Iced matcha latte on the left. Finished iced black sesame latte on the right.

So-so matcha | community | dairy free bingsu We stopped by during one of their kpop events. It was our first time, so I tried their iced matcha latte with soy milk. It was disappointing because I hardly tasted the matcha. It was more like an iced soy milk with hint of matcha (see photo). My husband ordered an iced black sesame latte. He said that was pretty good. We also ordered a black sesame bingsu that was dairy free, which is rare! So grateful for that option. I went with a soy milk base. The red bean was good with the black sesame. It was not super sweet, which I appreciated! And, my daughter enjoyed their Oreo smoothie. She was happy with it. Since we came during a busy hour, it took maybe 20minutes to complete our order. I was not impressed with my iced matcha latte, but I'm willing to go back and try it again and some other items off of their menu. I love that this place fosters community, a kpop community. The atmosphere is fun and bright. This is a great place for kpop enthusiasts.

We arrived shortly after noon and were the first ones in the restaurant. It's self order at the counter so we decided on mango bingsu, strawberry croffle and a white chocolate mocha. It came out pretty quickly. The croffle was just ok, the croffle part tasted more like a regular waffle. Toppings were fresh though. The bingsu was good, the mango was the best part. When mixed it's super flavorful. The coffee was also good. There were two people, one super friendly and engaging and the other one, no communication even when spoken to. She seemed to be in her own world, never acknowledging new customers when they entered, no smile either. The restaurant was clean and decorated on theme. My only other suggestion is to perhaps open earlier, for a coffee shop that offers brunch items a 10 or 11am open time seems to be better for customers.

A cute sweet shop serving Bingsu and Croffle. The inside is clean and open with lots of natural lights eventhough the space is in a lower ground level. Lots of seatings. Staffs were super friendly as well. You order at the kiosk and then your order is called out when ready. I liked that they have different sizes and varieties to choose from. We enjoyed the Black Sesame Cup Bingsu. The ice was actually nice and creamy! Some of the better ones we've had in the area. Would be back to try more.

I've been a big fan of Bingsu for a while and having noticed Snowmoon being open I definitely had to check it out! Tucked in a bit of a strip mall area, Snowmoon has great croffles and bingsu! The snowmoon croffle that I got was great and very fresh! It came out of the kitchen hot and ready to be eaten! The bingsu was also really good and I liked the two size options! The interior was very kpop themed and large with an area hidden that I'm thinking is where their advertised dance lessons would be. Overall it's definitely a good place to check out!

This is a new hidden bingsu gem! Located inconspicuously in the lower part of a quiet strip mall, SnowMoon is the cutest kpop cafe. They have a few different bingsus to choose from as well as cordless and some coffee and tea options. The space is huge and you can tell they're still working on filling it out, but it's still a nice spot to grab a sweet treat! There's also a Korean restaurant and karaoke place in the same strip mall, which makes for the perfect combo! We opted for two of the smaller sized bingsus so we could try two flavors but they also have larger sizes that are great for sharing. They just opened a few weeks ago, so show them some love and support local!

We went to SnowMoon during a Friday afternoon and were warmly greeted upon entering. The inside is quite spacious, with a decent variety of seating for small and large groups. There was some tasteful K-Pop themed decor throughout but felt like it still had the potential to be improved. Ordering was easy through the kiosk and we appreciated that they had photos for the items so it helped us determine how much and what size to order. While waiting for our order, the owner came up to us and welcomed us to the establishment and let us choose a photo card as a welcome gift for their grand opening! The bingsu had a nice fluffy and airy consistency, decent amount of mango chunks, and tasted creamy without being overly sweet. The Croffle was surprisingly still crisp yet flaky! I only wished it was served a bit warmer and the matcha flavor was more prominent.

What an amazing spot!! As a k-pop lover, just walking in here made me happy. So much fun decor! I love that you can order at the kiosk and I really love being able to order bingsu in a to-go cup that is perfect for one person. Usually I have to share one with someone else! The staff are very friendly and the space is pretty big! Perfect for a group of friends as there is plenty of seating. Mango bingsu was great!

Manager is very sweet and approachable, gave some good recommendations and staff has always been very kind to us. The bingsu is amazing, my mom and I got the Oreo and Black sesame with no red bean. Both ended up being our favorites. :)

One door closes and another door opens in this case. After searching on Yelp, we were glad to find this place in old downtown Beaverton and so my daughter and I decided to check it out after watching the Masters of the Universe movie at nearby Century 16. The Korean Corn Dogs did not disappoint. I loved the sweet, crunchy coating on the outside and of course the cheese on the inside. The corn dog didn't have a full-size dog from end to end but that didn't matter as you get a chance to work your way to it at the end after you get through the cheesy part. Corn dogs came drizzled with ketchup and mustard but you may want to ask ahead of time not to put that if you're not a traditional kind of corn dog eater or if you want yours plain. We got the 3 pack for $12. We also grabbed a side order of cheese corn and seafood pancake. I found the pancake not having many pieces of seafood in it and mostly scallions so not my favorite. I may want to try their soups and also rice dishes on the next visit but our primary visit was to try their Corn dogs and it was a hit! The restaurant is a small/mid size corridor leading to the back area near the kitchen with 2-4 person tables with seats.

Great Atmosphere and Excellent Soft Tofu Stew…read more I visited Hansik for dinner on a recommendation from a colleague, and I'm glad I did! The restaurant is very accessible with plenty of parking around the building and a wheelchair-friendly entrance. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The interior is lovely--very clean and has a great vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. The Meal I ordered the Oyster Soft Tofu Stew, which came with a side of rice, a fresh egg, and a variety of banchan (side dishes). The Stew: It had a nice spicy kick, but cracking the raw egg into the boiling pot mellowed the heat perfectly. It was delicious and paired wonderfully with the rice. The Banchan: While the variety was nice, I found most of the side dishes to be a bit too salty for my personal taste, so I didn't finish them all. To-Go: I also ordered a Seafood Scallion Pancake to take home, and the staff was happy to package it up for me. Overall, it was a very pleasant solo dining experience with great service. I'd definitely return for the stew!

The seafood scallion pancake was a cut above, lovely crisp edges. Galbi, Bi Bim Bap, and Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) were all worthy. THE FOOD: - For 2 adults & 2 kids under 6, we ordered: The Fox & The Crow flight of meat, mandu, japchae, & gyeran jjim. This was more than enough food for us & even had leftovers to bring home. The quality of meat was great! You do cook it yourself, unlike some other Korean BBQ places in LA & NYC but that's also part of the authentic experience. I thought the banchan was not wow but decent. I was pleasantly surprised w/ how much I liked their japchae which had the perfect chewy noodle & flavorful so I do recommend getting that w/ ur meats & the steamed egg is good here too. OVERALL TIPS: - Don't be afraid to ask for what you want! We requested lettuce to eat w/ our meat, more banchan & asked for a new grill before we grilled our 3rd meat. Servers were nice & we didn't wait long for anything. - For those with kids: I recommend coming here right when they opened for dinner, around 5pm. Their big booths worked will with kids & having enough space for them to color & do other activities so the mamas could enjoy our meal. Lastly, don't forget to snap a photo of your kids by the Jinro soju frog up front too!
