Bird bowl is like a bird road past time... Everyone in Miami grew up coming to Bird Bowl. This bowling alley holds many memories for me and my family for the times we've come to enjoy different theme outings. I have not only enjoyed the just bowling with Friends but have thrown parties for my children here with success. Bird bowl has been over due in renovations and have seem to finally start that process. I'm glad to see the company throwing money back into this establishment. Unfortunately it does take way from some convenience for customers such as the bar and the kitchen being closed. This forces customers to use the food trucks outside which I feel have jacked up prices because they know they've monopolized the location. I'll still keep coming here with my family because it does make for an enjoyable night of bowling but I'll refuse to go out side and be over charged for some beers and pizza that takes for ever to be made. read more

So I am going to amend my review. Why? Because I recently went back to birdbowl and I see the progress on the new areas that are going to be open. He bathrooms have already been remodeled and they look stunning (on one of the sides of the bowling arena). There is a private room that looks like it's going to be to rent it out to watch games or whatnot. Looks nice. Also I noticed a bar area that is going to open soon. Also nice. In the meantime they were prepared for the Friday night rush of drinks with buckets already made. The bartenders were speedy and nice. I was impressed. Also the outside food trucks sped up in time. I ordered pizza and wings. They said 15 minutes and it was ready in 15 minutes. All in all bird bowls upgrade is beginning to look nice and they have adjusted to the change. The wait time isn't accurate at all. It says for me to be there at a certain time and I'll be seated, but when I showed up they informed me that I have to wait a second time despite my reservation, for two hours. Why do they tell me to show up for my reservation, but ask me to wait as long as I would have without a reservation. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful as well, I had called throughout the day to try and confirm my reservation time accuracy, but they don't believe in answering the phone at this establishment. read more

I actually really like coming to bird bowl,the lanes are in good shape, the pro shop is well staffed. The food is bowling alley food.

Over 20 years and the bowling is going strong. It currently does not have a kitchen but there is a food truck right outside the door as well as el Rey de las fritas. So there are several options in shopping center. The bowling balls for kids or smaller than a 12 were hard to find at times. The staff is very friendly and is quick to assist. There is plenty of sitting area for the lanes. You have high top and a few chairs near the computer game console. When writing your name on the computer it only shows about 4-5 letters after that it only shows the first letter. It tracks the speed of your bowling ball. If you have kids they have bumpers available to select for the bowler and a rack where you can set the bowling ball and let it slide down the lane. The bumpers can also be removed while playing the game without interrupting or resetting it. read more

Bird bowl is a good vibe if you like bowling and just hanging out with your friends. Service is great (9/10 from how often I go which is pretty often). Food nothing outlandish but for basics it's pretty good. The wings, pizza and fries are my go to. They have other options for food too. Weekends get super packed but they have other things to do like pool, arcade and karaoke if you're into that. Overall, I like this place great place to chill when you're hanging with your friends plus they have greats deals for alcohol(Tuesdays are my preferred). read more

Years on years on years! I have been coming here forever it feels like. I have participating in bowling leagues and done group gatherings here. I love it here! I love what they've done with the place. Revamped a few years ago and it has never looked better. They put a big billiards and arcades area. 2 bars now. Always a hit or miss with days to be packed. Sometimes the weekday wins but weekends get jammed too, as it is a cool hangout for kids, adults and families. Pricing is reasonable for everything. (pitchers and quesadiilas are my recommendation) They have a DJ on the weekends. And I can't forget to mention the karaoke bar! Parking can be a headache sometimes. Went to Bird Bowl for the first time in many years and it's a completely different place. Extensive renovations, cool ambiance, full bar, awesome arcade, just to name a few things. The place gets slammed on weekends, but it's expected. While we waited to get a lane, which only took about 15 minutes, we got drinks and played arcade games. Once we got a lane, we had a great time. They had a bowling special, buy one hour and get the second one free. Our server was awesome -- she was very attentive and quick to deliver our orders. We ordered food, which was delicious. The Philly cheesesteak and pepperoni pizza were both great. They also had a great selection of beer. Hope to be back soon! 5/5 stars! read more

I always go bowling at bird bowl. Friday night it was my sister birthday. We decided to go bowling with 4 other people it was full with alot of people the workers told us at the counter we would have to check in by scanning the QR code and it's gonna be an hour waite so I said ok. An hour past and I went to the counter to ask how much more time we have to waite they said 2 hours after we waited 1 hour already so I said then you guys shouldn't tell us a hour if it's gonna take longer that's not fair for all the people that's gonna be waiting for so long. Then they said cause people that's already bowling they are extending their time. Rather than extend the time they should let them know that due to high volume of people waiting to bowl we won't be able to extend any time right now. And they are closing at 2am it was around 8 something when I got there and people still coming in the door that means they not gonna have enough time to bowl. I will never go back to bird bowl cause it seems like they only care about Making money which is fine but if your gonna have people waite for 2 to 3 hours that's just not right at all read more

The server assigned to our aisle Jasmine, was the rudest server we've ever had. Would ignore customers when they were trying to order to go chat with friends and when we tried to order a pitcher of water she said we needed a tab open, which we did have one open, and walked away two times. We explained once again we have a tab and she responded "oh damn" and walked away, never dealt with this sort of service with any of the other servers but it was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. read more

10/10, had sooooo much fun! The ambiance of the place was electric. We came on a pro bowling night so a lot of the best balls were taken but I didn't matter. The buffalo wings are 10/10 and they had so many food/drink options to choose from. They have a sock vending machine which I thought was very cool. Clean bathrooms as well. it is what it is. Its bowling. Great prices, easy. Great for groups. The bar has some good beers which is important and its super fun with the right crowd. Unfortunate if you get stuck next to a group you dont vibe with. It happens and if there is somewhere to move they are cool with changing your lanes. Sometimes the tables are filled with old plates and chicken bones which is super unpleasant so I wish they would handle that a bit but besides that it is what it is and there is nothing to complain about.
