I was put in a very difficult position due to the air conditioning company that I hired to repair…read morethe ductwork on my property. After they started the job it was discovered that they were unqualified to remove the ductwork and insulation properly. I wasn't aware that houses built in the 1960's used asbestos and throughout the house. The asbestos needed to be properly removed before any repair work could be performed. However the company gave me the impression that they were skilled and licensed to perform the removal. It was never mentioned to me that specific steps needed to be taken when dealing with asbestos. While removing the damaged ductwork they disturbed the asbestos thus making the house uninhabitable. Tony's company was brought in to perform the test for the asbestos. Asbestos was detected. Tony was very professional and helpful to explain the situation and provided information of what the next step entailed to resolve this matter. The testing report and procedure 5 plan was prepared by Titan. The report and work plan needed to be submitted to the SCAQMD for approval. His knowledge regarding this matter was absolutely first rate. He helped guide me through this difficult process. I would highly recommend employing Tony's expertise if you are ever get involved with this situation. You will be in good hands.

Casa California Condominiums experienced a serious drain backup on the first floor twice in two…read moredays in mid April 2025. His remediation team came within an hour, and stayed into the evening to clean up sewage water, set up fans for drying, mop floors and assess damage. The second day the drain backed up again. C3 showed up to clean up the water all over again. They were able to assess the damage to the tile and laminate floors, bring in a licensed electrician to assess the water sitting in raceways under floor outlets, check for mold and do damage control throughout the lobby, laundry and community room. C3 connected our association with another team of excellent sub contractors; electricians, cement technicians, flooring experts and cabinetry installers. Nathan's ability to work with our insurance adjuster every step of the way ensured that our extensive claims were covered and paid quickly. His billing system matches up with today's insurance standards. This was invaluable to the HOA and residents. There was never a time when we did not have full access to Nathan with any issue that arose. His communcation with daily schedules and workflow was excellent.
