Amazing value, generous portions, great presentation, served hot. Staff make a mistake and they fixed it prompted and let us keep the other dish.

I ordered by phone, I asked the lady that answered I want the hibachi steak and chicken combo. She said they don't have that, I told her its on the menu and she responded by saying "OK OH MY GOD" with a attitude tone I told her if its ok I would like to order that. I arrived to the location and waited for my meal. I got back to my hotel open my bag and only had a couple peices of beef, not New York as stated and they did not add shrimp. I called the location to let them know that they left out the chicken and to tell them the beef pieces is not new York and 3 of the 5 prices is all fat. She told me that I had an attitude and said good bye. The service is bad, everyone looked irritated, the place looks very dirty and the back door was wide open next to the dumpster, very unsanitary. Take your else where folks were they'll appreciate your business and keep the food cooking area clean.

On our way to Reno we stopped to meet friends at a place they were raving about. We were a table of 5, so the rating reflects the overall group - 4 of us very happy, with 1 not at all (and watching the experience, we didn't blame him and we all remain confused). Everything started off normal, we got seated with menus and gave our drink order. They do have 3 very different menus- things like breakfast and burgers, Chinese, and sushi. Avalanche sushi was something he had before, and it looked amazing. Never seen anything like it! Another friend had the club sandwich with tater tots and was happy with that (and several others taste tested the tots and approved of them as well). Two of us shared a Chinese lunch combo of the sesame chicken, egg roll, wontons, bbq rice and egg flower soup. It was kind of them to let us share (I don't eat much and we were traveling), and she even split the soup for us. The sesame chicken was amazing! 10 steps above the standard generic Chinese style chicken. Bbq rice was full of veggies and eggs, probably the best we've ever had. The soup had a tiny bit of a difference than most- it's like they added a splash of the hot and sour soup to it. Not over powering, just a little different and very good! Now, last and the most definitely least of this visit. The "lobster roll". Again, all of this started off normal. At our table we all understand the difference between a sushi roll, deep fried sushi roll, nigeri, etc. What was about to happen, is hopefully a once in a life time situation for anyone. While everyone else had already been served and were eating, the status of his "roll" was asked about. The waitress, who took over for ours who had left, went and asked, she came back and said it would be a few more minutes..... "needs to bake". All 5 of us were perplexed. The waitress asked don't you want your scallops cooked? "What scallops?" We grabbed a menu and were trying to figure out where this took an awful wrong turn. Once the "roll" was served, the confusion intensified. It was served in a baking dish. The waitress confirmed that was the lobster roll. The talk around the table turned from how much the rest of us were enjoying ours, to WTF is that? The roll had been cut up, laid down to create a solid base, and then topped with heaps of crab mix, scallops and unagi sauce. This totally does not match up to the menu. His description of it is that it was a "hot mess." He picked at it and gave it a valiant try, but at the end of this adventure, it was largely left behind. Nothing else at the table was left behind bc we all devoured ours. After we got the bill and verified it was the $21.95 lobster roll on the bill as well, we again questioned the waitress, referencing the contradictory menu and a "sushi roll" being a baked dish. No actual reasonable explanation was provided, and no attempt to remedy the situation was made. She was polite but just didn't have an answer or apparent desire to ascertain one. The bill was paid in full regardless, but only 4/5 of us left having actually had a meal. We will forever clarify whenever ordering sushi that we don't want it baked. Never in my life would i think I would need to specify that. The menu needs to be clear, bc it is definitely not.

I came here last year shortly after it opened and we decided to do three dishes, we did American, Chinese, and Japanese all were delicious and the wait staff was very friendly. This summer, we have eaten here over six times and every time it has been amazing nothing here has been disappointing or close to it. We even came during a power outage and they still provided a limited menu. would definitely recommend to any party that has people wanting to eat different types of food.

The sushi here is sooooo good! We always have it every time I come up to visit my sister and brother in law. It's a must. The Chinese food isn't bad either. Definitely will try more stuff

Love the variety of options. The sushi is my favorite - the roll sizes are incredible. And the food always comes out surprisingly fast. Service is very attentive every time.

Stayed in Chester for a few days to see Lake Almanor. Drove past Bing's and decided to stop in. If your partner is indecisive, this is the place to go for sure. Their menu goes from American classics to sashimi . We were very impressed with the selction, and that was an understatement. We walked in and got seated immediately. Everyone was very friendly and the food came out quickly, hot and fresh. They stuck with the local aestetic inside as well, which was a nice touch. Miso Soup: this was a little salty, but the flavor was SO GOOD!!! Jalapeno Poppers: Different from any kind of jalapeno popper we have had before. So delicious. Tempura Shrimp Bento Box: Somuch SHRIMP, deep fried veggies, rice, gyoza, and 4 pieces of california rolls . Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box: Definitly chicken thighs, suoer good teriyaki sauce and deepfried veggies were yummy too. We also got a selection of their sushi rolls. They were HUGE compared to what we get in our hometown. All of it was fresh and tasted delicious. 100% stop in if you are ever out this way. The portion sizes were HUGE and everything was amazing. Kudos to them holding down such a diverse menu and holding strong. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!

This place was a few doors down from my motel, so I decided to stop in. Overall, very hit and miss…read more The menu is mostly Chinese, with a few. Thai and Vietnamese dishes. I almost went for the. Banh mi, and in retrospect, I probably should have. Instead, I went for the combo menu, with. Broccoli chicken.... Let's break it down.... The Pros:... The hot tea... I'm not sure what kind of tea it was, but for a cold evening, it was hot, and it was very good. The egg drop soup... it was hot, and it had a very good flavor. I love a good egg drop soup, and this was a good one. The main dish... The broccoli chicken was very good. The chicken was tender, and the veggies were crisp. It was sauced well, and it was not over sauced. Now, the cons..... The egg roll. Just your generic Chinese food eggroll, it tasted OK, but it was very greasy. It left my fingers glistening.... The chow mein. It was warm at best, and it was also very oily. It left a film of oil on my lips. The noodles were kind of gummy. The pork fried rice... It was just OK. The texture of the rice was OK, but there wasn't much flavor to it. I added a bit of hoisin to it, and it made it a bit better. Basically, I was batting .500 on this meal. The price was OK, but not really for what I got. I might come back to try. The Banh mi, or maybe try something off the menu that is not part of the combo meal. Other than that, thanks anyway.

Absolute junk, ordered the shrimp summer rolls and recieved one piece of shrimp in each it was…read more99.9% lettuce. And the pork egg rolls were also nothing but veggies. I could not taste or find one piece of pork. Also ordered the beef and broccoli and recieved broccoli with a hint of beef. And the pork fried dumplings... you guessed it. All veggies. And the 1/4 cup of soup was a slap in the face. Maybe because I am traveling through in my RV they thought they can pawn off crap on me as they may not see me again. Or everyone is recieving the same crap. As a 5 star chef for over 30+ years i would personally fire everyone including the owner. Also keep in mind. I put this same review on door dash where I ordered this "hot mess" from and all my reviews have disappeared. I assume because door dash is desperate to keep people's business. And its probably harder to do in small towns. So they just delete my reviews in order to keep customers buying from them. Don't waste your money on these glorified salads. Also do not trust door dash reviews as they clearly edit them. . To the owner of this establishment, if you cannot afford to stay open, pmease shut it down rather than take advantage of you customers in this way. 1st and last time customer. And hopefully folks read this and don't waste thier money on deep fried veggies and no protein whatsoever. Shameless. The only reason I gave it a 2 star vs. A 1 is it had potential. But decided to fill everything with vegies with bot even a hint of meat flavor.
