I absolutely love this restaurant! After just my third visit, the staff remembered my preferred seat (away from the A/C), my regular food order, and even my drink. They always greet me with a smile and are consistently warm and friendly. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently prepared. What means the most to me is that it never upsets my stomach. I have an autoimmune disease, so finding a restaurant where I can enjoy a meal without stomach pain is incredibly rare. I've eaten here more than 20 times and have never had a single issue. My go-to order is the lemongrass chicken with sautéed string beans and a Diet Coke. If you're looking for great food, outstanding service, and a place that truly values its customers, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try! read more

I thought Westminster was the Mecca for Vietnamese cuisine, Bep gives all of them a run for their money. The Bahn Mi with perfectly toasted bread and incredibly addicting and smokey grilled chicken was incredible. The won ton soup was also unbelievable, slightly sweet, super tender won tons, Al dente noodles, fresh bok choy was addicting. Grilled beef was also a banger. Had the sweetness of the chicken. I l liked some chili crisp or sambal mixed with their sweet fish sauce. Chicken satay is super tender thighs meat. I could those all day! Will be back tomorrow lol read more

Bep has been around for a few years, I recall visiting for the first time not long after they opened, and I remember their claypot dishes were pretty unique. Back then, I felt their prices for everything was a bit higher than most other similar places around, well that's not the case anymore. We recently dined here twice, both during lunch hours. Service is attentive, and the place felt comfortable. My kiddos had the Pho ga but felt the chicken was a bit dry and lack flavor, but otherwise delicious. I enjoyed my beef Pho, it wasn't the most flavorful but a very solid 8/10. The crispy pork rolls were excellent, fried perfectly, and both the Vietnamese coffee as well as the pineapple smoothie for the kiddos were well made. read more

We moved out if the neighborhood to the west side of Beaverton in April 2025 but we still do Bep for our Vietnamese takeout. Since the Pandemic my wife and I became quite fond of the Pho from Bep. We typically get the vegetable pho with succulent pieces of tofu and bok Choi, carrots and broccoli. The noodles are tasty and light. It is usually accompanied with tofu or shrimp salad rolls, both very leafy and wrapped perfectly. Lately, we have ordered their dumpling soup and it is also very satisfying. I love the noodles which seem to be of the egg variety and are hearty and super tasty. The pork dumplings are bite-sized and perfect! This place is a "can't miss" and its a "womyn owned" business to boot! You will love Bep if you try it and you won't stop ordering from them just like us! read more

Ordered a chicken plate to go and all of the food was super fresh. I loved the spring roll that came with the meal and the dressing was really good. The chicken was cooked a bit tough and was not cut all the way through so I couldn't eat it in bites but other than that is was very good. We started with my favorite peanuts sauce delivery system of shrimp salad rolls. It was a little different with cold peanut sauce. It was still good. The yakisoba noodles with shrimp were pretty flavorful, I really enjoyed them. The service was good. I would definitely come back again to try different dish. For the main food for most of the items was chicken very few other options. No other varieties of Pho.. also for service the waiter is not knowledgeable about the types of foods that they offer and towards the end of the meal noticed service waiter go clean both bathrooms and come out of the bathrooms wearing a same rubber gloves and and did not change during different parts of service. Also in service noticed that he didn't come back and check on how the food was nor did he replenish the water. One of my other guests had been there before and apparently they have changed owners and it used to be that the place was packed with customers and was very empty. read more

My friend knows the owner who greeted her about 20 minutes after we had sat down. Cute little place. Clean, tastefully decorated, and the menu had a lot of variety. I was disappointed with my meal, though. Ordered the Ginger Clay Pot Chicken. The broth had good flavor, but lacked veggies, the chicken was all thinly sliced breast meat, but was chewy because it was overcooked and I had bitten into gristle. Although their name is Bep-Vietnamese Grill, their menu includes many Thai dishes too. I love Thai cuisine and Bep's good reviews piqued my interest. So I ordered Bep's Pad Thai and Yellow Curry from a delivery service today. Delivery was on time and nicely packaged although they forgot to include utensils as I had requested. The food was not at all to my liking. The flavors were not the flavors I'm used to enjoying. I've eaten a lot of Thai food from many different restaurants and these items have never tasted like this before. As a vegetarian, I usually order my Thai food with veggies. Bep only has the option for meat or tofu. I'm not a big fan of tofu but since it was my only choice that's what I ordered. I wasnt expecting the tofu to dominate the dishes. Both items came loaded with tofu, way too much of it. The Yellow Curry is supposed to have sweet potato and eggplant. There were only two small chunks of sweet potato and about three slices of eggplant. The Pad Thai had a lot of burnt egg and noodle in it. This was just not the lunch I was hoping to enjoy. Bep may do better with their pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Their Thai food is obviously not where they shine. read more

Love seeing Beaverton gain a Vietnamese spot! The servers are all so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and during the day it gets great natural light. As far as food, we were happy to see they serve more than Pho, as many Vietnamese restaurants do. They have barbecue options, noodles, fresh rolls. pov: your über eats driver mixes up your order and you get fast food chicken strips instead of some pho, eggplant and rice dishes, but bep goes above and beyond to make it right. yeah, that's what just happened tonight. bep's service is super commendable: within minutes of us re-ordering, they called confirming that we *really* just placed the exact same order. yep, we said, explaining what just happened--and off our order was being prepared. next, bep must've told our new über driver because the driver messaged saying they heard what happened and that they will get it right and are on their way. fast forward, and our bep order indeed did arrive! the best part was that it was still steaming, the flavors were all on point, and they even took into account my request for fresh-not-fried tofu and less salt in the Eggplant Clay Pot. We like the food at Bep but due to an unfortunate incident the other night, we won't be going here anymore. We ordered 2 phos & 1 banh mi to go. When my husband got home, he bit into his bbq pork banh mi and noticed no meat in it - just the veggies. He called Bep & told them & asked for a refund and they told him he had to bring it to the restaurant. Really?! So to add insult to injury, he had to drive over there & show them before they would refund him. When he gets there, they make him wait & cant figure out how to process the refund. And they didn't give him a replacement banh mi as an apology or anything. There's some serious lack of customer service & training here. read more

I'll admit this wasn't our first choice. We were on a time crunch to go somewhere & the place we wanted had a 20 minute wait. We decided on trying a new place & saw this one from across the way. It was a pretty cold night, perfect for pho. My go to is always the meatball pho, so that's what I went with. Our food came out fairly quick. The beef broth was so tasty. Its very rich flavor hit the spot that night. I'd say there was a fair amount of meat in it. I'm usually not one to drink the broth in things, but I did have some of this one as it was just so yummy. Salted coffee is currently a very popular drink in the lives of many people. I have tried many places like Chú Long's salted coffee when I was in Vietnam, Starbucks' salted coffee, Trạm coffee in San Jose, and other places. But yesterday, I had the opportunity to try the salted coffee from Bếp Restaurant in Oregon that was shipped over. The coffee was carefully packed and shipped overnight. On Friday afternoon, the owner messaged me that the shipment had been sent, so I received it early Saturday morning. When I received the package, I was surprised at how fast it arrived. Upon opening the box, I found the salted coffee and sticky rice yogurt (I had ordered sticky rice yogurt from Bếp because I'm addicted to it). The owner gave detailed instructions on how to dissolve the coffee. I followed the instructions and tried it as soon as I received the package. Oh, it's truly invigorating. The coffee is just right, not as salty as I've had in other places. There's no bitter taste after drinking, it's creamy and very fragrant. I bought both the strong and medium strength and tried both, and it satisfied my long search for salted coffee. Oh, I'm going to spend a lot of money with Bếp like this. I ordered the beef Pho combo and I have to share with all of you guys that they have the best Pho in town.

OMG the Beef Pho broth is amazing It's rich complex flavor is distractingly warm and nurturing, the locals here in Cedar Mill are lucky to have them. The rice noodles in the Pho are absolutely a cut above the Portland Pho restaurants. These noodles stretch instead of breaking like the other Pho restaurants. I asked the waitress, who said they are definitely rice noodles. There's only 2 selections on the menu for Beef Pho, one of 3 cuts of beef or combo. There's an average amount of beef in the combo. If you want more beef, it's $6 extra on the menu. Less beef means more amazing broth, which is so good that I don't mind. Indoor and outdoor dining is available with free WiFi. The ambiance appeals to the younger crowd. Vietnamese music is soft, adding to the experience. It's a trek from home, but I will definitely be back when I'm in Cedar Mill.
