Came here for lunch on a Tuesday and there was no line. A few other people showed up right after us. There is also a churro truck right next to this birria truck. I came specifically here specifically for the deal on Tuesdays - 4 tacos for $6. Ended up getting birria ramen as well because I saw photos online and wanted to give it a try. I was given a lot of lemons and radishes. Birria Ramen - The ramen was a little soft for me and the broth wasn't as hot as I'd prefer. You definitely get a good amount of ramen ($9). The broth was a bit salty for me but the flavor was there. They weren't stingy with the meat either. Would I get it again? Probably not. Birria tacos - I got a taco and it was pretty good. The meat is on the leaner side so I didn't get any fatty pieces. I liked how it wasn't greasy either. For someone that eats pretty spicy food, their hot sauce has a quick burn that goes away quickly. This place used to be a solid 5 stars for me years ago. The tacos were packed with flavor, generous with the meat, and always looked great. Sadly, my recent visit was a big letdown. The tacos had very little meat and the presentation was not appealing at all. It just didn't feel like the same truck I used to love. I was on my lunch break during jury duty and planned to go to my usual fast-food spot, but I noticed this food truck within walking distance and decided to give it a try. I originally wanted to order two asada, two al pastor, and two birria tacos, but the person working told me they only had birria available. So I went with four queso birria tacos. The biggest issue for me was the price, it came out to $30, which is extremely expensive for four tacos. They charge an extra 4% if you pay with a card. For what I paid, I expected a little more meat in the tacos. Besides the high price, the queso birria itself was good. The tacos came with onions, cilantro, cucumbers, lemon, and radishes, which was nice. But overall, because of the cost, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Went after a mtg at work by RCH. The prices are no longer posted. Ordered a birria plate and a multi with a soda. The guy passes me the card reader and I had to ask for the total. No forks ; he forgot my soda, and the rice and tortillas are hard like they've been sitting a while :( I don't see any people crowded around this truck anymore... quality has gone down and for 25 bucks please remever my sofa and my fork. :( read more

Went today, this was such a yummy food truck but it definitely has lost its "sabor". I got the plate calatodo but it was soooo small. $22 and there were 3 tacos of some sort but they were the small street tacos and a quesabirria which was also very small. I was disappointed at the price and the food portion. I had gone during the pandemic in 2020 and it was delicious but now it lacks flavor. The meat was tender but the consumer had no taste of chile it was like a broth but not the flavorful stuff I had had before. Also I noticed no line and the last time I was there there was a long line. Maybe others have experienced what I did and have gone elsewhere for their birra. Quality has gone down big time! , my quesa birria tacos were not even red the tortillas never got dipped or toasted on the grill the meat it's self wasn't juicy it was dry and just that was coming out was almost clear . Went to get my boardwalk haircut and I've seen this Truck on 14th street by the Courts in Riverside. Always Leary about "These" food Trucks with NO PRICES should've known? I just wanted to taste test? I asked, No prices? He said what do you want? How much for 2 street Taco with carnitas? He said we only have birria meat. Okay let me have 2. They were $3.25 each plus tax. Not very much meat or anything they were so small and with one tortilla usually small street taco are 2 corn tortillas nope 1 small tortilla and not very tasty and the hot sauce was flaming hot! The truck has a good presentation. I don't mind paying a little ti support a family business however the food didn't taste good and the when i asked for cheese they were going to charge an additional $2. Which would have brought my total to $18. The burrito was filled with mostly rice and beans it had very little meat. I was very disappointed. I'm so excited they opened a new location closer to me. There was only 1 worker but he was pretty fast and gave me an estimate of time when I ordered. I always order the family pack which comes out to be $46.75 after taxes. The family pack includes 4 tacos, 4 quesatacos, 4 mulitas and 4 consomes with all the fixings. Stopped at Inpac tools to get some supplies. Just by chance this food truck was parked on the st . . It's a tricky little thing to give credit to a food truck on Yelp. They deserve their recognition to. Can't check in because It's a traveling restaurant. I found them ! The theme is Birria. Which is a cook stew typical from all around Mexico TJ style. You have all your normal's burritos quesadillas tacos tortillas tostadas vampiro Quesataco And all kinds of other delicious things that I don't eat. My mom said it is delicious. Stumbled upon this food truck in Paramount and had to try it. I ordered there quesadilla which was beef, onions, cilantro and cheese with a side of radish and limes. Great serving size for $8, very meaty, filling and tasted absolutely delicious. Not too long of a wait and service was quick. Highly recommend it! read more

Tried going here twice and both times the men cooking either were not wearing masks or had their masks below their chins.

For a location to say they close at 10 and close sooner is pretty annoying, I came all the way from Ontario to pick up some food and for me to show at at 9:30 and them saying they're closed after they claim to close at 10 is pretty fucking annoying! Their crunchy birria tacos are bomb maybe a little more flavor to the birria... and I also think they can fix is their consome.. like adding some more seasoning or something because to me I can kinda taste like tap water while dipping the tacos so there's not much flavor in it, that's just me but if it's fine with others than good for you that's just what I mostly taste but other than that everything is good!
