I had the kids cheese pizza and it was delicious. Drinks are also half off after 3 PM which is great and it's also a really good deal. The staff was very attending and I didn't have to wait. The restaurant was clean, self-sufficient, and very inviting their menu selection was really good and it is nice to know that they have a rewards program that you can use for future visits would definitely be back to this location as it is close to home if you're looking for something quick and easy and good check this place out. If you do, Carson will probably be taking care of you. He is one of the best damn employee here and I'm not saying that. Restrooms, restrooms, restrooms. I hate to start my review with the restrooms but you can tell a lot from the restrooms. If they cannot keep up the restrooms, what is the kitchen like?! I have had Newk's on my radar for months and my wife decided we should finally try it. There were just a few tables occupied when we arrived but it was just a quarter to noon. I have to say the young lady at the cash register taking our order was very cordial and helpful. I ordered the Cheesesteak sandwich which came with a side so I went with the pasta salad. My Wife did the half sandwich and salad. My sandwich was really tasty I must say and the pasta salad was good as well. My wife enjoyed her salad and sandwich as well. After finishing her lunch she went to the restroom before we hit the road home. I won't say anymore about what she told me after. Might be our first and last time. We'll see.... read more

Great place to hang out with friends and socialize. There is no pressure to hurry, no loud music you have to talk over, just a very casual comfortable environment. We were a group who of 12, each couple ordered and paid separately at the counter when we first walked in. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one is well-earned. I stopped in for lunch and was met with an incredibly frustrating situation that was handled poorly from start to finish. Their payment system was having issues -- I attempted to pay four separate times, and each time my card was approved by the machine but the order wouldn't go through to the kitchen. Instead of taking ownership or finding a workaround, the cashier kept insisting I "just try again," resulting in four pending charges on my bank account totaling $240 -- for a meal I never even received. When I asked if he could take the order manually or find another solution, he was completely dismissive and borderline rude. Snide remarks like, "Don't you know how pending charges work?" and "It's not my system, I don't know what you want me to do about it," made an already stressful situation even worse. He said he'd speak to management but never brought anyone over to help or resolve the issue. At no point was there any accountability, empathy, or effort to provide a real solution. I walked out frustrated, hungry, and now dealing with multiple pending charges I have to sort out with my bank -- all for a lunch I never received. Newk's, this was unacceptable. You need to train your staff better on customer service and what to do when your system fails. I won't be returning, and I hope others think twice before doing business here. read more

I absolutely love, love, LOVE eateries like this. Healthy. Fast. Friendly. And most importantly good quality and tasty. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating options. There's also a patio with sun shades for warmer weather. There are a plethora of options to suit anyones soup, salad or sandwich craving. Plus, you can mix and match or as they say "pick a pair." This is the way to go. I decided on the large pair and got a full turkey and swiss with a bowl of fruit. Yummy. The bread was soft and satisfying and the flavors were tasty. The bowl of fruit was fresh and of good quality. Lastly, we finished with some mouth watering cakes. Lemon and strawberry, both of which were not too sugary and tasted divine. Went back to Newk's with BF, having told him about the pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. The menu is really well-rounded! I can't wait to go back and try the Salmon Caesar! Heads up if you have coupons: You can only use one per visit, not per person, and actually can't use them at all right now. They're "not in the system." We had the Newk's Q, the cheesesteak, and pepperoni pizza on the cauliflower crust. BF loved everything! The cheesesteak is different from the usual. The caramelized onions add a sweetness, and the pimento cheese, too. The steak was actual sliced steak, not shaved. And the French bread is yummy! The sides are VERY tiny, as you can see. There's an upcharge for the fruit salad. The pasta salad was good, but dry. Needed a little more dressing. We were a little surprised by the tiny sides. Chips are also an option. The fruit was fresh and very good. The pizza was crispy and cheesy. A perfect small pizza with minimal pepperoni and tiny diced tomato, with a couple of shreds of basil. Portions aren't huge, but we didn't leave hungry. I took half my sandwich home. The sandwiches are a good size, if not stuffed with filling. The soups look really good. And the salads that I tried during the Elite event were awesome. The desserts look really tempting, but BF was craving ice cream. I tried the brownie previously, and it's gooey, chocolatey goodness. read more
