What a Great Organic Spa ! With such a calming & relaxing ambience! Honestly, I have been going to many different spas over the years but This One is a keeper for sure. The esthetician that did my facial, Sylvia, seemed very knowledgable and professional. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Eva was amazing! I came in for a brow and lash tint and then made an appointment for a facial later in the day. It's so cute and relaxing. The entire staff was extremely friendly. During both services Eva made sure to ask if I was okay through every step. As someone who is kinda shy I always appreciate this. The eminence products were great on my sensitive skin. No irritation at all I've always been afraid to try a facial because of this ( did arctic berry facial) she also gave a great massage during the treatment. I will definitely be returning! I love coming here. I bought the package for the foot detox. I love it, it is so relaxing and the entire staff is wonderful. Initially, I met Ewa and she did a fabulous job with the facial and she was really informative. A huge plus for me was that the products were all organic. I'm torn how to rate, so I'm going with 3.5 stars. My first experience with with Ewa, she was fantastic, five stars! I had an eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint and eyelash tint, she had a light hand and my brows looked amazing- I couldn't stop looking at them! She educated me on how to get my brows to grow out (following years of over threading) and recommended a fantastic product to help them grow called Neubrow- I have been using it for a month and my eyebrows were growing in much thicker. She also assessed my skin and recommended an Eminence product which was fantastic. I thought I was starting a new love affair with Biolife and their products... But today I had a very different experience. I came in for the same appointment (eyebrow wax/tint, eyelash tint) with the addition of the Berry facial. During the eyelash tint the dye got into both of my eyes and my eyes swelled up and became so irritated, I couldn't see. After throwing out my new contacts and some time the irritation finally came down and it was onto the facial. I am not sure my clinician even looked at my skin (I had a much longer conversation with Ewa about my skin on the initial appointment that was just for a wax/tint), she did not comment on my skin once, did not explain any of the products or suggest products for the future and there was absolutely no extractions. It was an hour of using eminence products on my face, which are lovely, but for $125 a facial, you can buy the Eminence products to have at home. The worst part was when I saw my eyebrows, from being trimmed so short there were so sparse and patchy, I felt I had lost a month of what Neubrow had brought me. The clinician was very pleasant, so I hate to write abad review, but I left pretty disheartened. If you come here I would suggest requesting Ewa, you will not be disappointed with her or Eminence products. I just wish that I had thought to request her the second time around. read more

I have been going to bio life for about 3 years now. I was looking for a spa that was natural, and luckily I found this place and haven't looked back since. I recommend Ewa to all my friends, she is great at what she does and pays attention to detail. She caters to your skin needs and doesn't try to throw every product at you. She has helped me clear my skin, and has recommended great products for me. My friends love her too, they're hooked. All the ladies here are great, I definitely will continue to come here. I get my facials, waxes (Brazilian and facial), and my eyebrows done here. She does it all. Definitely interested in trying more services soon. Ewa was very easy to schedule with and accommodated my schedule. The treatment for a Yumi lash lift was fairly quick. There was mild tingling at the end but went away once the product was wiped off. I just got the treatment today so I can't attest to how it will be with time, but definitely see a nice natural curl to my lashes. From the moment I walked into Biolife Organic Spa, I felt very calm and relaxed. Great ambiance. I was then greeted, and given a glass of water. I don't remember my esthetician's name, but she had blue eyes and a soft blond hair. She was incredibly sweet. I went in for a brow wax and tint, as well as an eyelash tint (a trio I purchased on groupon) and I could not be happier! My eyebrows look amazing. She took her time working on the shape, and making sure they were perfect. Before going in, my eyebrows were a hot mess, little hairs everywhere and very uneven, didn't have a good shape. The esthetician who worked on me is incredibly talented, and I will update my post with her name once I have it. I will not be going anywhere but here for eyebrow services from now on! I have had 3 spray tans in my life, but let me tell you! My first was at Biolife, loved it. I strayed for a good deal and ended up looking like a body builder! I went back last week to Biolife and saw Ewa, she was so sweet, professional and got me in and out and looking fabulous! I learned my lesson, never stray! I have been looking for a spa that performs facials with organic products and came across a great offer at Biolife Organic Spa. I was able to get in for an appointment within a couple of days and must say that I had a truly wonderful experience. The spa itself is very relaxing, and my treatment room was warm and cozy which was very much welcomed on the single digit temperature day. The skincare products they use are made by Eminence Organics (A Hungarian line) which smell amazing and work really well for sensitive skin. Ewa, my esthetician (And the spa's owner) was so knowledgeable and super sweet. The facial itself lasted an hour and included a foot massage, steam with light extractions, hot towel applications and multiple layers of cleansing, an exfoliant, a mask, serum, and moisturizer. I plan on returning for a package of facials over the next few months. Another great bonus is the ample parking (meter free) on Ashland right in front of the spa. read more

I started coming here for lash extensions after leaving the last place I'd gone. I can say that Ewa's work is the best I've experienced. The lashes look beautiful and she's always willing to make time for me whenever I need to come in off schedule. She's very caring and has recommended (but not pushed) additional products for all my skin problems:) She also occasionally tints my eyebrows, which looks lovely even for a blond girl like me. I got a spray tan and am extremely unhappy with the results. The tech did not do any prep or post-work on my hands, feet, or nails, so my hands and feet are orange. The tan all over my body is also extremely uneven so it's very obvious I'm spray-tanned. I also asked her beforehand for a light, natural-looking tan and she said the color looks very natural. I purchased a Groupon for a spray tan and since it was at an organic spa, I assumed it that organic products would be used. Nowhere in their communication did it state otherwise. Come to find out, they offer all organic products APART from one thing...spray tans! You have to pay extra for an organic spray tan, even though this was never communicated in the Groupon voucher. In addition to that, I was not informed to put on lotion so I had several areas around my body that just looked dirty. It certainly wasn't the best spray tan I've had and I will not be returning. read more
