A very family friendly atmosphere which is destined to bring lots tons of joy! I came to the vicinity with a group of friends and would say I had a pleasant time. The old retro look gives you a sense of nostalgia as you walk through the doors. I was decently surprised and had a good experience with very friendly employees. We paid around 30 something for a group of 6 or less so its best to say the more the merrier when trying to bargain your share of the price :). We stayed for two hours and finished wishing we had done more. The graphics on the overhead screen were very memorable and brings life to the ambiance. We were greeted with a smile and open arms and everything was in accordance to Covid-19 procedures. They checked our temperature and were told to wear or masks but safely and casually remove them as we played in our own lane. The lady at the front door checking temperatures was awesome and has an inviting personality. We were placed on a short wait list and were handled 5 minutes after our arrival. They even gave us gloves to pick out a ball of our choice which was smart thinking in my opinion. It gets crowded quite quickly but there's more than enough room to spare! We were all separated and had our own lane reserved, It may seem as though others could potentially be too close but Im assertive they already meet the certain requirements and have it all under control. The food was very good and reasonable as well. Most franchises tend to overprice certain items to gain revenue but Bird Bowl was very gratifying in my experience. We were told someone would be there to take orders on standby, the only downfall was trying to get the attention of an employee several times and not have anyone come to our assistance. We ended up taking a short walk over to the food section and were given a buzzer to notify us when it was ready. For under 40$ we were able to purchase meals for 3 people including drinks and sides which is very affordable in my book. At the end of our stay we were told to leave the food and trays on the table and leave our bowling shoes on our lane and the staff would take care of everything else. Everything was cleanly and very likable. I totally recommend coming if you're looking for a good time to spend with friends and family but fair warning: things will get competitive. We celebrated our sons 13th birthday on a Sunday early afternoon. This was the first time in many many years going back. It was definitely cleaner and more updated since my high school days. Yes that's a long time ago. Anyway, it's loud as a bowling alley is and everything you expect. We ordered chicken wings, chicken tenders, onion rings, fries, calamari, and pitchers of beer and soda. Everything was fried nicely and delicious. All the bowling lanes and equipment worked great. The attendants helped us with any user issues we had with the programming of names and bumpers. I go every summer because there's always a deal where the kids bowl for free. It's not the most glamorous as compared to other more newer places but it does the trick. The kids have fun bowling and then spend some more money at the arcade. The food is fine and the service when I went was find. The people there were very nice. It can get a little stuffy when a lot of the camps show up but it's no biggie. They have an area for camps and then a regular area. read more

Bird Bowl is a mix of good and bad, but mostly good. The ambiance is always nice, and sometimes you can see tournaments happen with different teams playing together in groups of 4. Definitely family friendly and I love when it turns into nighttime and they start playing the music and the lighting shifts, really cool. The food is good for what you'd expect at a bowling alley, but nothing to write home about. Typical party snacks that get the job done. The service is nice, but slow. The lane service takes forever and sometimes it takes a while for the people at the computer to fix things. One thing I overwhelmingly don't like is that the lanes more to the right tend to have issues like randomly resetting pins, scores bugging, etc. but it's infrequent and shouldn't be expected when bowling here. Go on Wednesday nights as they charge 7.99$ per hour (regularly it's around 46$ per hour) and also I think on Sunday nights from 6 p.m. onwards but the rule isn't applicable if you reserve at Bird Bowl, so be prepared to wait a bit and play some arcade games in the meantime. Another note is that some of the bowling balls are pretty beat up, so if you come here very often I'd recommend getting a custom ball from the shop that's inside (it's open until 3pm on weekdays I'm pretty sure, the weekend hours are almost impossible.) Overall, great place and I'd recommend it for a party size of any kind whether it's your Average Joe just relieving some stress on a Wednesday night, or a family having some fun on the weekend. read more

Love this place as a family night out. Music is played in the later hours of the day. There is usually a longer wait time usually lasting 45min to 1 hour. Once you add yourself to the waitlist you can get text updates of your status. Food is typical finger foods (wings , fries , mozzarella sticks. Have been coming here for 20 years since I was a kid. Was a little disappointed in my last experience. Was assigned to a lane that I guess was defective and we had to pause our game because the pins were knocked off on their own and we lost a few turns. This happened twice and we had to wait 20 minutes. When it happened the third time we switched lanes. The lane we were switched to, the bumpers didn't work so my daughter wasn't able to enjoy the rest of the game. Will probably spend more money next time to just go to Bowlero honestly. They weren't apologetic nor did they offer us extra time or another game to make up for the turns and time we lost. read more

We went to celebrate Father's Day and it was packed. There was a bit of a wait time but worth it. We only waited 35 minutes, but we played in the arcade for a few minutes. Prices are pretty good, not too pricey at all. The service was good, a bit of employees lacked to smile but we can't ask for perfection. Food was good but a bit pricey, if you check in with yelp you get 15% off. I have grown up going to Bird Bowl and it won't be my last time. Great Family fun!!!!!! read more

Food and service are great! The staff is on point and are very helpful and friendly. I've been coming here for years, but recently in the past 2 months, the only negative about this place is that some of the crowd that you'll encounter here are the new immigrants residing around the area that don't know how to properly behave when playing or respect the rules. For example; They'll take the bowling balls you're using without asking, take the kiddy ramp without asking you (you have to pay for it), they will bowl in your lane, have their party sit on your side, and certain things like that that are just out of hand. Out of the 3 times I've been here, I've had 2 bad encounters with some of these customers and quite honestly, I've been with my child and don't think I'll be coming much because I don't want my child around these escalations. Both times were at different hours of the day as well (kid friendly hours). The staff does respond quickly though when notified of any issue between parties. First time attending this establishment was a few weeks ago on a Sunday evening. It gets really busy so I recommend utilizing their online waitlist to avoid wasting time in line. One thing not communicated is that you cannot join the line until you are officially checked in. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Checking in, requesting shoes, ordering drinks from the bar, ordering food from the lane... all extremely pleasant. The quality of food/beverages are surprisingly good.
