The pastor is flavorful but sometimes has fatty pieces I don't like. The green and red salsas are hot but very good! I've been coming to this food truck over 30 times, and I have to say I'm really disappointed lately. I understand that prices can change, but it's become frustrating when the cost seems to vary every single visit--it often depends on who's taking my order. I keep hearing excuses like "you had extra cheese," but that's not the case. I've ordered the exact same thing each time I've been here. I also miss the two guys who used to work here months ago--they always made sure the food was excellent. Recently, the dorados haven't been as crispy, and the new, smaller sauce containers just don't provide enough sauce. We were both up in the middle of the night in the restroom, which is never a good sign We ordered two quesabirria tacos, as well as Asada fries and Birria Ramen. Our total was just under $60 and after the tacos, we didn't even get to the rest of the food because our stomach was already starting to bubble. We honestly think it just comes down to not using good ingredients , because the flavors are there.
