People are not joking on the reviews when they say the customer service here is horrible. 1 star is a compliment for this establishment. Ordered a fresas con crema for the advertised price of $6.99 when I was paying they charged me $7.99 without even telling me. I questioned her and right away she rudely told me she can cancel my order if I wanted. I paid the $7.99 and when I looked at my receipt, I was charged for using a card when I paid cash. When I informed the workers, they were rude and were giving snarky remarks to each other and dirty looks to me. Plus Salad is my favorite. Green salad mix, strawberries, green & red apples, mango, walnuts, feta & balsamic vinagrette. You can add chicken, but honestly, to me it doesnt need it. This place has the worst customer service. The ladies always have an attitude and the orders are never correct. I waited over 45 mins for my order, only to have the lady come out and hand my order to another person. Once she realized she made a mistake, she went up to the person again to try and retrieve my order and hand it to me. When I asked to have her remake the order, I was given an attitude because I wouldn't take the opened order and and the drink the other person had already drank from. Love this place! Love the shakes, usually when I want to be healthy or just drink liquids for a day I'll come here and get the veggie shakes. It's basically just juices a bunch of veggies and fruits. My daughter loves the crepe. The sizes are good, price is worth it. Service is poor at best, wait-time is super long. I recommend the food, not the service. I went in today and asked for a bowl with yogurt, banana, strawberry and coconut and the plate was overflowing with yogurt almost as if it was heated, it was a broth literally with hardly any fruit.
