We were informed about it immediately, the bleeding treated, and she was dressed with some ointment to help stave off infection. The owner told me to call them if she ended up having any more bleeding, needed any veterinary care, or it otherwise became infected. If you have ever tried grooming a dog with clippers, you can understand how easy it might be to accidentally clip something you shouldn't. However, they still held themselves accountable and wanted to take care of us all. We've been back twice since then for grooming. Now I say this -- 10 years we've seen them for haircuts, and only the one minor incident. They are confident experts and guarantee their work.

I had previously gone to one down the street which was awful and disgusting. So it was a relief to come here and see how clean and operational it is. I purchased a dog wash pass and have used it twice. Both times my dog seems to enjoy it. They have clean washing stations, a selection of shampoo, warm water, towels, aprons, and dryers. But it's not all that little, and it is sort of a surprise to find this gem tucked away behind a pool hall. It's very difficult to find, and any sort of GPS navigation system will cause you to drive in circles because the street it wants you to turn on really doesn't exist. It's sort of a dirt road, more of a driveway, and you have to get out of your car to unlock the gate to let yourself in. But once inside, there are many places to park, an ice show ring with beautiful jumps, A series of large Stables for all of the horses that live there. There are several small horse shows per year at this barn, and although its not like the larger Equestrian Center is I am used to in California, it's really a nice quaint place. I hope that my wife, who is our resident equestrian, chooses to go back there for many more shows. Overall 4 stars.

I just wrapped up a 6-week training program with Dogtown's head trainer, Makenzie and had such an…read moreamazing experience. I have a timid, sometimes reactive and aggressive dog, who needed a lot of help with training. After an hour consultation with Makenzie, we decided to do three day & train sessions where my dog would go to their facility for a half day of training one on one with Makenzie, three at home 1:1 sessions in my dog's natural environment, and three hour long group classes. The amount that I learned in these 6 weeks was absolutely mind blowing. Training your dog is about practice and consistency, and speaking your dog's language, and Dogtown gave me the confidence and the knowledge to be able to train my dog on my own. The day & train opportunities were a wonderful way to start. Makenzie would train my dog 1:1 and then would send me videos about everything they worked on during their sessions. When I came to pick her up, Makenzie would show me what they worked on and how I could practice it at home. The training sessions in my own home were incredibly helpful as well. It gave me time to practice with my dog(s) in their natural environment and refreshers on what we had already learned, and building upon the skills she was learning. The group sessions were amazing for my dog, and any dog, to have an opportunity to practice in a new, overstimulating environment with other dogs that she doesn't know. Since she is apprehensive around other dogs, this was amazing practice for her. On top of everything else, the team is so friendly and kind, and the trainers are so knowledgable. I had the chance to take a group class with their trainer Maren and she was wonderful as well. Thank you to the team for teaching both me and my dog the skills to be better trained.

They told me the price before we started and how long it would take. Pretty fantastic, right? She also walked through the grooming with me and what I was wanting for our little guy. We picked him up within 15 mins of her estimated time, and I was so super pleased with the result! They did a fantastic job and my pup felt comfortable being there from what I could tell. They take you in on a first come first serve basis and we only waited about 20 minutes. Of course our Havanese named Panda had a bad ear infection. The cost was $96.00 for the visit and antibiotics.
