He drew clear diagrams to help me understand exactly why a snake couldn't clear it. He quickly provided an estimate to replace the fitting with a modern bullhorn design to eliminate future issues, and also noticed our downstairs toilet wax ring needed replacement. While I initially considered replacing the wax ring myself after researching it, I am so glad I left it to the professionals. The toilet weighed nearly 100 lbs and the floor bolts were severely rusted. Kyle gracefully applied a discount to the overall package that helped soften the blow. The best part was the incredible timeline: he provided the estimate and got the entire job done the SAME DAY. In a house with four people and no running water, this rapid response was an absolute lifesaver. Kyle began the work immediately and was very respectful of our property.
