    The Headliner
    Chris P.

Figured it was my first time so I'd go for the headliner. Taste is good. Nothing exceptional. Bun is very basic. The thing is, I have to think if I'm getting my money's worth and my conclusion is. No. It's really a fairly small sandwich for over $10. With so many chicken places, I can't think of a reason I'd come back here.

Came here on opening night for some shakes and video games with the kids! Great space with a really nice outdoor patio. Customer service is friendly and staff seem happy to be there, which they are known for. They also have margs, beer on tap and frose so this will be a popular spot! We are so happy to have you in our neighborhood and be able to walk to a new place! I haven't even talked about the food, which is top notch and we're already going back for lunch. Welcome to Centennial and we'll see you soon.

    The Rancher sandwich

We gad a very nice lunch at this Birdcall. We had the Rancher sandwich with loaded tots, a Frose and a bbq slider. The Rancher and its sauce were succulent. If you don't like the tots spicy, you can remove the jalapeños and nashville seasoning, and voilà! The bbq sider was good, but I would hope they make this a regular sandwich. It was too small for me. The 20 oz Frose was delicious and enough for 2 people! It was a great compliment to the chicken. I enjoyed the dinning experience because they have 2 arcade games that you can play for free. They have stickers also. We enjoyed our lunch and we will be back.

    Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake

it was pretty excited to try. ended up getting teriyaki chicken sandwich, some fries and a strawberry shortcake milkshake. I was a little disappointed with the food portions as my sandwich was more bun than chicken. the chicken was also a bit dry. My milkshake was also kind of iffy not a huge fan of the shortcake. Hopefully they add a strawberry only option. The only good thing about my meal that I didn't fully finish was the fries because who doesn't like fries.

we were really excited to check out this new place in our neighborhood. We ordered an original chicken sandwich, the 2 slider box with tots and 2 piece tenders kids meal. The timer on the screen started at 20 mins. Once the timer hit to two mins it changed to "soon", which is when I started my timer. it took another 23 mins from that point. When our food came the chicken was over cooked, the sliders and the tenders were almost smaller than my index finger. The fries and tots were undercooked. They charge for each sauce and we still didn't get the sauces we bought. They do however have great lemonade. most likely won't return any time soon.

One of, if not THE, best chicken sandwich place in Denver! Delicious chicken, fun vibe, and great service every time!

My husband really likes the Vladdy Sr. (French dip, with the best au jus I've ever tasted!) and The Koufax (hot pastrami on rye). The sandwiches are HUGE! A few times I've ordered a half sandwich and been completely satisfied. I have also really liked the soups I've had. We are a baseball family, so I love that all the names are baseball references. The k my one I think they missed was the Pick Two (half sandwich and cup of soup or salad), I think they should call it The Double Play! Service has been outstanding every time we've been in. They all have been incredibly kind and have gone out of their way to make sure we were pleased with our food. We have always had our food as takeout, but they do have tables you can eat at in the restaurant. All this to say, Home Team Deli is a home run in our book!

While there were a handful of people sitting at tables, the majority of the tables were empty. People are accustomed to a certain pace at places like this. If your brand is not designed around moving fast maybe consider taking a page from Whataburger where they have signs everywhere telling the customer they don't move fast; you will have to wait. Again, food is good. I just don't think it's reasonable to wait 30 minutes for a 5" hot sandwich.

She said I could eat outside on the patio instead. What made the situation especially frustrating was that no one mentioned while we were ordering that all orders would be to-go or that the dining area was closing. Had we been told beforehand, we would have planned accordingly. At the time, my husband was in the restroom, and I was holding our baby. I also had our drinks and my freshly made sandwich. Being told to immediately leave and wait outside while juggling a baby, food, and drinks felt incredibly inconsiderate and unwelcoming. I completely understand that businesses have closing hours, and I respect that employees want to finish their shifts on time. However, asking a customer to leave just moments after handing them their food and without any prior warning created a very uncomfortable and inhospitable experience. It felt less like a reasonable closing procedure and more like we were being rushed out the door despite having just been served. A little communication or a few minutes of grace while my husband finished in the restroom would have made all the difference. Instead, the interaction left us feeling unwelcome, and it unfortunately overshadowed the entire visit.

Don't get me wrong, the ingredients were fresh enough, service was friendly, and the place was clean & neat. BUT the Dolomite (their "Italian" hero), which is the simple, yet complex sandwich that ALL sandwich shops should be judged on, was just fine, and I ended up only eating half of it. Specifically, the inappropriately sesame-seeded bread was too airy & fluffy. The cold cuts were sliced too thickly, and densely piled together into a brick-like slab of meats. It all added up to a sandwich, although carefully made, didn't really satisfy my soul the way a good sandwich should. Unfortunately, I've had the same experience at their shop in Fort Collins, so maybe this style of very pretty, but vapid sandwiches are just not my jam.

They used to be my favorite sandwich shop hands-down, but it's obviously changed since they've expanded. The turkey didn't seem like it was roast turkey that was shredded anymore. It tasted and felt like something out of a can. There was a smell to the stuffing that I couldn't swallow. I literally had it throw it in the trash. It felt like there's no heart in it. It's just really disappointing because they were my all-time favorite shop when I lived in Vegas. I mean they're far away from my house so I think I had to pay an extra $10 an Uber eats delivery fees, and I didn't need a single bite. It was beyond bad. It was gross like it felt like there was something spoiled in it. This is not an issue of a bad order, but an issue of something that tasted like it was going to make me sick. Sadly, I will never be visiting in Capriotti's again. I wish I could get a refund. It was truly vile, whatever was in there. And I'm not a normal reviewer. First visit to this location. And I hadn't had Capriotti's in a looooong time. They have FRIES now! Woohoo! They're FLAT. Which is interesting. Capriotti's doesn't have gluten-free bread. The nice lady said that they're working on it. She offered me a choice of a cup or lettuce. I decided on the cup. And ordered fries because no carbs from bread. Win-win! She also gave me a small discount, because I wasn't getting bread. That was so nice! I decided to try the Impossible cheesesteak. Oooh. It needed more cheese, but I got mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers. It was served in a cup. I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I doused everything with Cholula. Yum!!! I ordered a medium, and couldn't finish it. I have gluten-free baguettes and wraps at home, so that's why I got a medium instead of a small. Did finish all the fries. While they aren't my favorite, they were good. I really prefer greasy, crispy crinkle fries. But these weren't dry. Just lacked real flavor. It's a nice, clean space, much like Highlands Ranch. It's right next to Carrera's, near Pinterest. I hope that they do add a gluten-free option soon! Eating a cheesesteak from a cup just wasn't the same, lol.
