My garbage disposal was expertly changed by Kris Guevara! He was punctual in his arrival and ensured that we were well informed about the issues and changes. He was also quite kind, cleaning the area he worked on and putting everything back in its proper place when his job was finished. read more

Called them because of the mailer we received. Free inspection and $50 clog cleaning. Not sure who came. But we called because our drain was clogged. They did an inspection and reported a drain clean/snake won't help and a $3800 estimate to replace some plumbing and add a clean out was the recommendation (which he failed or deliberately omitted that it had a clean out already). I felt that the price was ridiculously high and to conclude that recommendation before even ruling out a drain clean as a service attempted and failed was very suspicious. So I did the job myself a few days later. It took 3.5 hours and $350 in supplies. So basically $900 an hour. And I'm not a professional plumber. And to my surprise while I was cutting pipe, I discovered all it needed, was a clean out. Now they didn't do any work for me so my review is just on the approach that was taken. It's like the worst kind of cliche mechanic tactic. Exploiting peoples lack of knowledge to up-sell what's not needed. So I suggest whatever they suggest get a second opinion. It's free for reason it seems.. not well intentioned business practice. read more
