Wow what great pizza! A home town LOCAL hang out right in town on the highway. Street parking. Homemade pizza dough made daily! A bit thin for our desires but very good and filled with toppings. Side green salad nice size. Outstanding friendly service from Jamie! Sadly Pepsi products. Made fresh so give them time since busy place.

We ordered the Alfredo Pizza it was superb! We are visiting from Connecticut . The toppings were fresh and tasty, loved the Alfredo sauce. What really was a great flavor was the green olives on the pizza. It definitely took it up a notch. The crust is light and flaky. Service was fast and friendly. This is definitely a hidden gem!

Fantastic Pizza, wonderful staff, great community restaurant. Enjoy a pizza in an unique and fun atmosphere. We have visited several times but you MUST try this place on Grinch night, the week before Christmas. 3rd anniversary Grinch night is tonight from 4-close. See the pictures for a preview. Enjoy!

For dessert, I've only had their creme brûlée; but again, YUMMY. Drinks = They have a good variety of soda, beer, wine, italian sodas, etc. Service = The waiters are always friendly and accommodating. Extra condiments on request! :) The front desk is sometimes not 100% friendly, but that's probably because they're so BUSY. Ambience = The church side has awesome ambience, although it feels a tad cramped. But it's a pretty cool setting for an italian restaurant. The "pizza parlor" side feels more spacious but also more like a typical pizza restaurant. It's fine. Location/parking = Location's near downtown but has plenty of parking down the street. They are basically kings on their block -- not really any other parking competition nearby.

What a unique restaurant... inside a restored 1888 stone church. They kept the original stained glass windows, the choir loft & the confessional booth making this one of the most interesting restaurants. The dining area was cozy - not many tables & chairs. Our table was too small for four adults with bread, apps & dinner plates. However, our server was great, very attentive. Always near to clear plates, friendly & fast service. We started with bread & Italian salsa. The bread was good but the salsa was even better. It was fantastic & full of flavor. Next, for apps we had the Meatballs & Fried Calamari. The meatballs needed more seasoning & the sauce was bland. The calamari was rubbery & chewy. The Lemon Aioli that came with it was tasty. Our entrees were the Chicken Parm & the Crab Stuffed Shrimp with Linguine & Sauce. The portion sizes were big. The chicken was prepared nicely & was tender. The sauce unfortunately was bland. Same with the shrimp dish, it needed more seasoning, I didn't taste the crab & the lemon butter sauce had too much garlic for me. Perhaps our meal was a one off. Their menu is extensive & I will give them another try...the Lobster Ravioli sounds good. Note, on the other side of the restaurant is a pizzeria, called Slice Works, with a dining room & outdoor patio. I will try this as well.

The concept of it being inside a home is very interesting. The food here is amazing especially their Caesar Salad. That salad was so delicious we wanted to order some to go. Now the reason why this place is getting three stars because 1. The service here is horrible! 15-25 minute wait for our server to come back around and check in on us. It wasn't just us either but it was everyone else in the room. Saw a couple that waited about 25 minutes just to be checked up on after being seated. We also never asked for our bill yet and it was given to us without us asking. We wanted to order more food after our entree. Hence why we never got to order our Caesar salad. 2. This one was the most disappointing part of our dinner. We ordered tiramisu for our dessert, once served I noticed a glossy chunky on it, assuming it was maybe crystallized sugar. Wrong. It was a chunk of ice!! The tiramisu WAS STILL FROZEN!! For 12 bucks I can get some better tiramisu at king soopers, Safeway, or any other restaurant honestly. 3. There was an ant in my drink, and we weren't compensated for that. We paid 4 dollars for an ant drink.

We waited 10 minutes to be seated while there were empty tables, people in front of us seated immediately. However at first she assumed we were with people in front of us and then when we told us our party number she asked if we have a reservation- they weren't required so we didn't know and just live in town and wanted a bite. She proceeded to sit us at a table and said "this will have to work". After that she came back with water pretty quickly, but tried to take our order- we were still looking at appetizers but they have a small 2 page menu. We asked for more time and I finished 3 cups of water in 25 minutes and decided 35 minutes was too much to wait just to put our order in. Went somewhere else and even though we had to drive further out we were seated immediately and had our order taken within 10 minutes. I feel like another server or busboy or something would have relieved a lot of our waitress' stress but there was no acknowledgment, she wasn't even looking at our table when she was coming by. We just felt kind of ignored since we came in and I assume she was super overwhelmed by the volume of people. The last straw was when she started taking the order for people who were seated well after us.

At the time, I enjoyed all the food including the Arrabiatta with Ricotta, Short Rib, Calamari, Charcuterri, Burrata, Tiramisu and Butterscotch Pudding (yeah, it deserves another mention). Service was 10 star! The staff taking care of our large party was great with bringing the food, clearing plates, and most importantly, bringing drinks, which were also good. That Carrot/Mezcal drink was a winner, as was the Long Island Iced Tea. After my trip, I even bought the cheapo Snak Pack of butterscotch putting for home, which wasn't the same as the masterpiece here. Still good though, as was the other food here! The only odd part was the trek to the men's room... I thought Ashton Kutcher was going to be in there laughing at me when I finally found it. Because of Punk'd, not because of other reasons to laugh at me in a Men's room.

When you make reservations, and it is highly recommended that you do, there is an option to select a preset theatre menu option- Theatre Prix Fixe for $60 per person or the traditional menu option. The Theatre menu is the way to go for sure. For my first course, I selected the Insalata di Caesar. This is a very large portion of salad so be forewarned but it is also very good, so win-win. For the main course, I opted for the Pollo alla Milanese. Also, a huge plate of food. I was able to make two additional meals from the chicken. The tagliatelle was perfectly cooked and the sauce paired perfectly well with the breaded chicken. Perfetto! For dessert, I had to try the Budino di Caramello. The butterscotch was truly delectable. Our server and the staff at Panzano were amazing and checked in on us frequently. I highly recommend Panzano if you're in the area.
