The staff at Soda Pop is incredibly friendly, patient, and takes the time to educate you about choosing jewelry pieces, piercings placement, and post-op care. Lys, who did my piercing, was particularly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the placement of my earrings was even and that I was satisfied with the result. My set up is all anodized titanium with white opal, so I was thrilled to see they had multiple opal offerings for the initial piercing. As expected from an APP certified shop, it was done with a titanium flat back and push fit end. The person at the front desk was very sweet and I was taken back for the piercing after a few minutes. I believe my piercer's name was Rachael, who was also fantastic. Very calming and knowledgeable presence with thorough explanation and aftercare instructions. The entire process was as comfortable as getting a needle through your face could ever hope to be! Overall very happy with my experience and would absolutely return or recommend to others!

When she finally responded 2 months later, she only offered me an appt for 3 times/days that didn't work with my work schedule. I emailed her back a week later (my grandma had just died) and here it is 3 weeks later and still no response. This was done in November 2024 & here we are in February 2025 and still no response from her. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this artist or shop.

I made an appointment online (there are more availabilities for uptown than there are for the East location). I was the only customer when I stopped in around 5pm on a weekday. I initially wanted a rook piercing after looking at inspo photos on instagram. However, Ben looked at my ear anatomy and told me that a rook wouldn't showcase well. He had a few other suggestions. I appreciated that he was looking out for what would look best for my ear. They have a huge selection, so it was hard to pick just one. Once my earrings were sanitized, Ben selected the perfect place for my conch piercing. I like it so much! He gave me back my long backings and said I could use them for when I got more piercings for a discount (just bring them a few days earlier to be sanitized). There's an ATM machine right next to the register, if you didn't bring enough cash. I am looking to curate my ear so it looks more balanced. The conch piercing & 2 downsizings came out to ~$300. I've enjoyed my experience so far at Adorn, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable & experienced place to be pierced.
