What's really cool is that you get to view a working distillery in progress! This isn't some museum, it's the real facility. They upcycle as many materials as possible and do their best to maintain the unique venues natural magic. And now we are onto the beer. By far, my favorite brewery in Louisville. The tap changes almost daily and there is always something funky about even the most basic beers. I have difficulty drinking more than one beer total a day because of how heavy they can be. However, when consuming high abv beer that is clean and brewed the right way, I am able to drink multiple beers in one sitting. Which, makes it great for the beer lover that I am! what is on tap is always barrel aged and different from their full brewery next door.
