He said, while wearing glasses indoors, avoiding eye contact, and speaking sternly, and "I ain't picking up anything until I get payment from the first time." I said, "Are you sure you haven't received it, or can you check to see? We always mail them directly to vendors." He said "I wouldn't be asking if I did." If that was the case, he could have mentioned that he hasn't received payment and can't schedule a pickup until he does. Easy fix. Instead, he wasted both our time. Do yourself a favor - look up another company to call. P.S. I found out that he was in communication with our office a couple days prior to this interaction - where he admitted to moving their office address!
