read more

My daughter and I stopped by tonight to try Bing su Dang. It was 9pm and there were no seatings. There's a note saying if there is no seatings, we are welcome to sit in the other restaurant next door. We fell in love with the other Bing Su place on 185th and thought we'd try this place out since it's one minute away from us. I had my eyes set on the fruity BingSu but my daughter loves all things chocolate and ended up with the Dubai chocolate. We ordered the large to share and it was the right amount for 2 people. We received our order within 10 min. Toppings are piled high so mix slowly or it gets messy. Inside is bright with cute decor. The BingSu is served on a tray so easy clean up. You bus your own table. Staff were friendly and quick to wipe down the tables when customers left. We will be back to try other things on the menu. read more
Pretty good portion and reasonable price. You order your bingsu thru ipad and employee it to your table. You have to clean your table after, so not much services provided. I give 4 star instead of 5 because the bingsu base is just milk+ice, instead of milk+flavor+ice, so the mango flavor is not that strong read more
So I came here twice within the last month and was disappointed by the sanitary aspect of this establishment. Both times (midday Monday and Friday evening) I was given spoons that were dirty on the spoon and sticky on the handles. Their small sharing bowls were also dirty. I hope that they can address this issue promptly because the lack of cleanliness is a concern. The food otherwise was good, but this was something that stood out. read more
Wow! The best bingsu I've had! I love that they give you the sweetened condensed milk on the side so you can control your level of sweetness. The fruit was so fresh and the shaved ice was definitely made with milk because it was so creamy and delicious. Loved the cornflakes on top! The place is small but we didn't have trouble finding a table. There are tables outside for the warmer months. Our order came out quick! Love ordering on the kiosk. Will definitely be back. read more

A very minimalist space, yummy sweet treat, and quick service! I've seen many videos online about people trying this place and was excited to check it out! There was a kiosk you used to place your order and grab a number, and the order was brought out to your table when it was ready. It was yummy! I will definitely come back to try some of the other flavors - I felt like the portion was good for sharing between two people. We did notice that the table was slightly sticky and there were plenty of little flies in the air around us... other than that, a great experience! read more

Came here with a friend and we were both happy with the food and service. The ice was light and not too sweet. It came with sweet cornflakes and condensed milk on the side. Even though it was the two of us, we were content to share a regular injeolmi bingsu. I will say we did have a bit of a larger lunch before hand so that definitely plays a factor in that part. For the flavor we got, we think the soybean powder and mochi toppings were simple but tasty. The food came out quickly and the staff friendly. It was a bit smaller on the inside but if it's a nice day out theres outdoor seating which would be quite nice. read more

My daughter found this place through social media and we had to try it. There isn't much seating inside for how many people were there, the empty tables weren't clean and we were encouraged to order at the kiosk but we had never been there so we kept having to ask questions. The system is a little different. This didn't turn us away though and don't let it turn you away, we got 3 different bowl and loved all of it! There were 4 of us, if you get a large bowl you can split it with two flavors. The strawberries with condensed milk drizzled over the top was definitely my favorite! It was so refreshing and delicious! We loved it! read more

What a great addition to our neighborhood! I know I say this a lot, but if you check a map of my most recent reviews, all these great places are literally in the same neighborhood. I was just saying great stuff about another similar place but now I don't know if I'll venture farther than Bing Su Dang. The quality of their desserts rivals that of some of the best I've had around Portland. Now, it's still pretty new as of this review, so only time will tell whether or not they can maintain such quality long-term. But I'm hopeful. The proprietors are very friendly. The shop is clean and spacious. Heck, even the patio furniture is top-notch. I live close by, so I'll definitely be a frequent visitor to this place. read more
we came the day after they opened so i think they were still getting the hang of things. the owner took a while to take our order because he was taking care of some phone calls, so we waited in line for a long time. the bingsu also took a while to come out, since it was so busy. we first ordered the k peach yogurt bingsu. this was very fresh. it was not too sweet and the yogurt added a sweet and sour flavor that added so much depth to the dish. the addition of cornflakes added a nice texture as well. we finished this bowl in 4 minutes and went back in line to get another bowl, this time opting for the chocolate bingsu. this flavor was my favorite. there were oreo crumbs and brownie bits which added a lot of crunch to the dish, making the texture so satisfying. the chocolate ice cream on top adds some more sweetness that wasn't in the dish before. they were both amazing but as a crunchy texture girl, the chocolate won me over. i would love to come back here and try the other flavors! read more
